I'm bhuvaneswari.. I got a two wheeler through l&t finance.. I request you to change my emi date from 3rd to 6th... Because my salary was credit in my account only on 6th of every month... Due to this problem i missed my due... I'm not able to pay the emi correctly... Due to this my cibil score is affecting... I request you to solve my problem by changing the emi date as 6th of every month.

3543862 loan agreement number since once year my emi is not deducting from bank I am paying to the collection executive no one is not addressing to my concern my cibil score is getting down just bcz of this I enquired in bank they don't have any problem it's a problem with lnt finance only no customer support worst financial bank please make it possible it gets deducted from my account if required I can provide new cheque for ecs purpose it's my humble request

Dear sir,

This is regarding the emi which gets deducted every month for the two wheeler loan for loan amount 57000.00 taken on 09/29/2017.

Due to insufficient balance in the account, emi deduction was not done.

I have contacted the customer care on[protected]. I was told that it will be deducted automatically. However, amound is still not deducted and i did not receice an call from them.

Kindly let me know the further step to be taken as the per day charges would be added and i'm not responsible the delay in response from the agent and the company since i have contacted them several times.

My rm after asking no of times on the process said nothing and misguided us, now lic has denied to take the cheque and have asked to follow the process for foreclosure, to which now l&t had scheduled my emi date on 7th feb also lic too will debit my home loan emi on 10th feb

When the cheque has not been accepted by the concern neither the amount has been credited then on what ground l&t will deduct my 1st emi

Today i have to pay installement.but from my account there is not debited a my monthly pay so i kindly requesting you to plz debited otherwis i m not going to give you extra charges 😒 so do the process n take your installment.if you will not process den i m not responsible to give you a extra charge.

4 to 5 people has catch me near dahisar toll naka for my pending emi i told them i am ready to clear all my dues still they told they will seazed my bike and pertain that they have authorised from l n t santa cruz branch they were neither providing i card neither they were providing seazing letter.

After my dad expired we were settled a loan receipt no.[protected] on 28th feb 2017.

But i was checked my cibil score this all loan information showing my cibil report but i was not taken any loan from l&t finance ltd

Becuase of that wrong loan showing my cibil report

We had taken vehicle loan from l & t finance which is for tata ace tempo. We have already paid & cleared all loan amount including pending penalties & charges but yet we have not received noc letter or even the loan statement. We tried to speak at your customer care but there also we were unable to get the same.

Hi,

For getting noc from rto i need to get noc and form 28 signed and sealed under your organization.

I have raised the issue quite a few times both via call and email but have not received any helpful output.
Please help me out as i am currently in bareilly and l&t bareilly office seems to be non-functional.

The loan was sanctioned at Ludhiana and company filed arbitration case 11780/13 at new delhi took possession of vehicle at Ludhiana, loan fully paid in 2013 and now company filed false criminal complaint at calcutta CS/66463/18 in metropolitan judge without jurisdiction which is totally misuse of law and causing undue harassment to poor person. Company should withdraw false filed complaint at calcutta. Against Company I shall file complaint as per directions of my client because it is a Case of blackmailing by company.

This is to be inform you that from last 4 months i am taking continuously follow up from l & t housing for following unresolved issue. But still there was no action from there end. This is very disappointing to be part of l & t housing finance.

1) i had done part payment of rs 12698 against mumhl18001962 & rs 9159 against mumhl18001963 at 14/09/2018. This was cheque issued by ltfs in its own name. After a 4 months 5 days this part payment still not debited from my current outstanding. I want to know where this money goes?

2) tenure of my account no mumhl18001962 has increase to 600 months from 360 months because of may be revision in rate of interest. But worst thing is that no one has inform to me whether i want to increase the emi or a months. Just ting over ltfs is allowing loan for 50 years? Same query raise with l & t housing but still problem is unresolved. Because of mentioned issue my principle is 1148 rs only in last 5 month emi which is not possible & acceptable. Even i had paid instalment overdue amount separately (Due to increase in rate of interest)

3) many time i was informed about wrong ecs of rs 6624 against loan account no mumhl18001963 has debited in my account but no action taken from ltfs end as a good customer i didn’t refused or bounce the ecs from last 4 month although it was wrong.in current month lfts has debited right ecs of rs. 2598 against same loan account no. From last 4 to 5 month i had paid extra amount of[protected]= 4026 rs in each month. I need refund all this extra amount paid to l & housing finance. I continuously found that above all problem are going to increase because of there lack of attention & seriousness towards customers problems.

4) i am taking continuously follow-up for disbursement of remaining 5 lakh amount against loan no mumhl18001963 but no one was responded even.
