— ram ji (Mobile-[protected]) who is working for the madhur courier, is responsible person for the delivery of the product in my home. But he refuses to deliver it and said me to collect the product from his office that i located 5 km away from my home. It is his duty to deliver the product.

Very unfortunate to write you about irresponsible replies from madhur couriuer executive.
I booked a parcel on 1st june 2018 and has not delivered yet even though it had reached to kolkata on 5th june. You can inquire credentials from p[protected],
Ironically with continuous followup no onefrom madhur courier has given assurance or idea of parcel being get delivered.
On 7th jun your kolkata office replied that i'll receive it on 8th jun by the end of the day and since than they not even bother to call back. The utter irresponsible and non sense answers have been given so far and parcel is not even delivered today (10th june 2018).

Kindly revert and resolve.

My c no. [protected]... jabalpur to Ahmedabad...n it's goes 10 days but my courier not received..how pathetic?? Courier servicer also telling lie...very bad very upset..didn't use this courier service again even not recommend anyone..I m contacted him so many times..he always said aaj ho jayega n didn't do anything..what can I do?? I already told him this is urgent courier..

I am post some document through this courier from ganj basoda to rewa on dated 23 may and it reach rewa 24 may but today 27 it is not delivered. I call his rewa branch why this courier not get deliver. He say sir it will deliver by monday. I am saying if docket is in rewa office from 24 then why it get deliver monday 28 may.

Any reason i am waiting for your answer mr madhur courier.

Docket no p[protected] in name of vansh designer was booked on 24.3.2018 from ambikapur. Now till date 12.5.2018 goods have not been delivered to the party.
Aadress mention was 240 abhinandan market but in may party has shifted shop to f-3283 millenium textile market.
Kindly deliver the docket to the party.

Apart from it the conduct of your employee in surat (Guj) office is completly unacceptable.. The way he spoke on phone with such rubbish language is complete disgrace. His contact no is [protected]. He even denied to give parcle and said would resend it to ambikapur

Employee of madhur courier doesn't know how to speak to a customer.
My courier was in the shop from two-three days they didn't even informed me and on 12.05.2018 they informed & says that they will not deliver it to my address & says lena hai toh aakar le jao nhi toh hum waapis bhej deinge.

But still not delivered till today (5/5/18)

I have booked a courier on 28.04.2018 from Tikamgarh M.P. Pin -472001 to Pune, Maharashtra pin- 410506, via courier receipt no. [protected] (Receipt Attached below). but till now it is not received at destination. when I track my courier I got to know that my courier has been sent to
ahmedabad. Then I call Pune branch to know the actual status, they told me that my destination address is covered under non service area. then I asked them why they accepted my courier of non service zone, they said its not their fault, please contact Tikamgarh form where I booked it. Then I asked why my courier sent to ahmedabad, if you don't want to sent to destination address then you have to return it to tikamgarh. I can't understand what they are doing . the courier is very important and they are very careless. I have also attached the tracking status of courier.

Now I want my couier back as soon as possible. the address for returning the courier is

An consignment no [protected] has been booked on 28.04.18 from Dhar to Bhopal alongwith the undersigned contact no. Which is mentioned on consignment/envelop and same was received at madhur courier office situated at Indrapuri Bhopal on 30.04.18. After passed three days aforesaid consignment has not yet delivered to me. In this regard I have already contact to Shri Rajesh Raj on mob no [protected] since yesterday at 9.00 pm and he told me please contact tomorrow i e 03.05.18 at 12.00pm for finding the actual position of consignment. I have called today at 10.21am and 1.36 pm on above mob no but mobile is responded as switched off. Further I have sent an massage today at 1.43 for requesting please kept aforesaid consignment in your costudy and same will be collect by me today at 6.00pm. On visited today at Indrapuri office personally by me Shri Rajesh Raj not responded properly and he said that Shri Rajendra (who delivered the dak at our area) is not medically fit for delivery and he can not the deliver the consignment till the medically fitted. It is clear that his replied not satisfactory and misguided to me. In case my house is locked then your delivery boy can be contacted me on my mob no, which was mentioned or quotted on envelope/consignment. Despite that neither any comunication made by Shri Rajesh Raj nor by Shri Rajendra with me.
On above circumstances if your company not able to deliver the consignment on timely then kindly return back to the consignment at booked destination alongwith refund the amount.
Therefore you are requested to take the appropriate action on above matter and reply to me after taken action at your and.

