My courier has not been delivered yet at lucknow which i sent from bhopal on 14.4.18. My consignment no. Is [protected]. Please look into the matter and provide delivery urgently. I am complaining against madhur courier services, bhopal from where i dispached my important material to lucknow... It been 12 days... And they are undelivered yet, help me.

Courier no p[protected] from delhi to jabalpur was sent on 29 dec 2017 and till date it has not reached and neither returned. The helplione says that this no is for courier for indore dated 19 feb, 2018. I am unable to understand what and how is such a thing possible. Delhi office not taking responsibility of returning or providing the pod. I have been chasing all ends jabalpur, bhopal, delhi and even indore. No end seems to be working. Courier no. Is P[protected] . 11 .4 .2018 ko uttam nagar New Delhi se chapra BIHAR ke liye book kiya but avi tak patna v nhi pahucha hai.koi status nhi pata chal rha. Worst service hai.

Hello,
My friend sent me a document on[protected] from gurgaon via madhur courier and today[protected] still not receive that courier than i call madhur courier office gurgaon thay said we will send you back your return courier but first send us 200 rupees in paytm than i sent that money from payym on[protected] and they confirm that i get that documents on[protected]. But that is not done i didn't get any courier from them, than i called again and they said in very unprofessional way "we have not send your courier on time we will do this on tomorrow" than i said than why you take 200 rupees from my side.
They said 200 rupees deke aap ne kahrid thodi liya in very rudely language.

I am very disappointed for that i want my documents on time...
Very poooooor services unprofessional and uneducated staff or shop onwer.
Please do not use this courier service.

Till today my packet was not delivered.
No one are taking the responsibility as very serious patient's sample in that packet.
Your manager mr. Nitin & mr. Chanchal has done switch off their phone.
Kindly track my parcel & delivered to gurgaon on time.
Other wise i will take legal action against your company.

I booked a courier on 17.04.18 from indore to chirimiri, c.g. but product is not deliver till date and no any updates providing by courier, I am very disappointed, no any person picking my call in Bhopal office.

12 days since the documents are sent from jabalpur mp (Sent on 6th april from madhur courier), it is not received yet. The cno number mentioned in receipt is [protected].
Online tracking is not giving results.
No one picking customer care numbers while called.
Madhur courier website is not functioning at all.

Please help me track this courier it as it contains some important documents.

I booked a parcel via Madhur Courier on 26.03.2018 from INDORE to GURGAON with ID P[protected].

It has not been delivered yet and the website shows no tracking details from 29.03.2018.

I have tried calling its Gurgaon office but people over there have nothing except irresponsible responses to offer.

I want my parcel to be delivered asap.

Courier sent from bhopal has not been delivered, dispatch boy ph is switch off, branch ph are also not responding and there is poor support system, ph numbers of branch are fake, always busy.

I am giving you 12hrs time, after that ill launch a police complaint, against your courier, if ill my document not delivered in that time frame.

As i live in gurgaon so i requested madhur to inform me when it return back to source-gurgaon. Since then from past two months i am taking followup but all i am getting cooked up stories from madhur courier service.

Before 45 days my courier reach from Delhi to Kanpur. After tracking I nform to please deliver. he tell we will not deliver single item . when your area number of item come then we send delivery.
then I collect the packet from head office at express road kanpur.

This time agai my parsal come thro Madhur courier

So many time I contact him from 23 march 2018 till today . But I can not get Parcel.
This courier is very very very very bad. Please closed your courier service, If you can not perform the duty.

On 5th March from kaithal (haryana) my father send a courier (packet have a medicine ) to me at Angul (Odisha) with docket no[protected].but it is regret to inform you that the courier is yet to receive after 15 days and last status showing is for 7th march 18.

This is a very ridiculous service i have been faced and i am unable to contact the madhur courier as all the contact no mentioned in internet are out of service .

I sent a parcel on 28th Feb by madhur courier services bhopal to BITS Pilani Goa(consignment number: [protected])...the courier company promised that It would reach by 4th march...I have been trying to get details of its whereabouts since then...I would call them 20-25 times daily...to no proper response...its 19th March and it has not been delivered till now...I told them I would file a complaint for their unprofessional manners...to which their response was you may do so...they are so sure that nothing would happen to them...no matter how they behave...I tried calling customer care services...again they don't work either...I never knew a small parcel could cause me such great levels of mental agony...I feel so harrassed...and frustrated and have lost all faith that any action would be ever taken against them...I feel so unheard... I have no idea how to proceed further...
