Maces Cooling Solutions — Fridge on Rent but its not our fault.

Hi, I was using their fridge on rent service in Gurgaon and my little 4 year old son do something behind the fridge and it stop cooling since then and I asked them to replace the rented fridge with another one and they asking for the repair cost for the first one. I don't think they should ask for repair charges. It was just a accident. And I also rented Split ac from them. I am an old customer of them..
