Every day i am recevied a msg from this company that interest rate in home loan is 8.35% pls transfer your loan. For more details miss call on [protected]

I am receving this is every day, and i am fed up with this, pls stop this mobile - [protected].

I don't want to transfer my loan. Pls help me regarding the issue.

I am siddique kallan i had a two wheeler loan agreement no 2461695 i complete my loan on 20.12.2017 with l&t finance calicut. It was completed with wavour amout 27000ruppeess.i didnt get my noc after 3 months .the calicut branch manager shinoj says they dont have any responsiblity in my noc. Please help me

      Sir, I have a two wheeler loan from your company 05/08/2013 my loan agreement number is 1459358 .I have already paid my 23 numbers of EMI in through my Bank account but my last EMI is bounced but i have sufficient balance in my account on that day. on that time i am out of station. After few days your company man informed me that my last EMI is bounced so please paid in cash. so i agree to paid EMI in cash but they didn't come to collect my EMI till now. Many times i try to contact them but they didn't response me.
      so, please try to resolved my problem...

        I m saikat dutta gupta. I have a two wheeler loan. Loan agreement no is 2960048. I paid my emi through ecs every month except february, 2018 for the reson of a big accident of my family. But i paid my next month (March, 2018) through ecs again. Now i want to pay my bounce emi include all fine and extra charges for creating a strong civil record again. So please help me to shortout the problem. My register aircel mobile no has no network. So i cannot get any sms. That's why i put my new nomber ([protected]). Please resolve my matter as soon as possible.

          I had availed a loan of rs.2, 05, 500/- from your finance to purchase tata magic iris in the year 2012 as per agreement no. Kgb 126036r[protected]. The above finance amount has be paid as 48 monthly installment of rs.5754/-. I had cleared all the 48 installments in time. All my cheques given to you were also cleared. The statement given from you itself stated that all the 48 installments was cleared. And above all you have also issued no objection certificate for releasing the hypothecation agreement in the name of motor vehicle departments.
          Since i had made some default in paying installments, you have included my name in sibil. Now i cleared all my payments and so you have to report the updated information and the present status on the account of credit bureau ie you have to remove written off status from my credit history.
          Hence i request you to remove the written off status by updating information and the status on the account of me to the credit bureaus.

              Dear sir,

              In accordance with your advise which can be trailed below, i has sent two letters in two envelopes as under:
              1. For transmission of the bond to the registered nominee, i had submitted:
              1) request letter,
              2) original bond certificate, original or notarized death certificate of deceased holder,
              3) banker's verification letter for signature registration,
              4) pan photo copy duly self-attested.
              5) nach mandate form (Enclosed).
              6) self attested address proof

              2. For redemption of bond, i had submitted:
              1) form of acceptance duly completed and signed in accordance with the instructions contained in the encosed form.
              2) original bond certificate (Compulsory). (Payment will not be done if original bond certificate is not received).
              3) a cancelled cheque of your bank account having your name, ifsc-code, micr-code on it.
              4) self attested copy of pan card
              5) in case of change in address self attested copy of address proof.

              These two letters were addressed to link intime india pvt. Ltd., c - 101, 247 park, l. B. S. Marg, vikhroli (West), mumbai - 400083 vide speed post no. Eo[protected]in & eo[protected]in sent on 19.12.2017 those were delivered to your office on 21.12.2017 at 16.55 pm. (Scan copy of download of the tracking record attached). The original bond certificate was enclosed in first envelope and the second envelope contained the records as called for by you. The second envelope clearly contained instruction tha the original bond certificate is sent with application for transmission.

              It is unfortunate that, all my documents for bond redemption were sent back. I had called up your helpline number which was directed to mr. Ajit having phone no.[protected], who after deliberating all facts confirmed that, the original bond certificate is available with you and asked us to send back the same document couriered to us. Then we spent further on speed post and sent back all the documents adding thereto the aadhar card of all the nominees as has been discussed over phone. After 15 days, again the same documents were returned with the same old comments. On inquiry over phone, your representative informed that, the original bond is not available with you.in the due course, mr. Ajit which had confirmed availability of original bond abstained from picking up the phone.

              In these circumstances, i feel harassed and disturbed about your behavior. There may be two possibilities. Either the original bond is misplaced by you or some one of you has been playing mischief with an intention of personal gain. My several calls to your prescribed help line no. [protected] is a waste as the same is probably out of order. I have not been getting any satisfactory reply from your no.[protected].

              Kindly take this as a notice from my side and reply with all details with in 24 hours failing which, i shall have no alternative but to approach other forums for redressal of my complaint.

                    Hello team,

                    I have given surety for a known person for his two-wheeler purchase on jan 2015. He paid the emi's correctly for 1 year later he stopped paying from dec 2015. The l&t finance team had come to my home with a cheating complaint on me then after immediately i had taken the bike from that known person forcibly and handover to the team on jan 2017 but, till now they haven't closed my account. I was most affected with my cibil score, i am unable to apply for any loans.
                    Please solve me from this issue with that company and close my account.

                          With regards to my previous comment, i paid the outstanding amount in l&t office, hyderabad on 22/12/2017, last 39 days i am following for my noc and clearing from civil also. When i paid on 22/12/2018 they told me you will get noc after one month so i visited 23/01/2017 they said not yet ready again they told me call us on after one week so i called 29/01/2018 they said please send me the receipt copy why you have all the received and you have one receipt copy which i signed so i am confused now i am waiting for noc urgent to apply new loan with some other bank till now 39 days passed already how long i have to wait. Please requesting you to issue noc asap.

                            I had availed a loan of rs.2, 05, 500/- from your finance to purchase tata magic iris in the year 2012 as per agreement no. Kgb 126036r[protected]. The above finance amount has be paid as 48 monthly installment of rs.5754/-. I had cleared all the 48 installments in time. All my cheques given to you were also cleared. The statement given from you itself stated that all the 48 installments was cleared. And above all you have also issued no objection certificate for releasing the hypothecation agreement in the name of motor vehicle departments.
                            Since i had made some default in paying installments, you have included my name in sibil. Now i cleared all my payments and so you have to report the updated information and the present status on the account of credit bureau ie you have to remove written off status from my credit history.
                            Hence i request you to remove the written off status by updating information and the status on the account of me to the credit bureaus.

                              Dear Sir,
                              My nephew New apache bike got lost on 11th Oct from Malda Town, West bengal. Same day informed to police station with incident CCTV video and they assured that they try to find out after two days verbally informed to finance and L&T insurance representative.Each and every day we were met in police station to know about Bike but finally police was not able to find out the bike and GD has given to us on 24th Oct-17 and claim to L&T, as per requirement all documents submitted and enquiry also had done. In the mean time many time we asked to L&T representative about the claim and every time assured to us that process is going on and claim amount you will get after 2.5 to 3 months. Finally now ask that claim has been rejected due to time gap of Bike lost and DG date. Also same information given to police station after police getting information he wants to talk with L&T representative but Mr Indranil Bannerjee was not agree then police suggested to do case in coart against it( Mr Indranil was handling this case).

                              This is my complaint that there was no a single mistake from our side but why claim is being rejected.
