I ordered it aprox 2 months ago then cancelled but money still not refunded. In website showing partially refunded but money is not credited. I sent so many mails and call them many times. Please do something

I ordered logitech webcam on 10th june, i paid online, till today i did not received my order. it is fake n fraud company.
Dangerous thing is they are using reputed courier companies data, as Blue dart, Post office, etc. how they get data from company?
Cyber crime dept should take action against this company.

I had place an order for logitech h150 stereo headset from lt online store by making online payment of rs1256/- on 1 july. The product was not delivered to me, hence i again placed request for cancellation of the order on july 6 by writing them an email to [protected]@ltonlinestore.in and calling on the numbers mention on the website[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected]. They have neither responded to my email neither to my call. Later i checked reviews of the company on google and got to know that it’s a fake fraud company and have cheated many people

Not yet received. Not even receiving phone.

This is company is fraud.
First they show products with less value
Then they take your order and money

Then your orders status is pending or processing always. If you try to contact this company there phone is busy always i tried 1000 times still it’s busy.

And now if you cancelled product they take shipping charges and 5 % product money please take action against this fraud company.

Order #[protected] was placed on the website for logitech webcam c270 via shipping method shyplite of which amount of rs. 1714.54 was paid online through card but nobody is responding at the telephone no. S provided and nor any update is there.

I had ordered a logitech webcam and paid for the same in advance.
Since that there is no response from their side.

I have purchase bluetooth speaker and mouse and paid full amount in advance by my credit card.

Order Date is 24th May 2020 and order id #[protected] . It over 1.5 months i.e 42 days from my purchase if you can deliver item do refund my money .

I have been calling all your numbers no one picks them up and on writing email i get automated reply we will revert you back . If this situation is going to continue then i have too look for legal way to get my money back .

Paid full amount on may 13, 2020 - no product received - no phone calls answered. After repeated attempts, a mail on june 12 received back that 95% refund will be credit back in 7-10 days. No refund received so far

I had made order zno[protected] on 29 June 2020 and the order is still under processing stage. So kindly dispatch my order

I had purchased a Quick Heal total security antivirus from LT online payment also have been done by online but I have still not received my order on email, I am waiting since weeks..i have also sent few emails which no response has been received nor anyone receives calls

I ordered ink from LT online. even after 1 month delivery is not yet done.
Company person don't even pickup phone or reply to emails.

In view of the ordered placed since more than one and half month ago, I have not received the product, neither received the refund.

The store is not responding on the customer care portal and neither picking up the calls.

I am seeking help via this forum to resolve my complaint on this.

Hi, had placed an order on 21 may 2020 (Order no. #[protected] for
Tp-link uh400 usb 4-port external hub, usb 3.0 costing रु 913.32

The payment was made upfront by credit card. I understand it was covid situation earlier in may/june 2020, but now with all online services back on track there is still no update on my order beyond "processing".

I have tried to called them several times but phone is never answered by their representatives (Phone no. :[protected];[protected];[protected]. I have also emailed them several times but they have not responded to even one of the emails (Email :[protected]@ltonlinestore.in)

I have placed an order with order number[protected] on june 16, 2020 still have not received order, the phone lines are always busy and they never respond to emails. Please take action on this.

I had ordered an headset from lt online company... It was a prepaid order.. I have still not received it and the company does not respond to any emails nor pick up calls...

I bought online product of hp m150 mouse from https://ltonlinestore.com/ but there was never shipped my order so i tried to cancel my order so i tried their site & there is no cancellation on the site
After a few minutes googling i gound their site & product are fake & there not shipping products & not even returning money that their paid
I tried contacting their customer care number & email but there not evening answering calls and mails
I want my money back

Order status updated on 25/6/2020 as processing. After that no response to emails. All customer care telephone nos are kept busy and you get engaged tone any time during specified time period. There is no way to escalate the issue with company as there is no further data available on the web regarding owners and organization.

I have ordered Logitech webcam and paid online including courier charges, now it is 15 days, I have not received anything, no mails no calls, no response for at all, I asked for refund but still no answer.
