I have ordered Brother's printer but I want to cancel it. And I want my money refund. My order no is. Order #[protected]

I have purchased "Eset internet security antivirus " on 10 march 2021 from Ltstore online website. After making a the payment i received the key on the same day after a couple of hour via email. When I used the same key to activate the same antivirus then it showed "the license key you have entered is expired".
The company's customer care number is not reachable and also they are not replying to my mails.
For the reference I am attaching the following photos
1- invoice
2- error message
3- received license key

I Had Ordered To LT online store on 11/02/2021 a Canon 89.99 Ink cartridge jk A4 Paper Online Paid-2299.83 Order Id-#[protected].But After One Month 7 Day The Did Not Delivered It.Processing And Processing l Mail To Customer Care Bat Failed.So What To Do ?

I had bought 2 products in Feb 2020 and paid 9146.18.

Despite of sending many emails as well as confirmation from yourstaff on call, no refund has been processed.

I ordered a logitech g402 mouse from them... the payment is done and now no response... they wont repond to my mails... or calls... i ordered it on 1st march which isnt long ago but when i checked today it still said processing so i checked their reviews and it looks like it may be a fraud company...

I ordered Kaspersky Total Security 2 Users 3 Years antivirus software from LT online store on 16 February 21 and made online payment of Rs 2348/- for the same. The order was confirmed by the Firm against order number 259718 and delivery within
8 days was assured.

After 16 days of placing the order I have neither received the item and nor has my money been refund. I tried many times to speak to the customer support of the Firm however their telephone numbers are not reachable. I also sent repeated mails on the email ID of the firm however no response has been received from them.

I would like the Firm to refund my money immediately.

Due to Covid lockdown we have cancelled order in the month of May-2020. It's almost 9-10 Month still we didn't get any refund amount. We tried multiple time to reach out to LT Online Store on telephone number but no response.

I have ordered the Logitech B525 HD Webcam for a total of Rs. 3079.80 inclusive of bluedart shipping from LT Online Store available at the URL https://ltonlinestore.com/ on May 23 2020, thats over 9 months ago from now. Upon, not receiving the order, I repeatedly called the numbers available on the ecommerce site for customer care, but all my calls went unanswered.

Finally, on September 10, 2020, after a period of 3 months and 2 weeks, I received an email from LT Online Store, that the status of order has been changed and the amount has been refunded. When I checked my account, I could not find any refund, so I emailed back on January 29, 2021 to LT Online Store asking for the reference number of the refund transaction and date of transaction.

Since, no refund was ever made, I was told that they have sent me some coupon of the initial order amount.

To my dismay, NO coupon whatsoever was ever sent to me, I raised the concern again with LT Online Store over email and this time around I was told to wait till the evening of January 29, 2021.

To the date i.e February 27, 2021, I have not received any REFUND nor the COUPON in lieu of the order placed. LT Online Store has stopped responding to my emails requesting the refund. This is outright FRAUD, to make things worse they are still operating and are a risk to gullible customers.

I am hereby attaching the email communication screen-shots for your reference.

I ordered a cartridge and paid in advance. Unfortunately the cartridge shows as empty. I want a refund.

I Ordered a HP 52x 700MB 80-Minute CD-R Media 50-Piece Spindle-2 Unit worth Rs1, 326.32 on 8th February 2021 they said that will deliver by 7 days. But today 24th of February 2021 they didn’t send the product yet. I tried to contact them many times but they’re not reachable. I Paid them RS. Rs1, 326.32 & they not refunding the Money also.

It has been more than 2 weeks, where LT Online team replied that refund will be proceed but still refund money or Coupon not initiated.

Team, can you please provide the ETA when coupon or money will be refunded.

my phone no. [protected] and email ID [protected]@gmail.com, amount successfully transferred to LT Catridge vendor but I did not get order confirmation.

I checked with bank they said payment was successfully and here is the aggregate no.445938 which was shared by bank.

Please initiate the refund soon.
Otherwise I have to take further action against you.

I recently purchased the HP803 Black Cartage from your online site whose order number #[protected]
You are requested to Please change my cartridge on an Urgent basis .

I refer to the Order No - #[protected] dated 3 February, still the status is pending and no response from the customer support. Further there is no response to the mails sent to them.

I placed order for HP ink cartridge and proceeded to make payment via NetBanking. The amount of Rs. 1327 got debited from my bank account but the order didn't get confirmed.
