January 2020, i had done eoi to you smartbuy lodha of rs. 27, 000/-.

I paid 18, 000 rs for refundable eoi offer for 1bhk flat at lodha amara on 14 may 2020. The sales person confirmed on mail that the whole amount is refundable if we do not wish to purchase flat. We did not wish to go ahead with project after visiting their sales office at kolshet road, thane.

I am continuously following up with the sales person for the refund amount of token i:e rs 27000 from 9th july 2020 i have to cancel my booking due to medical emergency as my mom was tested positive and we had need financial so we have cancelled the booking and send mail to cs but cs team declined and said sales was not registered so you have to follow up with sales person but every time i call them he is not reverting...
