Madhur Courier Complaints & Reviews

This is about a parcel from www.Photosquare.in that was sent from Delhi to Mumbai by Madhur Courier on 14th Jan.(Ref No[protected] It was a very urgent courier to be delivered to me in Mumbai by 16th Jan.

Today is 19th Jan, 10PM -- tomm is Sunday and the courier has not reached despite follow ups.

Customer Care mostly doesnt take calls -- if they do -- they are rude.

Can you intervene ?

Kindly inform to you, i had booked the courier from jabalpur to mumbai with docket no.[protected] as on dated[protected], expected time to delivered 2-3 working days max, but till date the said consignment not delivered to my mumbai office located at ab road worli 400018 a most commercial area of mumbai, its a very important document and having a deadline to deliver at mumbai office on or before 12th,

After a communication with jabalpur madhur courier office the person not guide or communicate us properly,

Its happen with me third time.

Kindly requested to you please delivered my courier to my mumbai office.

It was tracked that it reached on saket madhur courier on 25.12.18 but could not be delivered up to 29.12.18. I have asked many madhur courier personal than i could received the document. From shujalpur madhur courier also complaint was launched.

Post office service was much batter than this worse service of madhur courier. If costumers will not be satisfied and your service remain same your courier condition will become worse than post office service.

It is warning to make your services good other wise couriers are many in india.

My consignment no is p[protected]. After online tracking of i found consignment is delivered on ballia office on 12 de.2018 but when i contacted on ballia office and on mobile no [protected] which is provided by madhur courier mumbai (Contact no-[protected]) they said i have no any above mentioned consignment and their behavior is too rude.

Mera parcel 24/11/2018 ko bhilai (C.G)se Madhur courier se book kiya Maine REWA(M.P.)k liye 24 tarikh se aaj tk wo ek hi jagah dikha raha or call Karo to shaam tk batate hain yahi jawab milta hai, fir jb call Karo to koi received hi nahi karta .Pls aap meri samashya k samadhan kijiye jaldi .mujhe pareshani ho rahi hai, is Farah k raviya courier office k theek nahi hai .

I had send my railway bilty. On 21now18 from gwalior m. P to phalodi document no.[protected]. It reached jodhpur in six days on 27now. Now fromjodhpur they have send it to jaiselmer. Saying will reach phalodi in two more days. The have to pay 240 rs panelty daily. Who is responsible for i need you to pay my lose. I am tracking it since than either they are not receive any call or say i am no responsible. Jodhpure wala is saying he has s not responsible we don't care you have to pay panelty or whatever. Phaldi wala have s saying he don't know anything.
I want to know that who is going to bear the panelty i will have to pay to panelty

Hi, i am supposed to get a parcel from delhi .. the docket number is P[protected] . the destination address is manipur . but when i track, the parcel was delivered in mumbai, i kept on contacting them but they told me we will inform you about the status tomorrow, they keep on tellinn me like this, plese help me out . suggest me what to do. the parcel was booked on 18th oct 2018 and it shows that it is delivered at mumbai on 22 oct 2018

I want to share this complaint of madhur courier. This service very slow service. This service despatch any type of courier 4-5 day late service provide, sorry to say that but i want fast process on this courier.
Please give me help and provide fast service as soon as possible.

Dear sir, maine delhi 21 sep 2018 ko madhur courier se ek parcel larsen and tuebro limited construction khargapur ke liye bheja jiska pod no p[protected] hai, 26 sep ko enquiry karne par madhur courier wale ne bataya ki aapka parcel aaj delivered ho jayega lekin wah delivered nahi hua next day [protected] no par baat karne par bataya gaya ki hum week to week delivered karte hain roz roz nahi, aur main kayi follow up liya aur online 2 baar madhur portal ki site par complaint bhi kiya complaint no 48183, 48063 tha lekin har baar jhoota update kiya gaya ki delivered ho gaya hai, maine approx 10 baar call kiye aur har baar madhur courier par customer care walo ne kaha ki woh pata karke reply denge lekin koi reply nahi de raha, inko humne email id phone no bhi diya ki yadi parcel delivered hai to mujhe email par proof bhejiye lekin ye log koi response nahi de rahe humne bola bhi ki hum complaint karenge to unka kahna hai apko jo samajh aaye karo, sir main bahut pareshaan hu usme hamara bahut jaruri samaan tha jisse site par kaam ruka hua hai aur ye madhur courier wale pareshaan kar rahe hain kripya hamari madad kijiye

My dad has courier me some important stuff from haryana to noida without which my health is suffering. He sent this on 27/9 but it has not reached to me till now today is 1/10 and when i called the hub person he said that he will not deliver the courier today and starting shouting on me that why cant you keep patience. He said that now he will deliver this on 3/10.
Pathetic services.
I will suggest everyone to use dtdc. They are fraudsters. They promise to deliver within 2 days but don't deliver it at all.

I have send a courier to sardhana icici bank branch in[protected] but till date courier not received. Your local courier service provider not help and do not attend call.

