I am Dr Dipankar Chaudhari, owner of flat Primia I 1202, Have been alloted closed parking ( multilevel parking) at time of buying this flat and this was the reason we bought this flat . We were promised and also given the parking . My parking number is C1-B2207 as per the letter we received . It is in multilevel parking area near our society .
But suddenly after 2 years they have changed to open parking without any info . I have booked this flat only because it was closed multilevel parking . I request Pcma and Lodha group to kindly retain my old parking as per my letter given at time of booking .
I am writing this complaint because no one is responding, including Pcma since long .

    On Gudi Padwa, last month 2021, I booked the flat n gvn the token amount of 27k in crown Taloja dombivli east..
    I didn't see the flat n I booked, bcoz have heard so much about Lodha Brand..
    As per the conversation while booking the flat in lodha crown the finance department studied the case and committed 95% loan.. N said within 15 days it will get approved.. Till now they don't answer my calls, what's the update they don't even message..
    Today I got the call saying there is some problem gng on so will try from some other finances..
    Is it a joke gng on.. 1st time they said now it's evening we can't show the flat, 2 ND time again we went but they showed some other flat n said aisa hi aapka bhi.. What bulls hit is gng on..

    Please m tired, n I want my token amount back..

    Lodhas service is so disgusting, if I wud known b4 I wud never been go for that..

    Even my in-laws were thinking of buying flats in Lodha godbhunder.. But thank God I came to know how it works..

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I had shown the interest in Lodha Upper Thane project 2 days back and one meeting was scheduled for me with Sales manager post the conversation with customer care.

        This meeting was scheduled at 5 PM IST on 17-Apr-2020 and meeting code given to me was UTI614140.

        I logged in sharp 5 PM IST, but did not fin any meeting over there.

        I called customer care and tried to check on why no one is there in the meeting.

        They told that it will start in 5 min and I was waiting for that. in every 5-10 min they were shifting the meeting time by another 5-10 min and now it is 6:30 PM and still it is not started.

        I am really frustrated with such kind of false commitment and afraid now to go with any kind of deal with Lodha group where such a highly unprofessional people are managing the show.

          1st booking amount refund issue

          Address: Flat no: 401 Atlantica B wing Casa rio Palava city

          Booked 2.5 BHK Flat at lodha phase 2 (Lakeshore) last year Dec 2020 and paid 1st booking amount but before payment of 2nd installation received information from sales office that my flat is already booked earlier than me. I dropped the plan and canceled my booking on 17th Jan 2021. Sales office informed me that refund shall be able initiated with 45 days.             I have booked a 1BHK in Crown in Thane in October 2020.
            I have paid a total payment of 3, 26, 445 till date for the same. However, my loan could not be processed as my CIbil is low. lodha tried with diff banks but after 3 months also the loan could not be approved. So, I want to cancel my booking and as it's RERA registered I request you to process my full refund as discussed with Mr. Uday at the Crown sales office on Sunday 21 Feb 2021.
            He assured me that the full amount is refundable and the process will take somewhere about 3 months.
            They aren't even answering calls nor they are replying on email.
            How can you take my money when my loan could not be processed.
            At time of booking I was told if loan wont happen we will refund full amount. Uday Bhan, the sales lead, assured me this.

            Its been 2 months, I am chasing Lodha but no response.

            Please help.
            My hard earned savings are stuck with Mumbai.

              As per the conversation while booking the flat in lodha crown the finance department studied the case and committed 95% loan will be done. after few days of the booking they say that only 20L amount will be financed remaining amount you have to pay.how a middle class family can bring 16L amount . I said them to cancel my booking and refund my booking amount there is no response from there side. It's around more than 1 year

                On the same night, my father suffered from the minor attack and Doctor suggested for heart surgery. Due to Financial reason I wanted to cancel the booking.br...

                Dear team,

                This is in reference to below trail email, kindly note that the first walking was done on November 15, 2020 through ICICI and the unit offered was 1707 floor for final amount INR 47, 17, 979 after negotiation in Lodha crown. However, the offer was not accepted as the final amount was out of our budget. Further, we had informed Lodha as well as ICICI (previous channel partner) about the financial constrain i.e. shortage by INR 50, 000 as the and reason for not booking/accepting the order.

                Further, we received a call from CP Daddys Infra few days after the rejection of said unit. We explained about our requirement, Budget i.e. 45-46 Lakhs and preference for flat. Subsequently, while our discussion, we had also informed Mr. Shekhar Saharabudhe (AVP) and Vishal (RM) about our visit to Lodha Crown and rejection of offer due to shortage by INR 50, 0000. Vide email dated November 19, 2020 and subsequent discussion with Mr. Shekhar (AVP, CP Daddys Infra) they made us offer for unit number 1723 at amount INR 46, 67, 979 including of further discount of INR 50, 000 from CP amounting. After lot of discussion and personal arrangement (from our family/relatives and others) we finally decided to accept said unit 1723 at amount INR 46, 67, 979 in Lodha crowm. The booking was done through my sister-in-law Ms. Priyanka Patel (as she agreed to pay the shortfall amount) on November 19, 2020 and finally we were able to book the unit. First instalment was payed to Lodha as well. Further, cooling period (certain period of time) was not informed neither communicated to us by both the CP or Lodha before/at the time of booking registration or even first instalment. Multiple call and email follow up was done to CP Daddys Infra regarding the same. But none of our queries regarding the same was answered nor a proper explanation was provided and again we are made to pay the same amount of INR 47, 17, 979 which we had rejected due to financial constrain. This leads to mis-selling

                Lodha Crown will always be our dream home however as informed earlier as well during our multiple discussion with various representative, we will not be able to continue with amount 47, 17, 979 .

