Sir i have sent one parcel using mdhur courier service (Babarpur, shadhra) to shivpuri, mp. And material have been stolen from that box. Parcel courier on 10/06/2020 and received on 23/06/2020

Initially, the weight of parcel at the loading stage is noted as 3 kg but actually it is 2.8 kg and where the parcel is received its weight is 2.5kg and completely damaged in condition.

I have gave a parcel to your agent on 01.06.2020 to deliver at charkhi dadri. He didn’t dispatch till 06.06.2020 and didn’t give me any receipt after that i argued with him. We have booked a courrier from rohtak to orissa on 27 or 28 april 2020 but courier person did not provide builty yet and on every call he is saying that give me one day give me two days. Now its been more than one month client is shouting at us.

I have booked a courier with ref/pd number[protected] on 17th march 20 from jabalpur (Mp) to amritsar (Punjab) but same is not delivered yet and no body provide details of the courier.. As per online site it showing dispatched from jabalpur to bhopal on 17th mar and then bhopal to delhi on 18th mar and after delhi to amritsar on 8th may due to lockdown but still not received (Screen shot attached)
