I had bought an Antivirus Renewal License- Quickheal Renewal, 1 Server, 3 Year, Quick Heal Server Edition 1 × रु 1, 416 - as advertised on their website - https://ltonlinestore.com

The order was prepaid and hence i did the full payment of 1416/- on 14/07/2021

However, the same is not processed till date and there is no response to my followup mails on [protected]@ltonlinestore.in

I have already posted a complaint in this Forum on 25th June '21 on the purchase of HP Printer combo cartridge ordered on 1st June '21. No action is seen taken by the LT store on this complaint. I once again request to refund my amount.
If delayed, I have to proceed further to take legal steps including report to authorities for online cheating.

Ordered online on 14.07.21 and paid 1132₹ through net banking, but not received any product key via email. I am writing this after 8 days. I call customer care every day, but fail. The phone number always come busy or noreply, if received they tells it will be resolved within 24 hrs. But nothing happens. What to do. I need solutions. Order no. 273460 dt. 14. Jul 2021....

We have ordered and paid in advance for Quick Heal Total Security - 2 User 3 Years on 01.07.2021. Since 20 days lapsed no response from the Company. Moreover no response on several mails sent on their registered mail and no response from the phone numbers shown in Tax Invoice and website. We now request for refund of amount paid Rs.2301/-. Moreover request to investigate as fraud/fake shopping website through Cyber Cell if similar complaints are there from other complainants.

On Jun 4, 2021, I ordered for 3-User-1-Year-Kaspersky-Total-Security it has been more than a month I didn't receive the key via E-mail. usually, the key will be delivered in few hours after payment but it has been more than a month I didn't receive any information. I tried contacting them, by all means, they never responded this is totally disappointing and pls help me get a refund

Sad to inform you that I am so unhappy from irresponsible attitude of not responding to mail reply and not picking up the call.

I want my positive response by tomorrow. of my order id #[protected] dated 9 July 2021. As per order, you are supposed to send antivirus and activation code on my mail, but you fail to do so. If not getting response by tomorrow, it will not be good. Donot unnecessary take the order, keep the money and make other fool and cheat the public.

I have ordered Kaspersky total antivirus (2 users 3 Years) on 9.7.2021. It has not been sent on my mail id. My order id is #[protected]. Amount Paid Rs. 2253/-. Regarding this, I had previously sent 3 mails on mail id [protected]@ltonlinestore.in. No response/reply from your side. Nobody is picking up the phone on[protected] /[protected]also. Intimate me.
I have done great mistake by trusting this online store. I feel cheated. Now honestly tell me whether to enquire or stop it.

HP 60 cartridge purchased on 1/6/21 on paying Rs.2760/ . On getting information about your company that it is a fake one and there is every chance for cheating, I cancelled it by sending email on 2nd June 21.
Later sent so many mails intimating cancelling and for refund .So far not received refund .No reply has also been received.
Kindly refund the amount. Also sent a reply.
