One of the L&T staff from banglore office called me to pay fine amount of ₹730 (approximately) . Already my loan amount completed. He was calling me so many times since last week. Due to my busy schedule I was not able to vist office... Today (21/01/2021)also at around 12.00(afternoon) he called me and said same.. I replied ok...then suddenly he started scolding in hindi (CHUTIYA, TERI MAKI)... his name: (MANISH) and contact details: [protected]... Please take the serious action against this and teach ur employees how to talk with customer. This very injustice to kannadigas...

I purchase a flat in lodha pallavva, they offered me go with L&T finance. A very sweet talking guys, me, late he (prakash mishara)piched me for the Home Loan for 7 percent.
This guy took money for franking 16910 and for processing he took 1180 which is way above what is required, I dont know why he looted

me,
I also confirmed him that i have salary credit on 10 of every month for which he agreed, for 3 months the debit happened on 10th of every month, and one day suddenly they tried to take the money out on 3rd which made emi bounce, since then they have increased my interest

since then they have increased my interest rate to 9%, i am trying to contact my account

manager since lockdown he is not answering the phone. i was forced to visit branch
When i went their i see a waiting for 4 hours
He directed me to go home after filling a form.
as they will resolve the issue and call me in 4 days.
These has been 2 months now, no one has call all of sudden i got an email of customer convinced please reduce the interest to 7.25. Since they were not answering the call i was thinking to opt for other bank as they are offering way lesser,

Question,
1 . how can i get my foreclosure,
2. Franking charges are 16910 ?
3. How do i get this money back

I have applied for a consumer loyalty loan which your good company offered to me as a pre-approved. However, I have received a message on my mobile that we shall credit the amount within 48 hours but it has passed 73 hours and still counting but no credit of funds.

there is no way to contact your company on the website and the loan tracking status is showing online welcome kit.

I have receive the welcome kit on my mail but still amount has not credited to my account.

You have already got the insurance letter and agreement including the auto ECS enabled on my account.

Is is it marketing gimmick you guys play or are you genuinely providing loans? Stop providing false timelines to the customer

Hello, I have a two wheeler account in L&T Finance Services. I called today and the customer care executive didn't want to give me the information, when I asked him to transfer the call to senior executive then he disconnected the call, his name is Nikhilesh Das. Then again I called and again he picked up the call and this time he transferred the call to the senior executive who also argued with me and misleading me.

In 2011, i NARAYANIDEVI PUNAMCHAND BAJAJ had purchase a tax saving bond from L&T infrastructure finance co. I haven't received my original certificate yet. I have only the original challan acknowledgement. Can you advice how i can get this certificate & Redeem it.

Had purchased L& T INFRA BOND on 19/11/2010 and after 10 yrs they were supposed to get mature so today on 20/11/2020 the maturity amount should have come to my account .

It is note that L & T finance had taken to much Charges as 7162 Processing fees and their executive had charges Rs 1500 as file charges . Total 7162+1500=8662 taken for loan of Rs 58, 400 . I.E. 14.83 % Charged as processing fees.
And Interest is also shown @ 10.85 % but charged @ 20 %

Actually I have a two Wheeler loan with L& T finance snd my emi date is 3 of every month, I had paid the emi amount on 3 November 2020, but still there an amount of 413 is showing as overdue amount in my account..

Hi Team,

I am requesting to push my emi date to the 07th of every month. My salary date is on the 07th of every month and it gets touch to arrange funds on the 02nd. I tend to miss my emi date due to insufficient funds.
