I had ordered an inkjet color printer and paid Rs.11580 on 01.06.2021. As of now its status is 'Processing'. I have sent phone calls and mails for 4 days in a row but I have not received any reply, I should refund my payment as I have come to know that your store is a complete fraud.

Ordered Panasonic AA & AAA battery charger, having cost around 1450/-
not single update from 6 days
They are taking all money in advance and accepts the order.
But not single update beyond that.
Neigter answering any call or email, not acknowledging.

If possible ask them to stop accepting new orders if they not having sufficient bandwidth to provide service.

At least new complaint will be minimized.

Already more than 15 days have passed after cancellation but no refund is transferred till now. Once they received the call and told that due to lockdown wait for 15 days more.. They are not receiving the call now. I know it is not a virtual complany but still they do fraud by delaying the payment so that the customers get irritated by spending their valuable time and monehoy.. Cancelled my order on 15 may 2021. Please help.

2. no e-mail reply
3. not real address
4. no refund at all
5. if you contact your lawyer they will tell all the formalities to get rid of from these
Please save your money and use flipkart, amazon only
The provide slightly higher in rates but that was the actual discount which can be provided to the customers
Be aware of hackers

Finally the item was delivered through DTDC though I had requested for a refund as I had already purchased this .item through Amazon. Anyway I got what i paid for though it was delayed. Wish they would respond to email or calls. They are like al-Qaida operating totally underground-LOL
