The parcel has been reached hyderabad and yet not being delivered i am being very feared my parcel yet delivered and it urgent very unprofessional madhur couirer it is taking too much of time i sent it from raipur on 30dec and it is 8of jan and yet it is not delivered it is important to deliver plzz make it delivered and being a online user i must say you courier service is very slow and parcel should be reached immediately otherwise return...

I have booked a courier ([protected]) from sagar to gotegaon district narsinghpur on 28th december 2019. At sagar counter they told it will reach by monday (I. E.30th dec.) but till now we are waiting.
I contacted to sagar but they people could not receive the call, then i called to bhopal, one lady collected c/no. And given a no. ([protected]) to call gotegaon. I called on this no., a person told that "the boy is not here will call...

I have booked a courier for hyderabad on 21st dec. Which contains claim form and original bills for medical claim from my company. I was told that it will reach hyderabad within 7days. Still it has not reached. Claim form should be sent within 60 days of hospitalization. Already 45days have passed.

I courier a package from madhur courier service on 2/12/2019 from its office
In sanwer (Pin no. 453551)
And the address it supposed to get delivered is in bhopal (M. P.) but it did not get there untill now... There is some really important documents are there in that package... I have been calling the courier service office for many days but i am not getting any positive response....

I have booked parcel from lakhnadon with cnote [protected] to bhilai on 22/11/19.
Status showing dispatched from jbp on 23/11/19 but no information after that. Talked to madhur courier jbp, raipur, bhilai and lakhnadon but no body has any idea about my parcel.. Everybody is blaming to each other.
I even visited bhilai branch about 3-4 times but still no response. Kindly solve my problem coz parcel is necessary for me...

I have booked a courier for devpuri raipur m. P. From delhi on 21st nov 2019, however while tracking the same online, it is showing movement from delhi to raipur by air.

Now on 27th i am getting same tracking status, when i tried to call delhi office they told that it has reached raipur so please contact raipur office.

I need my parcel in khachraud (Tehsil ashta dist sehore) today only. I got very puzzled by calling here and there. I have to receive that parcel on 12/11/2019 only. The parcel which would be received in one day it took already 6 days

I booked i envelop on dated 02/11/2019 from chittorgarh to nagpur, docket no. Is [protected]. Is still not deliver.
After long followup with nagpur person not getting stisfactory repail, when call to head office on number [protected], there are telling they arranging drs but still i didn't get drs also.
Your nagpur team behaviour is not good, they didn't response proparly.
Please let me know the current status...

Madhur courier delivery boy has wrongly delivered our parcel to another shop, which has been opened by them and thereby resulting to us in financial loss. While stating this serious issue to local officials of madhur courier, they showed a very casual approach towards us.
This enter scene resulted to us in loss of confidential data and mental stress as well.
We want to the same to be attended on priority, otherwise will escalate...

My parcel sent from kota maheshwari courier vide docket no 123917 dated 25.10.19 to madhur courier baran for delivery but till today not delivered. Maheshwari courier kota said i have sent on 25.10.19 and delivered at baran on 26.10.19 but madhur courier baran not delivered the psrcel to water resources circle baran till today he said i have lost the parcel. I have submitted the courier to gujarati bazaar branch of madhur courier service on 19th oct. Which was supposed to deliver to thane by 24th as assured by courier member. Today is 25th oct and it has not been delivered yet. My client is panicking. Who is going to take the responsibility of such poor service. I want an immediate action on this. The parcel was couriered on 4th oct 2019 from seoni (Mp) for pune by assuring that it will be delivered on 9 or 10th oct max.
By tracking online, it showing after dispatching from mumbai to pune, it is in jalandhar. By calling in bhopal jalandhar mumbai pune, confirm that it is in pune since 9oct but still not delivered till 12oct.
Worst service... Worst peoples......

Services are wrost. My parcel is an urgent parcel they told me to deliver it by 8 of october and it is not reached yet and there is no office contact to talk to. Talking rudely saying it will not reach next 4 days so irritated short my problem out. Services are wrost just looted the customer by their high prices. And very rude nature of employees. They do not pick phones for complaint....
