I have placed an order for Renewal, 2 User, 1 Year, Quick Heal Total Security on dated :[protected] from this above mentioned company and paid full amount of Rs.932.20. Its products key was supposed to be delivered on my mail ID.
But till today, I have not received the key, whereas nobody is taking my call or responding to my mails.
I dint know why it takes so much of time to mail the key, therefore request to refund my hard earn money as soon as possible.

I had ordered Antivirus Quick heal total security 3 days back, its product activation key was supposed to be delivered on my mail id.

Yet i have not received the key, nobody is responding to my mails or picking up the calls.

Sending the Key over mail, why it takes time.

I purcheaaed the oder number Order #[protected] from lt online store. I had done full payment online. Even after the payment I haven't received single confirmation from them nor the order status. They just took the money and no reply from them. I tried contacting them on all their available sources but no reply from them. I want refund or my order delivered.

I have ordered on 10.06.2021. but i have not received my order yet.
Even i am unable to track it.
the tracking number given in the mail is incorrect.
The helpline number is busy whole day, and only one helpline number is given in the mail...
Either you resolved it tommorrow or otherwise return my money...
Lt online store has only one option of payment i.e. Online mode of payment.
Even HP has many options for payment like COD, Online mode etc.
