Bahut hi ghatiya service hai. 07/09/2017 ko indor se parcle 08/09/2017 ko bhopal pahucha.08/09/17 se 13/09/17 tak raipur nahi pahucha. Raipur head office lagate hai to bolte hain abhi nahi aaya hai bhopal head office lagaiye waha lagate hai to bolte hain raipur head office lagaiye. Dono hi office bolti hai isme hamari kya galti. Galti hamari hai jo hamne madhur courier me book kiya. Arjent saman tha 5 din se ghuma rahe hain

I always prefer and trust madhur courier for delivery of my any product from my home to deliver me bt this tym i am very disappointed and frusted by serives because i[censored] can't deliver my product on my location where some o[censored]r colleague told our service is not over there so if i am saying please deliver mee to near by area where ur sevices are there then none o[censored]r colleague listen talking very rudley to that i[censored] want product come and take from which 10 kms far away from my place.
Is this ur services???
Is this ur way of customer dealing???&"rude"
I know that person name i[censored] will nt communicate properly i will take major action and one more thing none of customer care no. Is on i am very much frustrated by all this thing so do sumthing as soon as possible otherwise i am not going deliver my product ever from madhur courier nt my friends and relatives.

Docket no. [protected] not delivered yet from the last 7 days it was sent from indore to bhopal it usually take 1 day time and same above mentioned docket no. Is not yet delivred kindly confirm the reason. As your contact persons is saying it is bieng delivered and your online portal is showing it is in indrapuri hub
Kindly confirm me asap as it is very urgent!
No customer care person is not replying properly and i want a strict action towards them.

I couriered my one of important document from raipur to korba on dated 06.09.2017 but my consignment is still not reached to destination. I tried to call on korba branch mobile number [protected] but mobile was switched off. I also call jamnipali branch mobile no. [protected] but this number is also switched off. I did not get proper response for korba branch.
From next time i will never send any documents through madhur courier.

Updated by vikastiwarihr I Couriered my one of important document from Raipur to Korba on dated 06.09.2017 but my consignment is still not reached to destination. I tried to call on Korba branch mobile number [protected] but mobile was switched off . I also call Jamnipali branch mobile no. [protected] but this number is also switched off. I did not get proper response for Korba branch.
From next time i will never send any documents through Madhur courier.

Docket no P[protected] is returned from delhi to bhopal, this is the second time its been returned by saying client is not available, and client said that everytimesomebody at home. completely lost reliability over madhur courier, which spoils client relationship.need solution asap.

My courier had been sent from mohan barodiya dist. Shajapur m. P. To oriental bank of commerce near pipal mandi aligarh palwal road khair. Khair dist. Aligarh u. P.
But this courier has not been received by me till date.
What's wrong with your service. For time saving purpose i choose courier option otherwise i can sent by speed post also.

I requested that trace my courier and also inform me possible as early as.
Otherwise i will take next action against your service.

I have given my parcel for doing courier from raipur to tumsar on 22nd aug 2017 at madhur courier services raipur with consignment id - [protected].

Raipur to tumsar distance is approx. 240 km. Ideally, my courier should get delivered in max 2-3 days. Still, today it's not delivered. 7 days already gone.

I am in doubt whether to trust this courier service again in future or not. This type of delay is not acceptable. Daily, i need to track the consigment.. But no speedy progress at all.

Please upgrade ur service so that at least courier gets delivered on time and people can rely on you

I just want to know, i[censored] did not want to deliver then why taken this responsibility and why did open just local company, whom did not task their responsibility well. I sent a pair of shoes from bhopal through madhur courier indrapuri branch to my home town Singrauli on 6/08/2017 and they sent the item without entry in the their system Sue to which I can't track my item and even they are also not able to track the item and now it has been more than 09 days since the item was dispatched and I have not received the item yet. The madhur courier indrapuri branch is trying to fool me my giving false promises on delivery of my item.. I request you to take the necessary action.. The item was booked on the name of Pankaj Kumar and the C Note no of receipt given by them is P[protected] which I am unable to track as they sent the item without entry.
