My parcel from shrimadhopur(jaipur) to khambhat( gujarat) not received and no any response from madhur customer care. I called many time but all person told me that they are not reponsible.

I had dispatched a parcel from indore for ahmadabad satyesh residency shantipura circle on 12th oct 2017. It remains undelivered till date. Tracking no. [protected]. I am taking followup from several days bust they are not giving the right answer some times they are saying that it is in south bopal office and some times they are saying it is in sarkhej office. On calling office today your lady staff was totally impolite n disconnected the phone saying that it was delivered on 26 october even though the online tracking is showing that the parcel is out for delivery. Highly dissatisfied with your service. My contact number is [protected] please resolve my problem soon.

Cloth Market ki madhur courier branch pe courier 5-6 month se late deliver kar rhe he aur puchne pe sahi tarike se answer nhi diya jata he..jabki hum regular customer hai..

I had dispatched a parcel from mumbai for noida sector 105 on 16th oct 2017. It remains undelivered till date. Tracking no. P[protected]. On calling ur office yesterday i was assured that it will b delivered yesterday. But it hasn't been. On calling ur office today ur lady staff was totally impolite n disconnected the phone saying that she will have it delivered tomorrow even though the online tracking is showing that the parcel is out for delivery. Highly dissatisfied with ur service.

Then after mr. Neeraj continual asked it was delivers but when i checked through net it status show ready to dispatch chennai from indore.
Today now 11.10.2017 and still online status is same like ready to dispatched.
My documents are very urgent not able to resend.

My parcel was booked from bhopal to chennai. Docket no.[protected].
Deliver address was wimco nagar, chennai -600057. Everything is mentioned and cleared. They took the parcel but kept at chennai and did not deliver, since it is 20km from their office.

Now, they are asking me to come and collect, which is not possible.
Their response is pathetic. There is no phone numbers, email id available on website.

I have booked the document by the above said subject no. On 8.9.17 from delhi to zirakpur (Distt. Mohali) punjab. As confimed from theambala branch hub that doc. Was despached to chandigarh on 13.9.17.in enquiry from the zirakpur branch for the document he argued and misbehavedwith me i came to know from chandigarh branch that nobody have colleced that from the their office after 13.9.17. Then ihave to go to chandigarh on 22.9.17 for collection of my documents. As the doc. Were o[censored]rgent nature which areto be deposited before 20.9.17 therefore i hsve to bear penalty of rs 2250 for late submission in the concerned branch due to the part of negligent aatitude of zirakpur branch. Strict action may be taken against the zirakpoubranch and compansation of rs 2250 may be released to me for your negligency in service. Thanks.

We are very sad that courier services of guwahati office are not picking up the call. We gave tried all the number guwahati of but there is ni answer from guwahati office. Kindly, delivery the courier as son as possible, we as customer of the courier company feel very much cheated. Kindly, deliver the courier as soon as possible.

I had dispatched some important with the request that my son had a flight on 21/9/2017 through puri courier muktsar. Puri courier dispatched through recipt no [protected] on 18/9/2017 through bhatinda and from bhatinda it was dispatched for delhi on the same date.
Today21/9/2017 i had call so many times your had office delhi and concerned office from where itis to be delivered at west patel nagar but no positive renspose. Earlir i always used first flight and for te first time i taken the service of your courier and it is not good taste. I was highly disappointed and i will have to approach consumer court for deficiency in service

Bahut hi ghatiya service hai. 07/09/2017 ko indor se parcle 08/09/2017 ko bhopal pahucha.08/09/17 se 13/09/17 tak raipur nahi pahucha. Raipur head office lagate hai to bolte hain abhi nahi aaya hai bhopal head office lagaiye waha lagate hai to bolte hain raipur head office lagaiye. Dono hi office bolti hai isme hamari kya galti. Galti hamari hai jo hamne madhur courier me book kiya. Arjent saman tha 5 din se ghuma rahe hain

I always prefer and trust madhur courier for delivery of my any product from my home to deliver me bt this tym i am very disappointed and frusted by serives because i[censored] can't deliver my product on my location where some o[censored]r colleague told our service is not over there so if i am saying please deliver mee to near by area where ur sevices are there then none o[censored]r colleague listen talking very rudley to that i[censored] want product come and take from which 10 kms far away from my place.
Is this ur services???
Is this ur way of customer dealing???&"rude"
I know that person name i[censored] will nt communicate properly i will take major action and one more thing none of customer care no. Is on i am very much frustrated by all this thing so do sumthing as soon as possible otherwise i am not going deliver my product ever from madhur courier nt my friends and relatives.

Is not yet delivred kindly confirm the reason. As your contact persons is saying it is bieng delivered and your online portal is showing it is in indrapuri hub
Kindly confirm me asap as it is very urgent!
No customer care person is not replying properly and i want a strict action towards them.

I tried to call on korba branch mobile number [protected] but mobile was switched off. I also call jamnipali branch mobile no. [protected] but this number is also switched off. I did not get proper response for korba branch.
From next time i will never send any documents through madhur courier.

Updated by vikastiwarihr I Couriered my one of important document from Raipur to Korba on dated 06.09.2017 but my consignment is still not reached to destination. I tried to call on Korba branch mobile number [protected] but mobile was switched off . I also call Jamnipali branch mobile no. [protected] but this number is also switched off. I did not get proper response for Korba branch.
From next time i will never send any documents through Madhur courier.

Docket no P[protected] is returned from delhi to bhopal, this is the second time its been returned by saying client is not available, and client said that everytimesomebody at home. completely lost reliability over madhur courier, which spoils client relationship.need solution asap.

My courier had been sent from mohan barodiya dist. Shajapur m. P. To oriental bank of commerce near pipal mandi aligarh palwal road khair. Khair dist. Aligarh u. P.
But this courier has not been received by me till date.
What's wrong with your service. For time saving purpose i choose courier option otherwise i can sent by speed post also.

I requested that trace my courier and also inform me possible as early as.
Otherwise i will take next action against your service.
