I have placed an order for Epson M3170 maintenance box. Payment already made of RS 751.66 including GST and shipping charges but I haven't received any confirmation yet through email and message. Even I haven't received the product yet....

I have order a headphones 🎧 on dated
26.06.2020 with prepaid payment and the status is delivered but my parcel is not received yet.

Please solve my problem or refund my money back....

I have placed the order one year back July 3rd but till today it was delivered but status shows delivered.None of their support numbers are being answered....

No phone call received by company help line no. no answer of emails also.
Payment of Rs 5739.52 made by online mode on 2.6.21....

I order a UPS and make payment Rs 5739.52 on 02.06.2021. Till now it status is 'processing'....

Ordered Panasonic AA & AAA battery charger, having cost around 1450/-
not single update from 6 days
They are taking all money in advance and accepts the order.
But not single update beyond that.
Neigter answering any call or email, not acknowledging.

If possible ask them to stop accepting new orders if they not having sufficient bandwidth to provide service.

At least new complaint...

Already more than 15 days have passed after cancellation but no refund is transferred till now. Once they received the call and told that due to lockdown wait for 15 days more.. They are not receiving the call now. I know it is not a virtual complany but still they do fraud by delaying the payment so that the customers get irritated by spending their valuable time and monehoy.. Cancelled my order on 15 may 2021. Please help....

Do not use this onlone store your money will be wasted
1. No delivery of product
2. no e-mail reply
3. not real address
4. no refund at all
5. if you contact your lawyer they will tell all the formalities to get rid of from these
Please save your money and use flipkart, amazon only
The provide slightly higher in rates but that was the actual discount which...

Even I calling the numbers mentioned in the website is nobody responding and replying on my as well. Please take the necessary action in this type organisation / people for doing scrupulous work...

Shows Order Processing. No response from any of the Support Numbers.

No response for emails sent.

Have sought cancellation and refund....

I ordered a printer cartridge from them On 3rd May. They haven't dispatched the product and nor do they reply with the status. Product costs over 1000 which I have paid. Not sure how to proceed.
