I was sending a parcel from bhopal to pune on 1st of july.but they have not deliverd in pune as well as in adress that day.
So plse take a appropriate action.
I have attached a pic of parcel no.and plse gave me reson why they not deliverd on giving date.

Bank of India, Jabalpur branch sent a package bearing number[protected] to my Hyderabad address but the same is not received so far. The company's on line tracking on its we'd site today indicates 'no record found'. It is not known what happened to the package sent by the bank to me. The company may please inform me as to the fate of the aforementioned courier package at the earliest. As the contents are with regard to my assessment of income tax it is requested the matter may be attended on priority.
Please arrange to deliver the package at your earliest.

It was booked from bilaspur ( fast channel-A/14, Bajrang complex, telepara road, bilaspur ) on 31st may'19, and paid 200 rupees. on 4th jun i came to know that it was not delivered, and after that i asked to the bilaspur branch (ph:[protected]), from there i got number of pune branch ([protected]). They told that the document will be deliver within 3 days, but till now it was not delivered. I have called many times to the pune number, but no one receiving. so, I asked that bilaspur person to look into the matter. but that guy don't know how to speak and he did not respond properly. It was urgent and the documents was my important documents.

Docket no.[protected]...parcel from Chandigarh to Ahmedabad. Left for delivery on 7th July by Girish bhai as per website tracking. After first discussion on 10th July, he said the consignee address is 2 floors above his office. He will deliver. The concerned addressee also called him up to deliver the parcel. On 11th July, morning I called him up and he said that please ask your addressee to come to my office and I will show the proof that he has signed on receiving. I discussed with my addressee about his version, he said that Girish is talking very rudely and he is threatening to send the parcel back, if he does not go to Girish office. Obviously, anyone will be offended. I finally called up him evening 6 pm..and recorded the conversation...he said that the addressee is not available and he will give tomorrow as he has left the office. I was in midst of conveying him that I have given 100 RS for parcel, why can't you go 2 floors up and give the parcel? In between he cut the phone. In all his arrogance and rudeness, please note he wants to blacken the name of Madhur courier services by the way he conducts himself. My parcel is still not reached today...11th June 19, dispatched from Chandigarh on 3rd June 19, which is just 2 floors above Madhur courier services office in Ahmedabad, Satellite road. Girish tells blatant lies and very bad. Please blacklist him, else customers will black list Madhur courier. And give back my return of 100 Rupees.

I booked shipment through Gwalior branch dt 23/05/19 to courier at Ahmedabad. After booking, Madhur Courier provided ref no for info to customer. Ref no P[protected]

With reference to online tracking facility, it is seen that shipment reached Ahmedabad on 25/05/19. But the shipment was returned from Ahmedabad dt 25/05/19 with current location as Indore dt 27/05/19.

Itended recipient did not receive the shipment and even no-communication was done by Ahmedabad courier office with the recipient, such a reputed courier service agency be so careless in delivering shipments.

Further to that, I personally made efforts to contact Ahmedabad courier office dt 27/05/19, but they replied that address where shipment is supposed to be delivered, come under NO SERVICE AREA for Ahmedabad Madhur courier services.

Moreover, Ahmedabad office staff submitted that they do not call the recipient also for shipnents below 7-8 kg.

Such unjustified services are not at all acceptable.

I sincey request to lodge complain against madhur courier and expedite delivery of my shipment.

Dear sir/mam, my parcel p[protected] was sent from delhi on 22/04/19 for dhamangaon rly, amravati. But did not get yet. When i track the parcel i found that it was dispatched from nagpur for amravati. When i reach to amravati madhur office, they answered me that the parcel did not reach to them. And when i went to nagpur madhur office, the said me that parcel has been already sent to amravati madhur courier services on 29 april 2019. Such things are happening to me, i am not getting parcel. I warmly request you to get some actions. And please provide me my parcel as soon as possible. Its a very worst thing that a courier with such big name in india, madhur courier services is doing such a shamful thing to the customer. I hope you will get any way and will find courier. Thank you.

