Courier sent from bhopal has not been delivered, dispatch boy ph is switch off, branch ph are also not responding and there is poor support system, ph numbers of branch are fake, always busy.

I am giving you 12hrs time, after that ill launch a police complaint, against your courier, if ill my document not delivered in that time frame.

Hdfc bank sent my cheque through madhur courier to my permanent address orai, jalaun, u. P.

As i live in gurgaon so i requested madhur to inform me when it return back to source-gurgaon. Since then from past two months i am taking followup but all i am getting cooked up stories from madhur courier service.

Before 45 days my courier reach from Delhi to Kanpur. After tracking I nform to please deliver. he tell we will not deliver single item . when your area number of item come then we send delivery.
then I collect the packet from head office at express road kanpur.

This time agai my parsal come thro Madhur courier

So many time I contact him from 23 march 2018 till today . But I can not get Parcel.
This courier is very very very very bad. Please closed your courier service, If you can not perform the duty.

On 5th March from kaithal (haryana) my father send a courier (packet have a medicine ) to me at Angul (Odisha) with docket no[protected].but it is regret to inform you that the courier is yet to receive after 15 days and last status showing is for 7th march 18.

This is a very ridiculous service i have been faced and i am unable to contact the madhur courier as all the contact no mentioned in internet are out of service .

Please help me in this regards

I sent a parcel on 28th Feb by madhur courier services bhopal to BITS Pilani Goa(consignment number: [protected])...the courier company promised that It would reach by 4th march...I have been trying to get details of its whereabouts since then...I would call them 20-25 times daily...to no proper response...its 19th March and it has not been delivered till now...I told them I would file a complaint for their unprofessional manners...to which their response was you may do so...they are so sure that nothing would happen to them...no matter how they behave...I tried calling customer care services...again they don't work either...I never knew a small parcel could cause me such great levels of mental agony...I feel so harrassed...and frustrated and have lost all faith that any action would be ever taken against them...I feel so unheard... I have no idea how to proceed further...

I booked a parcel through madhur courier from k. C. Equipments delhi 9 feb 2018 to acc kymore. My parcel reference number is p[protected]. Up to 19 feb 2018 the parcel not yet delivered. I have many calls to your katni branch but your person did not properly answer. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company. I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately.

My order no. Is [protected], i received my parcel after 14 days and in my parcel there were 3 things in which 2 are missing.
There was one prospectus and two dairies.

Courier was placed by akashsharma (From dabra) on 24 february 2018 first of i got it after 14 days today on 9 march 2018 and the parcel actually contained 2 school diaries of year 2016&17 and 1 prospectus of shining scholars public school and i have received only prospectus where are my both diaries?

I checked the parcel was torn from one side is this is a kind of service you provide after paying the said amount too.

Poor service.
I'll never ever use this service again.

Dear sir,

This is in reference with courier we needed to send from our factory at greater noida to camco power products, raipur, chhattisgarh. I didnot find your e-mail thatswhy complaining here.
We sent the material on 24 jan'2017 by air, docket no.[protected], for which we were informed that the material will get delivered the next day i. E. 25 jan. But it didnot happen so. Instead it got delivered on 27 jan, and that too, in a very bad condition, it got broken with a loss of about rs. 30, 000/-.
Also, the material was very urgent thatswhy we sent it by air.

We want the compensation for this heavy loss incurred.

Further, i request you to not repeat such ignorance with any customer in future.

So, its a complete case of negligence that in-spite of receiving parcel on[protected], i have not received it till[protected], and their is no certainty whether i am going to receive it before[protected] or not.

One of my client sent me a pair of shoes through your services, but unfortunately, it is worst thing to use your service, till now i didn't get me parcel, and for the follow-ups these are team of illiterate or unprofessional guys. They even didn't pick the calls except once or twice in 3-4 days.

I had booked my courier on 5 Jan 2018 for Nepal docket no P[protected] from karkardooma branch.
But it has not been delivered yet.
This is totally unethical behaviour from you side.
When ever speak to then they give me others number to track
I had sent medicine for my friend and its more then 15 day. But and it showing that today they sent parcal for Nepal

Now revert me what kind of service you are providing if parcal don't deliver in 15 day.
It's a horrible service.

I booked 2 parcels, one parcel containing 7 lic diaries & 2 lic desk calenders and second parcel containing 2 lic calenders under consignment no. P[protected] from jaipur to faridabad on 23/12/17 from your jaipur, bais godown office. I regret to inform that firstly the ist parcel containing diaries & desk calenders reached faridabad on 29/12/17 only & secondly the second parcel containing calenders has not reached faridabad even today after a lapse of one month. I have followed up the matter with bais godown office a no. Of times but in vain.

What is the purpose o[censored]sing courier service if delivery is to be made in 6 days & that too in part?

This is a clear case of deficiency in service & cheating.

Kindly resolve my problem immediately or i will be constrained to approach consumer court for redressal of my grievance.
