M3M India Pvt Ltd — Refund of EOI Token Amount

M3M has issued only EOI and they are selling there property without RERA and overrulling RERA guideline number 4 which says you cannot sell or advertise your property without proper RERA . However, we all are befooled by M3M that they have RERA which comes under Legal Section 420 .
Morever, EOI itself has no meaning.
So, I request everybody who all are facing the same trouble, let's unite and fight unanimously against M3M bcz there staff is totally fake lier.

Hi.im facing same problem.lets connect together and escalate the issue.they cant use up our hard earned money.i had visited their office, they say no refund policy.which is totally illegal as they are selling without rera.lets get together and file police complaint.im sure we will get justice.

Rajan Raheja ( [protected]) and Siddarth - From M3M ( [protected] ) - Both confirmed me at the time of initial deposit that initial payment will be refunded in case if I did not finalize the Unit. Now both are telling that there is no policy.

M3M Builders, your lucrative offers will not go long. You have to refund back hard earn amount to everyone.

Without showing design you have taken advance and now you can not deny to refund it.

Hi have you guys got refund? I have approached them and mail to Mr. Amit Dhingra for refund of amount. He replied that I have mail the details to [protected]@ smartworld, but nothing concurrent have been received.

I am facing the same harassment with EoI refund. I have written them atleast 10 mails till now to everyone involved including RM Anshuman.[protected]@smartworlddevelopers.com and [protected]@smartworlddevelopers.com . They just dont respond on email or phone. I just didnt expect this kind of harassment in return of extending my money and confidence to smartworld. Lets unite together and make others aware of not falling in their traps anymore. They are just cheating, I have lost my trust completely on them- they had promised so high before I gave the money and now my money is gone since last 6 months. Readers, please beware of fake builders like smartworld! They will fool you and cheat you at every step! Please stay away from Smartworld.

I transferred 500000 online on 31st August' 22 to book a unit in M3M Capital.

Due to unsatisfactory reply on GST issue, I requested them to refund my amount on 7th Sep' 22.

Pls note that none of the EOI formalities were completed by M3M at this stage.

Instead of processing my refund, M3M asked me to complete EOI formalities, which I agreed in order to recover my booking amount (EOI Amount)

It has been 3 weeks now and M3M has not issued a refund.

I visited their sales office today and was told that the approving authority is on leave for 7 to 10 days and it would take 20 more days to refund the amount in the form of a cheque.
