A package with pod no. [protected] was sent from jaipur on[protected] through your courier company and it was headed to be delivered at patiala, punjab. Today is the 3rd working day and i am yet to receive the package. This package is highly urgent to me but due to your poor service i am facing a lot of problems. Take it on high priority and i want serious delivery of the package by tomorrow.

I have given my parcel for doing courier from raipur to tumsar on 22nd aug 2017 at madhur courier services raipur with consignment id - [protected].

Raipur to tumsar distance is approx. 240 km. Ideally, my courier should get delivered in max 2-3 days. Still, today it's not delivered. 7 days already gone.

I am in doubt whether to trust this courier service again in future or not. This type of delay is not acceptable. Daily, i need to track the consigment.. But no speedy progress at all.

Please upgrade ur service so that at least courier gets delivered on time and people can rely on you

I have done one courier from jabalpur to delhi, but they denied to do service on mentioned address. I just want to know, i[censored] did not want to deliver then why taken this responsibility and why did open just local company, whom did not task their responsibility well. This courier service is very poor, for this we are facing the problems. Please do immediately in this matter.

As there is so delay in the delivery of the courier from madhur courier we are getting the parcels very late and the courier that are sent by us are received by the receiver very late so we request you kindly to do the needful for the matter.
I gave the 4 parcells to the madhur courier at indrapuri a sector in front of jubli gate on 17/8/2017 but yet it is not recevied by ther party.

I sent a pair of shoes from bhopal through madhur courier indrapuri branch to my home town Singrauli on 6/08/2017 and they sent the item without entry in the their system Sue to which I can't track my item and even they are also not able to track the item and now it has been more than 09 days since the item was dispatched and I have not received the item yet. The madhur courier indrapuri branch is trying to fool me my giving false promises on delivery of my item.. I request you to take the necessary action.. The item was booked on the name of Pankaj Kumar and the C Note no of receipt given by them is P[protected] which I am unable to track as they sent the item without entry.

I have couriered Rakhi at my home town through Madhur courier - "Courier no. P[protected]". When the package reached home, 3 Rakhis were missing and condition of package was very bad. I am highly disappointed with the Madhur courier services and regret my decision of choosing them. I need an answer of this situation.

First i refuse to receive that package from delivery boy becouse packages was bit opened, then delivery boy requested me to take delivery. Then i found one thing out of four is missing from package and nw what they r not accepting my complaint.

We send 2 poly bags with clothes and covers 2 polybags with a cardboard but when the reciever recieved the product the clothes were spoiled and poly bags were removed. They found no poly bags and many clothes were also missing so i request you to make a case on courier serviceman who did this fraud.. Kindly make an action on this complaint as soon as possible.
