Dear sir/mam,
Myself Sushmita, have bought Activa 4G on[protected] and took loan from your company amounted 55000, agreement no. 3382427.
As my first ECS bounced, ur collecting agent collected my EMI amount (3549) from my place.I told them to collect the same from next month on regular basis as I was the first timer loanee.At that time or any time else ur agent or ur company never intimated(through mail/phone) or even talk about the charges that were been added on regular basis in my account.
Guys, it means that i[censored]r client is illiterate or having lack of knowledge about the terms and conditions then without intimating/informing that client, you guys loots them.
Kindly check my account and let me know the possible ways to wave my charges...