                To book and live in our dream Lodha crown, we still request Lodha to consider our request and mapping to CP Daddys Infra or providing further discount from current CP.

                  Hi,
                  We had booked a flat with Lodha Group in Thane and paid an amount of 50, 000 as booking amount. But due to some medical emergencies back home, we cancelled our plan to purchase the flat. They confirmed with us saying the amount will be refunded via email but now, since past few months, they have been denying to do so without any reason. Please help us resolve this.

                    On 21 feb 2021 I booked a flat in lodha, palawa. After 2 days, due to some financial crisis I requested lodha to cancel my booking and give back my booking my amount which I paid Rs.75000.

                    Lodha group is refusing to refund my booking amount.

                    There is no other way I can resolve this issue except consumer complaints forum.

                      While booking, I was offered Pre-Emi Offer by the sales exec. after paying 80%. I have done the payment and now when asked they are saying that the case is getting investigated. I have provided them the offer mail as proof which was received by the sales exec. Still they haven't given the benefit in spite of multiple follow-ups.
                      The offer was provided by Vikrant Jadhav and now the support team is investigating on this.

                          Around 2-3 months back i visited lodha amara and lodha upper Thane sites as I was planning to buy a new property.

                          However, i dropped this plan for indefinite period and I am not interested buying any of the properties in Lodha.

                          Since then, i am receiving frequent calls from Lodha at least 3 to 4 calls daily and in each call i mention about my lack of interest in investing in Lodha.

                          Now I started getting disturbed and annoyed by these calls. Every time, person calling from Lodha assures me that they will be putting my contact details in DND so that I will not receive any calls, but it's not happening. I continue to get frequent phone calls from Ladha.

                          I would like to officially raise complaint in this forum on these frequent, disturbing and annoying calls from lodha developers every day.

                          Hope you understand my concern and put my number in to DND list.

                            I am writing this mail regarding from last one year im following for my Pradhan Mantri Benefit but there is no positive response i am getting from lodha group.
                            Earlier at the time of booking they committed me for PMAY benefit and now they are refusing to give me the benefit.
                            Also for loan processing they delay my application and such a bad experience i had seen the customer service they are providing.
                            Such a good brand name this type of service which they had provide to the customer is not accepted and they just fooling the customer and there front office staff are rudely in behavior not having skills how to behave with the customer.
                            So look into this matter and revert me with positive response asap.

                              I bought flat in Lodha Elisium flat no B-1701in the name of Krishna Murari. The possession was given 2 years later than agreed time. Also there is some discrepancies in construction and area given in the registered document. There was a talk of compensation / good will amount to be paid to owner of the flat but till today I have not received any thing.
                              Request pl reply at the earliest and I reserve our right to claim the dues!

                                While booking a property at LODHA QUALITY HOMES - VIOLET TALOJA 904. it was clearly mentioned that we will get PMAY Scheme benefit.

                                Lodha fincorp team gave an option of going ahead with HDFC. Later after loan approval ans disbursement, When I enquires to HDFC about benefit of PMAY scheme, HDFC said this project is not approved by government for the benefit.

                                I visited lodha and HDFC, Mr. Rakesh Upadhyay told that he will make sure that I get a benefit in some or other way. When I chased him again 2 days ago he denied saying he can't do anything on this case

                                Now we want justice. Why PMAY was promised to us at the time of booking property?

                                and
                                Why LFC team gave an option of HDFC IF PMAY scheme benefit was not given by HDFC

                                AND

                                HDFC SALES MANAGER-Mr Akash promises that we will get PMAY scheme benefit at the time of loan offer and approval.

                                AND why Mr Rakesh Upadhyay and Naresh Somani promised that jo matter what he will make sure that we get benefit of PMAY

                                  As per mail I already mail to your team regarding the hard copy of demand letter on 12 Jan but continuess follow up with Komal and Nikita . She didn't able to provide a hard copy to me ...

                                  After a long follow and I broken up my patience and I visited your office on 25 th Jan for demand letter .

                                  Now Nikita bad Komal is tourchering me and telling me that is my mistake which your team had not able to give me document ...she is telling that I have to take print from your office on letter head .

                                  And they are pressuring me for that ...kindly resolve or should I raise to consumer forum ...bcz you people are not providing document on time to getting and charging interest ...

                                  If I will suicide bcz of this pressure Lodha, Komal and Nikita will be responsible for all this
