Madhur courier are not delivering my parcel. They don't pick my calls. And not answering me.

I have sent my package through Madhur Courier services details as mentioned below -

Location - Ambah ( Dis. Morena)

Pincode - 476111

Package destination - Jaipur

Note -
It's more than 25 days my package is still missing and not delivered yet, while discussion with vendor ( Umesh Singh) he denied to share an knowledge regarding my package.

Also, tried to check through Online Tracking System of Madhur Courier services which is not showing any update after[protected]. ( see attachment) . Or you can check through below link

A Parcel has been booked on 18/06/2020 with POD no. P[protected] of 2 box in the name of Praveen Shrinivas, Address: Hazaribag from New Delhi Madhur Courier but till date we are unable to track the parcel and not received yet.
We request you to kindly look into the matter and try to deliver the parcel as mentioned as early as possible.

दिनांक 26/06/2020 शुक्रवार को मधुर कुरियर के आफिस से मुझे फोन आया कि बार काउंसिल से आपका पत्र आया है आकर ले जाइए। उक्तक दिनांक को मेरा लैपटॉप क्षतिग्रस्तद होने के कारण मैंने मधुर कुरियर के कर्मचारी से निवेदन किया कि मेरा पत्र मेरे दर्शाए गए पते पर डिलिवर कर दीजिए तो कर्मचारी ने कहा कि मैं डिलिवरी बॉय से कहकर डिलिवरी करवा दूंगी। मधुर कुरियर के उक्तल कर्मचारी द्वारा उक्तह पत्र का डॉकेट नंबर या रसीद नंबर मुझे नहीं बताया गया।

दूसरे दिन शनिवार दिनांक 27/06/2020 को मेरे द्वारा मधुर कुरियर के आफिस में फोन करने पर कर्मचारी द्वारा मुझे आश्व0स्त किया गया कि डिलिवरी बॉय से कहकर पत्र की डिलिवरी की जाएगी और मेरा मोबाईल नंबर मुझसे पूछा गया जिस पर मैंने अपना मोबाईल नंबर लिखवा दिया।
मैं लगातार चार दिनों तक मधुर कुरियर देवेन्द्रन नगर, रायपुर में फोन करता रहा लेकिन हर बार मधुर कुरियर देवेन्द्र् नगर, रायपुर का फोन व्यास्तर ही बताता रहा है। ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि जैसे मधुर कुरियर देवेन्द्र नगर, रायपुर द्वारा मेरे मोबाईल नंबर को ब्लै क लिस्टु में डाल दिया गया हो।
दिनांक 01/07/2020 को मधुर कुरियर देवेन्द्र नगर जाने पर मुझे अनावश्य0क रूप से बैठाकर रखा गया और अंतत: पत्र नहीं मिलने पर मुझे कोई संतोष जनक जवाब नहीं दिया गया और मधुर कुरियर, देवेन्द्रे नगर, रायपुर के प्रबंधक द्वारा मेरे साथ दुर्व्येवहार किया गया।

What the heck is wrong with your services 😡. It's been 3 days and more but i am unable to track my parcel. No contact number is working even email address is not working. I tried too many times to track my parcel but there only page 1 is showing page 2 & 3 are not opening.
If you can't handle company then you should close it. It will be much better for you and others too

On 21 march 2020.
But till date my envelope is not deliver to my friend.
I was trying to complain to madhur courier services but they are not giving any positive response.
They are unable to find location of my envelope.

I sent my parcel on 19 march 2020 from durg to indore. But till date it hasn't reached there. I have tried contacting the madhur courier shop again and again but they aren't responding. Their tracking website doesn't work. Ref no is [protected].

Parcel reached binaganj but agent is not delivering parcel from 24th june...

Madhur courier is one of the good deliverable company but we faced a big issue with them. On 9th june we sent a parcel from ratlam to mumbai, courier is still not received to marol naka andheri. When we tried to raise the issue to andheri office they stopped answering our call. Today, a person answered a call and then we raised issue so he replied that pravachan mat do, we have more work and you guys are irritating us alot. Is this the kind of words which we should speak with customer. We all are in trouble but you dont have rights to say all this. Shame in madhur courier, shame on andheri office. They called customer sunday early morning that come to main office and collect. No proper work and improper words, this company dont deserve to work now.

Given my parcel at itarsi courier service on 19th june 2020.. It has been 10 days my parcel didn't received to thane (Mumbai) as confirmed by thane office. And confirmed by lady at itarsi courier service, she told tht it will reach by 1 week of booking date and it's been 10 days now. Your courier tracking service displaying that it is ready to dispatch from bhopal to mumbai dtd 21st june. No other updates regarding courier updated on your site.
Kindly look into the matter.. And deliver my parcel as soon as possible.. Highly disappointed.

Sir i have sent one parcel using mdhur courier service (Babarpur, shadhra) to shivpuri, mp. And material have been stolen from that box. Parcel courier on 10/06/2020 and received on 23/06/2020

Initially, the weight of parcel at the loading stage is noted as 3 kg but actually it is 2.8 kg and where the parcel is received its weight is 2.5kg and completely damaged in condition.
The parcel is completely in wet condition and water accumulated inside parcel which was acknowledged by courier person also.

Sir, i have sent n-95 mask in that parcel and 85 pieces of n-95 mask is missing from it which cost me rs 2000.

I am contacting various concerned peoples of madhur courier (Mr. Rp gupta, mr. Rajeev goel) but no one is helping me and saying it happens in courier services and we are not authorized / control for that.

Please help me, sir, to get a refund of the lost product amount and look out for how such kind of issue can be controlled else it will damage the company image completely.

I booked A Docket no.P[protected] Dt. 17 march 2020 From Himachal Pradesh siliguri on 18 June they have recived in kolkota but till date they havent dispatched to siliguri Even the customer care number is incorrect email no reply.

Sir i dispatch 2 boxes of medical goods from ujjain to indore of prem medical agencies. It have been nearly 1 month when we regularly call the madhur courier person and no one is responding clearly.
We really have a bad experience now with madhur courier and will never prefer madhur courier for long distance goods delivery. It's just please let me know where my goods are and when they will be delivered. If any loss happens madhur will be responsible for that 1.5 lakh goods.

I have given a courier at authorised center of madhur courier they are not ready to reply me about the courier on time.
And the courier is at place they dont have any valid customer care no.

I give the packet to madhur courier service provider in kurwai district vidisha (M. P.) on 19/03/2020 whos receipt number is 1151334 and the courier is still not received yet on its final destination which is chanderi district ashok nagar. Please solve my problem or give me my packet back.

I was a invelop booked from manendragarh (Chhattishgarh) to raipur (Chhatiishgarh) pdo no is [protected] dated 02/06/2020.
In this time pod is showing in raipur main branch from date 06/06/2020 but it is not delver to consignee.
What i do?
