They say they do not have the product, but not issuing refund.
After 15 days of placing my order, I am nowhere. This erodes the credibility of the company. The customer will be afraid to place an order with this store even at half the price.

On all their numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and on all the menu options, the same guy picks up the phone and gives vague replies and talks irresponsible and rudely. Nor do they reply on email. Multiple numbers give only a false impression of a big company with a proper system in place.

The reality is very different. Very bad experience.

I ordered an Epson TM-U220D-698 printer through order number #[protected] on 19th January, 2022 and made full payment towards the same. My order has been stuck in processing state since that day. Neither have I received my order nor are these people replying to my e-mails or answering my calls on the numbers given on their contact us page.

My bad that I did not do a simple review of their website before making the payment and ordering a product. But now that I have done, it seems a fake website/company and the internet is full of complaints against them.

Since they have charged GST for my order this dispute comes under the ambit of Department of Consumer Affairs India under the Goods & Services Tax. I am not backing down till I have had this settled with them in or outside a consumer court.

All prospective customers - beware of this website ltonlinestore.com! Just make a search 'ltonlinestore reviews' on google and you'll see for yourself the horrifying reviews it has got. It's big SCAM and the department of consumer affairs should act immediately on them.

I had placed an order for HP printhead kit combo pack, 3JB06AA from my HP deskjet printer number 5821 on 6th Jan. After multiple follow ups i received the product on 23rd Jan. However when we installed the printhead in our printer it was faulty. We kept getting error.
Immediately i wrote to LTonline reporting this matter and asking them to replace the product. I also tried calling their customer service and whats app but not one is responding to me. My work is getting affected and my money us stuck with them. please replace the printhead urgently or refund my money

Ordered blank DVDs in July 2021. The order was never shipped. Initially, there was no response to my enquiries regarding the same. In response to recent enquiries, the seller tells me the order was delivered, which is absolutely false.

I make the payment through NetBanking Method, Amount Amount Successfully Deducted. From My Saving Bank Account No:- [protected]. Order Number Showing:- 0000. I Make the payment, through LT Online Store By NetBanking on 29th of January 2021.
I am complaining because the Amount was successful Deducted But Order was Not Placed or Confirmed. To Reslove this issue I Contact my Bank Authorities about Amount sucessfully Received seller end or Not, Bank Send me Confirmation about Amount Sucessfully Transfer to seller Account. I am sending you Copy of Email Confirmation which Received from Bank end.
When I first learned of this Problem I contacted, LT online Store Customer Care Number Seviral Times.I also Send them Written Requests regarding Order Confirmation or Refund, But there is No Response from them.
I am attaching copies of Seller online Page and address, copy of My Bank Statement, Copy of Email from Bank Confirmation maintained Amount Credited to Customers Bank Account, Copy of Payment Page Come when I Make the Payment, copy of My product During check out time.

We are being informed that the product price is increased.

We are cheated by the website LTONLINE by not supplying the product in time and not refunding the amount paid.

Placed an order for usb Hun on 23/11/2021. Followed up many many times with their customer care, every time they said it’ll be delivered in two days but it’s been a month and no product delivery yet.
Requested for a refund. They haven’t even acknowledged it and now when I ask about refund they’re saying it’ll take two to three months because of their issue with payment gateway procedure.

Please don’t order anything from this fraud company, they’re here to loot by offering crazy discounts.

Requested to cancel Order and issue refund as It has been delayed a lot and merchant customer care is just saying they don't have in stock and didn't know when it would be dispatched. Getting no response from merchant on cancellation and refund of the order amount.

we have purchased Quick heal Pro antivirus for 5 user one year product from your LT online store on 21 oct 2021 by paying full amount. At the time of purchase your store said that the product will be received within 24 hrs after purchase. after that last five days we are calling through phone[protected]. At each time answer from your side that, your product will be received today evening. we are so tired by calling to your office. pl do needful urgently so that we will get our product today only. Otherwise we are free to launch a official complaint against your store to the consumer forum.

We had ordered a product by LT Online Store on 18 July 2021 but till today[protected], I've not received my product and between this time I've followed up lots of time by Mail, WhatsApp or call but they Are always saying we'll transfer your product in 1 week and when I'm saying to refund my money they are denying for this. I've really very bad experience of LT Online Store I'll never recommend anyone to purchase anything by LT Online Store

I have ordered (Tenda F3 Wi-Fi Router, WAN, 300mbps) Order #[protected].
I have done online payment on (03rd-June-2020) which includes the delivery charges also.
After many attempts my phone got connected and I have informed them about the same.
They told me to pay the delivery charges again.
Why should I pay again for the delivery charges?.
I haven't received the router yet.

I had ordered a webcam in June 2020. Paid for product and shipping. Have FD received it yet. No one picks up the phone. After 1 and half year, they refunded my money as a coupon and I have to buy something from their site.
But again asking to put for shipping.
They are trying to get kore money.

I have ordered Logitech H800 Bluetooth Wireless Headset (order number #[protected] cost 7, 847 on 17th Aug 2021.

There was no update on my delivery and then I dialed their customer care number and they said they don't have stock and might take another 2 weeks to get.

I immediately told them to cancel order and refund my money. They told me to drop cancellation email and they will deducted some percentage and refund back.

I have sent more than 5 follow-up emails but they have not responded its more than 16 days now.
