Dear concern,

We receive parcel/letters send via madhur courier from delivery boy mohit jester, at times we send some couriers via madhur because of which we requested him to share rate list, so that all our couriers can be send through madhur in spite of dtdc (As now we send many couriers in interiors/ small towns as well) but he very arrogantly answered that he will not share the same as he has already done this a year before. Secondly we have handover him a parcel to deliver today (18/11/2017) which he has thrown in our office and said no business is required from you people and the reason for the same was he is just earning 15-20 rupees out of these parcels.
Requesting you to kindly take strict action against this individual and plz don't send him for any delivery from now on, otherwise we have to take some action against hid indecent behavior.

I have received a call from madhur courier services mangalwar peth according to them they have sent my parcel in chinchwad location and i have to collect my parcel from there only and they are not going to deliver it to my home
And as per my knowledge, i am paying money to delivered to the destination not to the nearest office.
I have paid extra 100 rs for location today.

We sent one parcel from raipur to kolkata. They accepted the parcel and when it reached kolkata they refused to deliver by saying that we don't deliver at the mentioned address. Why the hell they accepted it? I searched google and tried all the numbers found for the madhur courier. No number got connected. Somehow i got able to connect with kolkata office. They refused to help. It was an urgent courier so i offered money also. The worst courier you will ever found. The customer care numbers and head office numbers are wrong. I wasted my 3 hours calling here and there. There's no one to listen your complains. They won't take any responsibility for the parcel they promise to deliver.

I have called on[protected] number (Delhi) and i was not treated well. She gave me answer rudely and cut the phone. My concern is if someone is setting for assistance then she should know that how to treat your customer. And how to reply. Very disappointed.

Please update the courier tracking details so that i can track my courier without any hurdles. As it is very urgent.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the parsel with reference number p[protected] on 13-oct-2017 from guna (Mp) to mumbai office no 1109, mayuresh cosmos, plot 37, sector 11, cbd belapur, navi mumbai, maharashtra 400614 as per your online system showing parsel is delivered at mumbai as on 16-oct -2017. But this parsel is not deliverd at our end. We have many time called your vashi, belapur and guna office but we have not getting resposnce from your side
I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past three years. But this time it was a big letdown.

This is regarding the consignment no. P[protected] which was dispatched on 26 of october 2017 from gwalior to delhi. The consignment has not delivered to the assigned location till date. I tried to launch the complaint many times, tried to contact the concerning person (Mr. Mohit sharma, madhur courier services gwalior, mr. Nikunj balwani, madhur courier karol bagh delhi). Requested many times to update me the status and to deliver the courier to destination. I also dropped them an email but no reply or action was taken. The services are disgusting and the staff is irresponsible. I hope this mail will be considered on priority and the necessary action will be taken.

In tikamgarh courier service they not delivery on proper address and says that we have not delivered if you required than you receve from my office because i have not any employee for delivery if you are agree for delivery after 3-4 days or later than we will dilevery on proper address so please check these services and try to changes in this type of poor services

I had dispatched a parcel from indore for ahmadabad satyesh residency shantipura circle on 12th oct 2017. It remains undelivered till date. Tracking no. [protected]. I am taking followup from several days bust they are not giving the right answer some times they are saying that it is in south bopal office and some times they are saying it is in sarkhej office. On calling office today your lady staff was totally impolite n disconnected the phone saying that it was delivered on 26 october even though the online tracking is showing that the parcel is out for delivery. On calling ur office yesterday i was assured that it will b delivered yesterday. But it hasn't been. Then after mr. Neeraj continual asked it was delivers but when i checked through net it status show ready to dispatch chennai from indore.
Today now 11.10.2017 and still online status is same like ready to dispatched.
My documents are very urgent not able to resend.

My parcel was booked from bhopal to chennai. Docket no.[protected].
Deliver address was wimco nagar, chennai -600057. Everything is mentioned and cleared. They took the parcel but kept at chennai and did not deliver, since it is 20km from their office.

Now, they are asking me to come and collect, which is not possible.
Their response is pathetic. There is no phone numbers, email id available on website.

I have booked the document by the above said subject no. On 8.9.17 from delhi to zirakpur (Distt. Mohali) punjab. As confimed from theambala branch hub that doc. Was despached to chandigarh on 13.9.17.in enquiry from the zirakpur branch for the document he argued and misbehavedwith me i came to know from chandigarh branch that nobody have colleced that from the their office after 13.9.17. Then ihave to go to chandigarh on 22.9.17 for collection of my documents. As the doc. Were o[censored]rgent nature which areto be deposited before 20.9.17 therefore i hsve to bear penalty of rs 2250 for late submission in the concerned branch due to the part of negligent aatitude of zirakpur branch. Strict action may be taken against the zirakpoubranch and compansation of rs 2250 may be released to me for your negligency in service. Thanks.

I, have send a pair of shoes to guwahati on 16/09/2017. Its ben more than a week the courier have not reached the detination. We are very sad that courier services of guwahati office are not picking up the call. We gave tried all the number guwahati of but there is ni answer from guwahati office. My courier id is “p[protected]”.
Kindly, delivery the courier as son as possible, we as customer of the courier company feel very much cheated. Kindly, deliver the courier as soon as possible.

I had dispatched some important with the request that my son had a flight on 21/9/2017 through puri courier muktsar. Puri courier dispatched through recipt no [protected] on 18/9/2017 through bhatinda and from bhatinda it was dispatched for delhi on the same date.
Today21/9/2017 i had call so many times your had office delhi and concerned office from where itis to be delivered at west patel nagar but no positive renspose. Earlir i always used first flight and for te first time i taken the service of your courier and it is not good taste. I was highly disappointed and i will have to approach consumer court for deficiency in service

Sir ap ko aap ki courier ki ratting dekh kar sharam to aati nahi hogi. Ati hoti to sarvice tik karte, jis address ka charge karte ho vha per parsal tak nahi pahuchate ho office se lane k liye bolte ho, aap ka courier special he ya ap sabit karna chahte ki apka courier sab se gattiya he or apka free prachar kare ki ap ki sarvice sab se gattiya, me kuch or sabdo ka upyog karna chah raha tha lekin aap to gattiya ho lekin muje ni banna he, jis jagah sab k courier aate he sirf apka nahi aata he, 420 ho yrr jis ka courier ho use paresan kar k rakh dete

Sir i got my parcel on[protected] in ahmedabad parcel is from jodhpur madhur courier. Thr was cloth inside the parcel.. Oncepice of cloth is missing from my parcel. Parcel weight was 1.580kg on courier slip.. When i receive parcl weight is 1.325kg. Attaching herewith photos as a proof.. I want my 1pc back...
Complain is about theft on way in courier.
