A prepaid order was placed on second June 2020 worth rs 4684.60 comprising a webcam, mouse, headphone and data cable. The order number mentioned in website is#[protected]. As per website delivery was expected in 5-7 days buts been over 1.5 month and there is no sign of products ordered. Given customer care number do not respond nor do they answer any emails.. I requested for cancellation and refund but nothing happened.

With due respect, I, like to inform you that I had purchased some items on 5/5/2020 with payment Rs. 4606.72(four thousand six hundred six) by online transaction at online seller LT Online Store, Wholesaler in Mumbai, Maharashtra (https://ltonlinestore.com) . But till there is no any steps for delivery/cancelling/refund of paid amount for purchasing . I also mailed (from [protected]@yahoo.com to [protected]@Ltonlinestore.in ) & had sent letter but no any response.It resembles that the LT Online Store may be fraud/fake online seller.

Now I request you to take necessary actions for the above subject matter quickly.For taking necessary actions, suitable documents are attached below.

Why are you running this fraud business and cheating all peoples.. Order #[protected].. Still not receiving...1000 times called your helpline number. Not a single person reply. Please send the key or refund my money. Until or unless filing a case against your online store and publicly expose. Your company cheating money from the customer through an online store. I have proof. Please requesting you last time. I never ever buy anything from your site.

I had ordered and paid rs.987.66 for this item. Still i did not get the instrument or refund. I had ordered on 18th march.

I have ordered wifi router from lt store but due to lockdown they were unable to deliver after i initiated refund request and 4 months passed they are not refunded yet even 10 times send mail and no response get on call or mails.
Totally fraud company please look into this

I have placed order for hp head set black and hp mouse on june 28 2020 however there is no update for the order. Also the contact nos given on site is not reachable.

Also i have seach online for the feedback of the store and come to know that this company is fraud.

Hi,

I placed an order for following items on LTonline site and made the payment but it is near to a month with no communication about the order. I tried reaching them over emails/phones but they are not responding. I requested to cancel the order if they are unable to ship it or ship the order but no response. Please help!

Lt online store my order not shipped after two month i am complaint this fake online store kindly help.

Purchased a Quickheal antivirus programme on 6-6-2020 and made a payment online. My order no was #[protected].
LT online emailed me an invalid key. Repeated attempts are made by me to contact LT online store through email and telephone, but no result even after one month.
I also tried to reach them through https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ncd2016/microsite/. Even LT online made a false promise to this forum to supply me with a new key. Till date, there is no response from the LT online

I have ordered a web camera for the price of rs.2020/-. They don't have stock on this. So they cancelled and informed through the mail that "the paid amount will be refunded within 7-10 days". But still, now i didn't receive money back.

I have mailed to the company and called them many times. But no response from the company side.

No response to email apart from standard auto reply.

No one answers the phone when called.

Can anyone help me get an update...

I have ordered an HP Ink cartridge 818 for my printer from LT store online https://ltonlinestore.com/ . but it is a fake site they are neither picking up my call nor they are replying to my mails. I have requested for a refund by sending a mail to them but they are not responding at all.
They have taken my money but they are not doing anything with my order.
Its already been so long. I have not got any detail from LT online. They are behaving as if they all are dead.

I have ordered an item mentioned above on June 12th, 2020 for Rs.2068.54/ and paid in full through my credit card, but still, there is no response, neither received the product nor any reply over the phone. All phone lines are technically busy all the time.

As an online worker, it's very urgent to me but I think the Co. LT ONLINE STORE is a fraud concern.
Please help me, several people already have lost a lot of money.

Had placed a paid order for the Logitech H340 USB Headset on 27th of June 2020 with an 102 rupees for DTDC shipment with the Order No.[protected] from Kolkata. The order status today 8th of July 2020 is still 'Processing' whereas because of the additional DTDC charges, the delivery within metro city was promised within 2 to 5 days. The maximum time limit for delivery, as written on their website is 10 days.
The Customer Service phone number has not been reachable and the mails I have sent have received auto-generated acknowledgements. No one from the Customer Service could be contacted. Wondering if at all this order would be delivered, if yes, then by what date or if this is all a hoax.
