Madhur courier delivery boy has wrongly delivered our parcel to another shop, which has been opened by them and thereby resulting to us in financial loss. While stating this serious issue to local officials of madhur courier, they showed a very casual approach towards us.
This enter scene resulted to us in loss of confidential data and mental stress as well.
We want to the same to be attended on priority, otherwise will escalate an issue to next higher level.

My parcel sent from kota maheshwari courier vide docket no 123917 dated 25.10.19 to madhur courier baran for delivery but till today not delivered. Maheshwari courier kota said i have sent on 25.10.19 and delivered at baran on 26.10.19 but madhur courier baran not delivered the psrcel to water resources circle baran till today he said i have lost the parcel. Parcel contain some important personal documents vregarding service book
Kindly make arrangements to delivery otherwise i hsve complain in police

I have submitted the courier to gujarati bazaar branch of madhur courier service on 19th oct. Which was supposed to deliver to thane by 24th as assured by courier member. Today is 25th oct and it has not been delivered yet. My client is panicking. Who is going to take the responsibility of such poor service. I want an immediate action on this. Attend this on high priority

Weight what i sent was different
If madhur courier gives no response ill file case in consumer forum
And the franchise is telling we can't do anything you call soo shameful to here this
Is this the service you provide?
I was badly treated in the madhur indrapuri

The parcel was couriered on 4th oct 2019 from seoni (Mp) for pune by assuring that it will be delivered on 9 or 10th oct max.
By tracking online, it showing after dispatching from mumbai to pune, it is in jalandhar. By calling in bhopal jalandhar mumbai pune, confirm that it is in pune since 9oct but still not delivered till 12oct.
Worst service... Worst peoples...

Services are wrost. My parcel is an urgent parcel they told me to deliver it by 8 of october and it is not reached yet and there is no office contact to talk to. Talking rudely saying it will not reach next 4 days so irritated short my problem out. Services are wrost just looted the customer by their high prices. And very rude nature of employees. They do not pick phones for complaint.

I have done courier from ur agency on 27/09/2019 but till now no updates available that my courier is received by the party or not.
When i go to madhur courier service agency, they done say any thing, talk very rudly. That i have sent from here u have to contact calcutta madhur service.
I also called helpline number at bhopal
They had given a mobile no.
I called 10 to15 times but it haven't received.
If courier will not received by the party.
I will get loss of 27000 rs.

I ordered my product in my frnds nick name and my address is correct and my number is correct and they deny for delivery they want everyone id proof for a product 900 i won't take that much efforts this is completely ridiculous and they argue a lot and they said vulgur to my aunt and family member when i wasnt able to pick up there call and they straight away said go complain even govt cant do anything to us

Mera parcel daily indore to shujalpur and shujalpur to indore aata jata hai indore chawni branch se ur kafi time se mein service le raha hu kabhi koi problem nahi raha but pichle 1 year se naa toh mujhe parcel mere address par dilivered kiya ja raha hai and usse badi problem yee ki mujhe do din mein parcel milta hai aur indore main branch se parcel kabi navlakh behja jata hai kabhi chawni behja jata aur pehle toh parcel k liye bhatak na padta hai k parcel kaha aaya hai phr unke office se collect karna padta hai and specillay chawni branch wale kabi phone recivied nahi karty aap kitne bhi call karlo unko but wo recivice nhi karenge... So please meri in bato par actoin liya jaye and mujhe aik din mein mere address par parcel delivered kiya jaye

We have couriered some docs with the above ticket no on 27/09/2019 which is very important but the same is still undelivered at your end. Even after 6 days.
Neither we are getting any status updates nor we are informed anything from your representative, this is very unprofessional behaviour totally unacceptable. It was very urgent and still undelivered

Pathetic service rendered by Madhur Courier, Gadgil lane, RK, Nasik.
Courier from Ahmedabad Reached their Nasik Address. However, the lady at their office called up saying cannot deliver as it is out of service area. Did not help for any escalation. Handed over call to Mr Ravi, who was so rude that he told that they will not deliver at address and were also willing to return back to Ahmedabad. When, I visited in person in evening, Mr Ravi misbehaved and denied to handover courier saying he needed Photo I’d copy.
I must say, it is completely un professional approach and no sense of responsibility. Ahmedabad office told to speak to Head office and Nasik office did not take responsibility. Even, the owner Mr Runwal was least bothered and did not even answer the call. Would never suggest this service to anyone.

Very cheap & default service made by madhur courrier bhanupratappur.

Of 1kg, worth 1950/- on dated 20.09.19, docket no is [protected]. But still it didnot delievered to the address. The service holder made very irresponsible work & not giving right information till now.

My courier number[protected] has been with the bangalore agency for the last 7days and even after repeated complaints and followups they refuse to deliver my courier to my residence at jp nagar phase 5, bangalore. Calling[protected] as provided by the website has not helped. The delivery guy whose number is [protected] has stolen my courier from your servicing branch is not willing to deliver it to me. Even after repeated followups and calling al he tells is it will be delivered within half an hour but it doesn't get delivered and when i call him later his phone is switched off. The delivery guy and your servicing branch has been cheating me for the last 7 days and has stolen my courier which has caused a lot of financial loss to me and my family. If my problem is not resolved by monday i will be forced to register a complaint of theft, mental harassment and financial loss with the police and the district consumer forum.

Mene mere brother ko ahmedabad ki ek vendors ke through 7/8/19 ko name customize rakhiya mere ghar bundi, rajasthan bejhi vendor ne ahmedabad ke house of courier wale se madhur courier me rakhiya send ki courier 4 din me phunchna tha bt jb nhi phuncha to mene vendor (Gehna. Vastra collection ahmedabad ki dealer he ye) ko complain ki to usne aage phn kiya and fir rakhi se ek din phle 14/8/19 ko evng me rakhiya mere papa ko shop pr de gya bcz courier wala known tha courier pr ghr ka address tha bt wo shop pr rakhiya de gye... Mere papa ne courier open kiya and rakhiya ghr le gye unhe nhi pta tha mene kitni rakhiya bijwai he... Nyt me mene mere brother ko bola mjhe pics send krne ko and jb mene pics dekhe to usme 3 rakhiya (1 drushti name, 1 d letter, 1 chota bhai) miss thi and uski jgh kisi ne 2 simple rakhiya daal di... Jab mene vendors ko btaya to unhone bola mene khud pack kiya he and apko pics b send ki he mene nhi kiya esa me apni beti ki kasam khati hu... Mene unke through bht sari rakhiya bejhi he bt sb ek dm perfect thi. Jab courier wale ko bola to wo bolta he jha pr received hui he aap wha bat kre koi b jimmedari lene ko tyar nhi h me 15/8/19 se follow up kr rhi hu na to wo mjhe courier ki receipt de rha he na hi koi rpy kr rha h. This is ankit kumar neeraj. I book courier from modhur courier services, to deliveries from rewa to jhanshi on date 18 july 2019 but till date my couriers was not delivered and i dont know where is going my couriers because when i track online my courier so it's shown delivered in 30 july 2019 but it's not delivered... I aslo complaint to courier services too many times but do not get any responses from there side.

You people take this much i have use madhur service first time and this is last also your disitributer and all worker within owner are very careless. I have book order from up ballia uttar pradesh on 31st july. And parcel disptach to delhi dwarka in pochanpur village and today is 9th august. When will you diliver my parcel when you are thinking next year. Very bad service and very worst service. (My tracking no is [protected])
I have completed so my time to mr. Rawat posted in dwarka sector 7 ramphal chowk continue 4 day following him with phone. What is this going on you people just close your service. Pls do soon as possible.
