Finally the item was delivered through DTDC though I had requested for a refund as I had already purchased this .item through Amazon. Anyway I got what i paid for though it was delayed. Wish they would respond to email or calls. They are like al-Qaida operating totally underground-LOL

    I ordered a printer cartridge from them On 3rd May. They haven't dispatched the product and nor do they reply with the status. Product costs over 1000 which I have paid. Not sure how to proceed.

      I have placed an order for a genuine printhead of hp from this lt online store. But when I urged them to cancel my existing order and refund back my hard earned cash they were not interested to entertained with me anymore. This company is totally fraud and cheating with a lot number of public in a day. It is the time take highly action against these traitor before it is too late.

        We have ordered 10 Logitech stereo headset with mic (5, 571.96 rs) and 10 Webcams (16097.56 rs)on 9 th June, 2020.
        We still have not received any response neither have got the delivery of our products.

        Please look into the matter urgently.
        It is almost a year of wait now

            Hi,

            I had placed an order for Logitech Wireless keyboard and mouse from Ltonline store on 9th May and its still showing as processing status.
            I tried to contact the vendor multiple times via provided landline number but no body answered. I also sent them multiple mails asking for an update but no response yet. In case there is a delay due to prevailing situation, the least I expect is a dignified response. Also, they should have stopped taking orders if they cannot deliver right now.

              Order number #[protected] book on 16/4/21 with full payment was not received so far. A per company policy I have after return of paid money as the store unable to deliver the product in 10 days. I have sent 3 e-mails and called call center several times. But no response so far. Return the amount ASAP.

                My order no #[protected].i ordered on this website on 2nd May 2021.since today on there is no response from their end.i have paid 4236 through upi.thier no all the nos listed on the website are out of service...and trust me it's not becoz of lockdown.these guys should be dragged to court.i urge everyone not to purchase anything from these guys.

                      I had made a pyt of Rs. 9208.72 online using your website to order 2 Nos. HP 88x Toners for which I had spoken to Mr. Divyanshu.
                      Onmaking pyt for a brief moment I got Payment successful Transaction Ref ID:[protected] for which I have a screenshot luckily. After a few seconds of payment successful got Payment Failed due to Gateway Error. My Bank statemnt is showing pyt deducted since[protected]. I have written several mails to Mr. Diyanshu to which he is saying pyt is not received from his end. If so then why is my payment not reverted back. I have asked him to forward me the Transaction details for the Reference number mentioned so that I could show it to the bank. But no one is reverting. Your office Numbers are keeping on ringing and no one is reverting back. Please do call me after reading my mails sent. Expecting some solution aspa.

                        Maine 7 april ko order kiya tha rs. 21334 ka epson printer ki ink jo ki 40nos thi. Lt online ne muje ivoice bhi bhehi ha. Fir jab muje 1 hafte tak saman nhi mila to maine 15 april ko call kiya customer care me to khte ha apka order cancel ho gya ha saman ka rate badh gaye ha jo maine rs. 526 ka liya tah use ab rs. 616 kar diya ha kehte ha fir se order karo. Maine kha mera paisa wps do to kehte ha 10% less kar k milega. Ab mai kya kru.

                                  I've placed the order on 19th Feb, for Netgear nighthawk router R8000 and chose a faster delivery via air and paid for it too. It's been 40days and counting and all I've got is a faulty tracking number in one email. Your customer service number is always busy, very convenient to do when you have a landline number.

                                  I've mailed you 3 to 4 times without even one reply these 40days.

                                  Because of LT cartridge my money is stuck ₹19, 582.10/- and I'm not able to buy any other router also.

                                  I've already emailed for cancellation and refund... Kindly do the needful.
