Madhur Courier Complaints & Reviews

I have given my parcel for doing courier from raipur to tumsar on 22nd aug 2017 at madhur courier services raipur with consignment id - [protected].

Raipur to tumsar distance is approx. 240 km. Ideally, my courier should get delivered in max 2-3 days. Still, today it's not delivered. 7 days already gone.

I am in doubt whether to trust this courier service again in future or not. This type of delay is not acceptable....

I have done one courier from jabalpur to delhi, but they denied to do service on mentioned address. I just want to know, i[censored] did not want to deliver then why taken this responsibility and why did open just local company, whom did not task their responsibility well. This courier service is very poor, for this we are facing the problems. Please do immediately in this matter....

As there is so delay in the delivery of the courier from madhur courier we are getting the parcels very late and the courier that are sent by us are received by the receiver very late so we request you kindly to do the needful for the matter.
I gave the 4 parcells to the madhur courier at indrapuri a sector in front of jubli gate on 17/8/2017 but yet it is not recevied by ther party.

I didn't get my consignment till now which has been sent from itarsi on 8 august 2017.. However it has been reached to mumbai on 11 august 2017, while tracking to the doc no.[protected]. For the same i have followed up with the concern staff of your company having mob. No-[protected] but didn't get any satisfactory answer. Please arrange to deliver my document at the earliest....

I sent a pair of shoes from bhopal through madhur courier indrapuri branch to my home town Singrauli on 6/08/2017 and they sent the item without entry in the their system Sue to which I can't track my item and even they are also not able to track the item and now it has been more than 09 days since the item was dispatched and I have not received the item yet. The madhur courier indrapuri branch is trying to fool me my giving false promises...

Sir, on 24.07.2017, I had excelled from Madhur Courier drug market Indore to Damoh.Whose record is not being recorded since next day. I am calling his office everyday since that day.But no one is responding properly from there.

I have sent parcel to my brother located at Delhi branch on 28th-july-2017
from bilashpur branch of Madhur Courier still my brother has not received i tried calling head office and local branch but no response from their side. all are giving different excuse when i am calling local branch they are telling call to HQ vice-versa. It contains insulin strips and rakhi.

But i am not getting any update since 27th july-17 (Last location showing delhi)
I could not able to understand, why courier delivery are still pend yet (01.08.2017)

I am roshan and i have send a document through madhur courier[protected] on dated 25/07/2017 from manesar (Gurgaon) to bhubaneswar.
But consignment yet not received in destination. So please confirm me where is consignment.

We send 2 poly bags with clothes and covers 2 polybags with a cardboard but when the reciever recieved the product the clothes were spoiled and poly bags were removed. They found no poly bags and many clothes were also missing so i request you to make a case on courier serviceman who did this fraud.. Kindly make an action on this complaint as soon as possible....

I have couriered medicines through madhur courier service, wide receipt no [protected] dated 20/07/2017 from bhilai (C. G) to burhanpur (M. P) and on 28th july while tracking showing laying at raipur.in eight day transported only 30 kms. Neither in madhur courier website contact number are updated nor at local level. Very poor service. I have mail branch email id [protected]@gmail.com but no response....

I booked a courier from 19 july 2017 from delhi to panchkula whose courier no. Is p[protected]. Which was travelling in a very fast mode as checked by me on net via tracking but it is still not received by the receiver. And the panchkula department is saying that they haven't received my courier yet. Please help me as it is very important courier for me.

We have couriered the parcel on 13/7/2017 from madhur courier service shop no.5 birla mansion bldg. No 1, benham hall lane, mumbai-400004. The party still have not received any courier. They are not answerable to were the courier is and neither they are answerable to why the the number 57834 is not been shown in madhur c-note or ref. No. And they took the whole address again of the party to whom the courier was send.
Kindly take fast...
