My order id is[protected].send it fast .5 day completed. not any quick heal key received yet

I have placed order for one number of 8 port switch and 4 nos of 10m long patch cords vide order no[protected] dated June 7th 2021 valued as Rs 1175.28.

This order is not delivered till date despite regular and multiple enquiries on phone nos [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

I've ordered a Sony 32 GB Pen drive 3 numbers my order number is Order #[protected] ordered on Jun 27, 2021 and it's shipped by DTDC courier and delivered to me on July 03, 2021 (Tamil Nadu) when i opened the parcel I've found 1 number of pen drive only. immediately i called the customer care and informed they said the issue will be checked and inform me within 1 hour but after 2 hours there is no call from their end. again i called them after 2 hours i called again they are attending the call and not answering i tried 4 times and finally 5th time attended the call and answered that this will be informed before 6 o clock on the same day. but i don't get a call from them. i called after 6 o clock, the automatic recorded call said the customer care is available from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm only.if the customer care is closes by 6.pm then why they said to me the problem is solved by 6.pm. it's better don't buy products from this type of online sellers.

I purchased canon E560 order no#[protected] Dated 19.06.21and paid INR 7685.34 but till date didn't receive from them. I tried contacting them over the phone but she told (we are inform within15 min. ) but day by day I have loss my time.

The product is not working completely.
The power button failed to work...after a just one month o[censored]se.

I ordered K7 TOTAL SEURITY 3 user 1 year
order is still processing. company's all the
phones are "no reply". emails are also in vein.
no updates reeived. PROCESSING SUCH
ORDER TAKES JUST 30 SECONDS because
the antivirus key is to be delivered via email.

I purchased 6 Quick Heal Total Security licenses with the duration of 3-Year and paid INR7000 but didn't receive any license key from them. I tried contacting them over the phone and sent them emails constantly, but didn't receive even a single revert back from them.
I strongly recommend you (Who reads this comment) not to purchase any product from them and don't pay even a single rupee to them.

I ordered an ink catridge for hp product
Order #[protected]. There is no update about the order. I tried to contact them using my mail and tried to call them. There is no response from thier side . I also have demanded a refund still there is no response

The complaint is with the above mentioned order detail with Lt. online store. Since from the date of order I haven't received any updates regarding the order. Whenever I went to check the status it shows still processing and raised the query to the given email id of the store and didn't get any response for that. As I have prepaid for this order I now want my money to be refunded. Looking forward your kind help to sort out this issue.

I placed order for UPS and make payment of Rs 5739.52 through online on 02.06.2021. No product delivered. I send email for cancelation of order on 16.06.2021 to [protected]@ltonlinestore.in. No response till 28.06.2021. Customer support phone no.s also not responding. I want my cash back.huve

I got a fake and faulty Printer, it is not working at all and I have been trying to reach customer care however no one is responding, I want a replacement or refund at the earliest, the ignorance from LT online store is totally unacceptable. If you cannot deliver right and genuine product then don't sell those.

I had ordered this headphone on 11th of June 2021. I still have not received any update about it.

they never reply to the emails, neither pick the calls.
This headphone is worth रु 2, 875.66

Is there any way to get the money back. Please help

This website will take your order and will never ship you your product. This is a complete fraud site operating right from the heart of Mumbai and nothing is done inspite of many written complains. Hats off India.

We have place an order for HP Cartridge of amount Rs.4610/-

Material not dispatched till date.
I have made several reminders on email but no one respeonded.
Also no one is picking up the phone . Tried more than 30 times.

This is LT online Store, Its complete a Fake Company. I personally experienced the real pain in communicating with them to track my Order. But never respond to emails and Call never connect. Its Proven fact, that never Deliver the Ordered Products at all.

Note: If you Order any product in LT Online Store, you never receive. You will be cheated for ever.

I have placed an order for Renewal, 2 User, 1 Year, Quick Heal Total Security on dated :[protected] from this above mentioned company and paid full amount of Rs.932.20. Its products key was supposed to be delivered on my mail ID.
But till today, I have not received the key, whereas nobody is taking my call or responding to my mails.
I dint know why it takes so much of time to mail the key, therefore request to refund my hard earn money as soon as possible.
