Incomplete service of my scooter

I have given my scooter activa 4g at anakaputhur service station and the scooter fuel gauge was not working

Hi,
I am asked to pay a late fee charges (Quality homes Thane-W-1005) inspite of the fact that I had informed Lodha team that the payment would be delayed due to COVID lockdown situation.

Maine taloja mai golden crown surise mai (30 august 2020) ko 1bhk flat book kiya tha. But mera job chutane ke karan maine booking cancel karne ka soch liya. But wo log abhi mera booking amt (45, 000) refund nahi kar rahe hai

I paid 18, 000 rs for refundable eoi offer for 1bhk flat at lodha amara on 14 may 2020. The sales person confirmed on mail that the whole amount is refundable if we do not wish to purchase flat. We did not wish to go ahead with project after visiting their sales office at kolshet road, thane.

This is ayesha maldar, customer who was suppose to visit lodha crown for purchase of 2 flats.

Poor quality construction and no customer service

Worst builder. It is better to buy from some unknown builder for 50-60 lacs instead of paying 2-3 crore to this goon....

I have purchased a flat in lodha crown unit no. W03-617a at quality homes thane … i also opted for a home loan from lodha fincorp since lodha promised me that their banker will handle everything for me and get my loan amount disbursed on time prior to the pandemic.

I booked a flat on refundable basis on 28thJune in newly launched LodhaCrown project in majhiwada, and had email from lodha group for the same if I will cancel the booking then they will refund the amount within 24hours.
I informed them by next day that I can not go ahead so please as per promise kindly refund my amount but it been 3 weeks and I have not received yet my money and they are not giving proper response for also.