I booked a consignment for Kadkadduma, Delhi on 4th April at about 11.00 a.m. to the Courier's office located in the Raibahadur Market, Jodhpur.I was told that by Monday I.e.8th April it would be delivered.But till now, it has not been delivered to the right person.My problem is that I have left the receipt in Jodhpur and presently, am in Ahmedabad.In the morning I rang to your office and was assured that the consignment had reached Delhi yesterday and today it would be delivered sure.But today in the evening I confirmed that it has not been delivered.I again made a call to your Sardarpura office but got a dissatsfactory reply.

Courier with Consignment No. [protected], was couriered on 29th Mar 2019 from Indore (MP) it has reached Bhopal Indrapuri, today (1st April 2019) morning at 11.45 AM. When called at Indrapuri hub and asked about delivery the In-charge replied they are not having route today will deliver tomorrow i.e. 2nd April 2019. We pay so much more than postal service so that our important documents reach on time but your services are fooling customers.
I will never sue your services nor will recommend any body.

I had courierd a parcel ([protected]) through your company. But my parcel was not delivered at exact place i e (D-39, okhla industrial area, phase-1, new delhi) instead was delivered at (D-139, mega calibre enterprises). I contacted your employee for the same but he didn't response in a good way. The parcel containing original documents and i don't have any copies of that. So please return me my parcel so that i can resend them to the destination.

The complaint is regarding consignment no. [protected]. The courier is not received. The delivery is stopped at jaipur branch. The tracking shows ready to dispatch, but even after passing 7 days, the courier has not been delivered yet.

Kindly take action. My mobile no. [protected]. As the customer satisfaction is your goal, take action accordingly.

I go to madhur courier udaipur for my courier udaipur to jaipur (C scheme jaipur) net wgt something 200gm. Which is charges 750 but it's charges too high.
So many charges do not charge any international courier. Pls refund my money if you can't return my money and then go for consumer court your complaint
So kindly request you return my money and next time any customer don't take money

Please do the needful on below issue, i am feeling that i am ditched by this irresponsible madhur courier service, tracking no is not recognized while tracking through site even customer care no don't recieve any call, have tried 3 to 4 different customer care no's but all no seem unreachable.

Had booked the courier from seoni (Mp) to pune on 25/02/0219, expected time to delivered 4-5 working days but till date the said consignment did not delivered to my pune address. Address is a most commercial area of pune, its a very important document and having a deadline to deliver at pune office on or before 04th march.

I sent my document from narnaul to Delhi. And it shows it arrived Delhi hub (head branch) on 9th Feb. It's been 8 days since I haven't got confirmation about my delivery . it had important original documents . I called all respective madhur courier agent and more than 100 times called head office . all time they reject to answer my call or ignore my query about my document. And they even cant tell where is my document. Worst experience in my life about these useless courier service.
I would suggest government ban this courier or cancelled its license

The package was dispatched from rohini in delhi. But as the parcel reached bareilly, the items of package went missing. It weighed 140gm at the time of dispatch but when it was received by my client, it weighed 132gm. And it took longer time than normal to get delivered. The parcel was in shabby condition and had two items missing. Two missing items are earrings studs. The parcel was opened enroute and it was tampered with.
I have contacted the concerned office in delhi but nothing has been done. I registered the complain on your website madhurcouriers.in. My complain number is 52726.
My phone number has been blocked by your company representative. I need an immediate action as this attitude reflects irresponsibility, slackness and non-committal nature. This lack of accountability hampers small business like mine.

Pathetic services... I have so many times track my consignment but not update in tracking sheet. Also called several times but customer care agent not respond properly. They pass the ball to another and another one also pass the ball to next... What's this rubbish??? I asked you can i get any respons?? And my important parcel yet not delivered to destination. Kindly revert and give me the correct information and delivered by tomorrow plssss.

My brother have courier me my notes from madhur courier bilaspur to pune baner area it reached here in a week to pune office. When i track my order its still showing in pune office when i called to pune office for enquiry that why its not getting delivered to my specified address they told that they do not provide service in baner area of pune and they have already mentioned this to bilaspur office but still bilaspur office takes the courier as its clearly mentioned in my parcel address of baner and they were not responding my call not even pune office is delivering my parcel to alternate location in time

Im very much annoyed with this type of service and i would always recommend people not to use this courier service ever in life as it is the worst of all services.
