This is to bring into your notice that a two wheeler loan (Two-wheeler loan - account no[protected]That i have not taken) fraud which somehow linked with my cibil and for the same i have been following up with l&t finance at barakhamba road new delhi branch since october 2018. It is almost 5 months and no action has been taken although i have already submitted and showed my original documents to rco.

This is a mental harassment for me as my cibil score has badly impacted due to which i am facing many other problems.

Request you to please look into this issue on priority. Looking forward to hearing from you.

By submitting the compliance, on may 10/10/2017, tvs company bought tvs jupiter bsiv. The loan was taken from your company. The loan number is n[protected].in which case many installments have been completed and many installments are pending. Please let us know. So that we can make the necessary arrangements for that. So if we are given a statement about that, we would be very grateful to you. So request is given to the statement.

2 wheeler: honda grazia 125cc from gagan honda showroom kharadi, pune.

I have applied for a 2 wheeler loan which is already sanctioned for amount of rs 56110/- (Loan number 4524920) with a down payment of rs 20300. I have faced problems regarding the rate of interest that was told to me as 11% per annum which was rs5458 per month for 12 months, but after a month when i received the first emi message the rate of interest was applied as 13% rs5698 per month.

There's a difference of rs240 in the emi, which cost me rs2880/- more than the estimated amount.

I'm really very upset with the issue that i'm facing. The financer & the showroom manager are not in the favor of helping me out to solve the same.

Please take this into consideration and do the needful.

I have taken a two wheeler loan from l&t finance limited. However i have lost my original rc smart card. And have requested in the month of december 20th 2018, and still i hvae not my rc letter from l&t finance. I personally visited to santa cruz branch but then they told me to send mail to anita. [protected]@ltfs.com with complaint copy, rc copy and id proof copy, to get your duplicate rc letter contact #[protected] call multiple times to above mentioned number but they don't receive the calls. Also sent mail to customercare of ltfs team. But they alos not responded.

Hi Iam your customer I have purchased a 2 wheeler in your finance company they guy at the show room told me the tenure is 11 months but it's acctually it's 12 he said he has taken one month in advance but I spoke to the customer care he said no advance has been taken my the company you can charge money in form of interest why do cheat public
Please I need a quick action to this complaint today was my first EMI date I have enough sufficient balance in my account it's it has not been debited yet tommorow you will charge me the fine for the bounce if you can't clear my issue I can go to consumer court for this issue or I'll lodge a complain in the police station
And iam from Bangalore your executive Mr.Eresh at Frazer town Honda showroom he is a great cheater how can your company expects a loyal customers if this things happen I have the proof attached to this complaint

Its been 3 month i am following up with ur agent name pratik based at pune fc road office he is not replying me either. I had paid 13500 in cash to builder this amount is supposed to reduced from my loan amount but unfortunately it's not.

After that i tried to connect with pratik but he is not reverting me on calls or msgs this is totally unethical i need u all to take strict action against him.

I need my two wheeler loan statement of loan agreement no. 3022985. I need to know the remaining amount of my loan and how many months remaining now to complete the duration of loan. Some one has used my pancard number for loan in 2017 .But all other information i.e. my name, address, DOB and all remaining information are wrong . Then also company has sanctioned that person loan of 54500 rupees . Please help me . My father had taken loan from company citi financial consumer india finance ltd. Amount financed 1650000, in the year 2005 the tenure of the loan is 144 installment which is finished in year 2017 installment amount 22682/- last emi is to go in april 2017.in the year 2013 we got a letter from company larsen and turbo that ' we have take over yours housing loan from citi financial and yours tenure is extended from 144 to 194.in year 2016 they stop taking installments from us and starting harrasement for hand over the property to them. Lots of police complaints we have done from there officials. We have received letter from l&t in september 2016 that pay the arbitrary amount 10 lakh otherwise we starting the process of auction of property. We gave them reply through advocate in a legal notice that only one year installments is pending and yours demand is illegal. But after that they send send us 13 (2) notice. We also send the reply of the 13 (2) notice though advocate that yours demand is illegal.

Now in december 2018 they come with the 14 notice and asking for settlement of that arbitrary amount we said them we already pay you more then yours amount financed that remaining​ you take and gives us ours property paper. They refuse to do so.in january we got receiver notice for hand over the property to him. We had approach to drt now stay is granted. But again they claim us 11 lakhs amount. So i request to all of indian people not to take loan from that company it is a fraud company. This company always trying to making fool to their customers.

Hi,

I have taken a 2 wheeler loan from l&t finance which has an emi of 2223 per month. I have completed2 years of repayment without any break out of total tenure of 4 years.

Recently i have changed my job and old company hasput salary on hold from dec 2018. I have joined new organisation where i will get first salary on 28 feb 2019.

When the collection executives called me for the dues, i have calmly explained the entire scenario and genuine reason to her for emi bounce and requested her to collect iton the 28 feb which ismy salary date.

However, being imature and trained for the abusive recovery process by third party collection agencies (Which has been prohibited by rbi) she proclaimed to send mens at home and threaten me to life and death just for the emi of rs 2223. Is my life so cheaper that anyone can kill me just for 2223?.

She had called me from number[protected].

I want someone to please deeply look into this problem statement. I have no itention to default but dueto unforeseen circumstances the emi has bouced and i am ready to pay it but i will not tolerate any nonsense calls for recovery especially which are abusive and threatening.

If this is the approach l&t finance is approaching just for one emi bounce i would like to get their coordinates forthe legal actions to file compensations for torture, defamation, loss of reputation and goodwill.

I have taken home loan from l&t finance pune fc road branch, and also applied for subsidy under pradhan mantri awas yojna, i have approached several times to l&t but there is no clue of when i will get my subsidy amounts. L & t finance is not giving proper resolution and also said it will take more time whenever i visit office. It’s been 5 months since i had applied for it.

I S.B.Shai Dhinakaran have procured a housing loan of Agreement No. CHNHL14001023 for my property of loan Amount Rs. 2, 700, 000 with installment start date from 07/09/2014. I have been finding ways to login to your website using my username and password and download the provisional certificate and interest certificate for submitting to Income Tax Department for the year[protected]. But all are in vain. And also i am unable to contact your customer support toll free number which is [protected]. It says the number does not exist.