Hi team,
Our client has sent this courier from haryana to noida on 22 sep'18 but this courier is still not delivered.

Other courier companies take 2-3 days to deliver from haryana to noida but this courier company is providing pathetic courier services.

Please look into this concern and resolve the issue.

Madhur courier is a lorry srrvice. They dont hav door to door delivery service.
The franchises tey deal with also are frauds. They inform u o[censored]r parcel or ducument tell you that tey dont have delivery in ur area. Since its beyond 2 km so u come and collect it.

Please avoid couriers like these. The rates are same with dtdc n professional.

Go for other couriers.

I sent very imp doc on 05/09/2018 from gwalior to gurgaon (Dispatch no. [protected]) through madhur courier. They said that it will be delivered in two days but when i did not receive it even after 5 days then by online tracking and multiple calls i came to knw that they have sent it back to delhi and said that don't deliver in that area. Then i gave them another address where they can deliver and they agreed that it will be delivered but then again i did not receive it and after making 100 of calls to their centre and wats app messages they told me that that package has been lost. Such a irresponsible services.. I am highly disappointed. I have to bear loss of 30000 inr bcz of loosing those documents.. Please look into this matter and return me my package i[censored] are not able deliver

I have booked a parcel on 07/09/2018 from chhatarpur to ashoknagar, docket number p[protected] in which i have kept 3 pairs of clothes of my son.
While receiving parcel i got only 2 pairs of clothes thereafter i contacted several times to ashoknagar and chhatarpur office's but told to me that 150 gram is less in your parcel and 10% deductible which is not considered. Can u please help me out. Out of these

With a deep FRUSATRATION I am writing this email.
A very important document was dispatched on 24th Aug'18 from Jabalpur to Ahmedabad location. Details are Document No. [protected]. This document was arrived in Ahmedabad on 27th Aug'18. It was taken by delivery boy KARAN SINGH to deliver to destination address.
I am keep calling Karan Singh on him mobile No. [protected] to deliver my courier. That delivery boy is soo RUDE and doesn't know how to talk to customers.
He simply refused to deliver the package by saying below quoted words
"Abhi mare paas time nahi hai. Jab time hoga tab deliver kar dunga"
"Main tumhare baap ka naukar nahi hun"
"Mujhe jab time hoga tab main parcel dalunga. Ab aapko jo karna hai kar lo"
"Tum jaise customers se main rooz deal karta hun"
Is this how you treat with your customers...???
Am I getting a punishment o[censored]sing your courier service?
Don't you even have any ESCALATION Matric where a customer can log a call to address the issue?
Don't you even care of your customers?
Is this how you survive in this competitive world...?
I am keep chasing since 3rd Aug'18 to Ahmedabad[protected], Jabalpur[protected] & Bhopal[protected] offices however no one is ready to take the responsibility to get my parcel delivered. Your telephone operators are not even trained well and leaving no chance to irritate your customers.
I am really very disappointed with the so called services provided by Madhur Courier.
That document was very important for me but that doesn't matter for you at all.
Believe me, I am NOT going to stop here. I will troll this incident to Social Media and customer review on Google & Just Dial. I am also looking for legal options to get the compensation of the delay.

With my previous experience, I know that I am simply wasting my time to writing this mail to you when I know that this doesn't put any concern to you.

I have been trying to track my parcel from so many days but i still haven't received it, called on the number showing on the online status: [protected] and told him to get the parcel delivered at their mansrover branch but he said he will check and let m know after 15mins and its 3 days haven't heard anything from this. I just need my parcel anyhow coz it was booked on 14th aug and these guys still failed to get it deliver.

On dated 16.08.18 track no [protected] sender name binay singh dena bank, birkona, kawardha 491995 to zonel office, dena bank, bhiali sec - 10 till not delivered as some very important documents. I have called many time to madhur courier bhilai center but no one have received the call. Kindly look the matter on urgently basis & i[censored] are unable to dilivered kindly return back the courier as i mention above that some very important documents packed in the envelope.

I sent my courier on 20/08/2018 from ambikapurto bhilai. And distance between ambikapur to bhilai it just aprox 360 km. And that courier had arrived on bhilai at 25/08/2018 and that time i saw the tracking detail on that day the product was on out of delivery but still my courier is out of delivery. That couier guys are giving excuse that there is raining that's why they cann't able to deliver the product. That is not right.
So what's the difference between ticket post and madhur courier.

ONE CONSIGNMENT WAS BOOKED FROM JABALPUR TO INDORE WITH DOCKET NO P[protected] DT 23/08/2018.

As per the tracking the said goods on dtd 24-Aug-2018 at 14:08 OUT FOR DELIVERY SENT TO BY VEN PARCEL CHALAN- IN INDORE BY KUREEL DADA Mobile-[protected]

but sorry to say you that, the said consignment was deliver today (27/08/18) at near 5.30 pm

i.e. booked on 23/08/2018 at 18.20 and deliver on 27/08/2018 at 17.00pm