Hi, can anyone help me for listening my concern, i courier some parcel to bangalore from bilaspur chhattisgarh from madhur courior services on 24 april, while taking that they said it will deliver with in 4 days, but its 9days i didnt get my parcel and while calling them they are not responding properly simply passing ball to bilaspur to banglore, i dont know where my parcel is.

Hey, this is sumeet synfab india pvt ltd a group of sumeet bazar, we have booked some parcel from mumbai to taipur at date[protected]Docket no. P[protected], and in the policy it must be delivered to us withing 4 workig days, and today it has been 7 days since booking, and we didn't get it yet. And when taking follow up they are repeating same thing will deliver it today, this is an urgent parcel and due to this delay our customers are going back. Take some action to resolve this matter as soon as possible and make this transit easy for us

I have sent product to customer in jabalpur city of mp by madhur courier services with ref no. P[protected].

Madhur courier team showing at your platform/tracking services parcel was delivered on dated 23.04.2017 (Image enclosed) but till date customer didn't get parcel.

My courier has not been delivered yet at lucknow which i sent from bhopal on 14.4.18. My consignment no. Is [protected]. Please look into the matter and provide delivery urgently. I am complaining against madhur courier services, bhopal from where i dispached my important material to lucknow... It been 12 days... And they are undelivered yet, help me.

Courier no p[protected] from delhi to jabalpur was sent on 29 dec 2017 and till date it has not reached and neither returned. The helplione says that this no is for courier for indore dated 19 feb, 2018. I am unable to understand what and how is such a thing possible. Delhi office not taking responsibility of returning or providing the pod. I have been chasing all ends jabalpur, bhopal, delhi and even indore. No end seems to be working. My friend sent me a document on[protected] from gurgaon via madhur courier and today[protected] still not receive that courier than i call madhur courier office gurgaon thay said we will send you back your return courier but first send us 200 rupees in paytm than i sent that money from payym on[protected] and they confirm that i get that documents on[protected]. But that is not done i didn't get any courier from them, than i called again and they said in very unprofessional way "we have not send your courier on time we will do this on tomorrow" than i said than why you take 200 rupees from my side.
They said 200 rupees deke aap ne kahrid thodi liya in very rudely language.

I am very disappointed for that i want my documents on time...
Very poooooor services unprofessional and uneducated staff or shop onwer.
Please do not use this courier service.

I have booked the packet of srl diagnostics which pod no is p[protected] on dated 19/4/18 to gurgaon from moradabad.
Till today my packet was not delivered.
No one are taking the responsibility as very serious patient's sample in that packet.
Your manager mr. Nitin & mr. Chanchal has done switch off their phone.
Kindly track my parcel & delivered to gurgaon on time.
Other wise i will take legal action against your company.

12 days since the documents are sent from jabalpur mp (Sent on 6th april from madhur courier), it is not received yet. The cno number mentioned in receipt is [protected].
Online tracking is not giving results.
No one picking customer care numbers while called.
Madhur courier website is not functioning at all.

Please help me track this courier it as it contains some important documents.

I booked a parcel via Madhur Courier on 26.03.2018 from INDORE to GURGAON with ID P[protected].

It has not been delivered yet and the website shows no tracking details from 29.03.2018.

I have tried calling its Gurgaon office but people over there have nothing except irresponsible responses to offer.

I want my parcel to be delivered asap.
