Dear sir,

This is in reference with courier we needed to send from our factory at greater noida to camco power products, raipur, chhattisgarh. I didnot find your e-mail thatswhy complaining here.
We sent the material on 24 jan'2017 by air, docket no.[protected], for which we were informed that the material will get delivered the next day i. E. 25 jan. But it didnot happen so. Instead it got delivered on 27 jan, and that too, in a very bad condition, it got broken with a loss of about rs. 30, 000/-.
Also, the material was very urgent thatswhy we sent it by air.

We want the compensation for this heavy loss incurred.

Further, i request you to not repeat such ignorance with any customer in future.

    Dear sir/madam,

    Referring to the subject matter my parcel no p[protected] has been dispatched on[protected], and reached raigarh on[protected] but till today i. E.[protected] i have not received the courier, and i will be going out of station on[protected] morning 05:00am and i have to take that parcel with me.

    So, its a complete case of negligence that in-spite of receiving parcel on[protected], i have not received it till[protected], and their is no certainty whether i am going to receive it before[protected] or not.

    One of my client sent me a pair of shoes through your services, but unfortunately, it is worst thing to use your service, till now i didn't get me parcel, and for the follow-ups these are team of illiterate or unprofessional guys. They even didn't pick the calls except once or twice in 3-4 days.

      I had booked my courier on 5 Jan 2018 for Nepal docket no P[protected] from karkardooma branch.
      But it has not been delivered yet.
      This is totally unethical behaviour from you side.
      When ever speak to then they give me others number to track
      I had sent medicine for my friend and its more then 15 day. But and it showing that today they sent parcal for Nepal

      Now revert me what kind of service you are providing if parcal don't deliver in 15 day.
      It's a horrible service.

        I booked 2 parcels, one parcel containing 7 lic diaries & 2 lic desk calenders and second parcel containing 2 lic calenders under consignment no. P[protected] from jaipur to faridabad on 23/12/17 from your jaipur, bais godown office. I regret to inform that firstly the ist parcel containing diaries & desk calenders reached faridabad on 29/12/17 only & secondly the second parcel containing calenders has not reached faridabad even today after a lapse of one month. I have followed up the matter with bais godown office a no. Of times but in vain.

        What is the purpose o[censored]sing courier service if delivery is to be made in 6 days & that too in part?

        This is a clear case of deficiency in service & cheating.

        Kindly resolve my problem immediately or i will be constrained to approach consumer court for redressal of my grievance.

            We have booked a faulty relay o[censored]ttar pradesh power transmission corporation ltd to ge t&d india ltd 19/1 gst road pallavaran chennai 600043 tamil nadu. For repairing. The c. N.               Worst courier services award to be given to this madhur courier services..

              My parcel p[protected] was booked on 28th dec from betul to pune. They have committed it will be delivered in 3-4 days till date which is 8th jan it has not been delivered. Called to numbers provided but pathetic responses call on office number and all.

                I have sent a courier on 27.12.2017 from ashta to jabalpur agriculture college addressed to dr. Sharad tiwari, head of the deptt, department of plant breeding agriculture college jabalpur pin 482001 mob. [protected]

                The above docs are original and for claim purpose means if not found loss of lacs of rupees

                1) it was recd at your office on 29.12.2017 and the same delivered on 02.01.2017 i. E. Late delivery by courier boy
                2) it was not delivered on the right address or right person
                3) the behavior of delivery boy is very rude when asked for the same
                4) on many reminders the office staff is not co-operating

Awaited a long & contacted Mr.Narendra Jain delivered at 6.20 no recipt signature slip was given even after on demand साथ मे कहा हमारा डिलीवरी मेन यहाँ नहीं आता है ईधर, पाली वाले क्यो लेते है ? His behaviour was shocking for me.I hace to travel early morning to ahemdabad, will take legal action after back.VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MADHUR BEAWAR.

                      The parcel is still missing, and we are trying to reach madhur courier but they are not answering, no one is picking our call.
                      We are fed up with this service, there is no one who are helping us. Even madhur courier services website is not working, it only shows 'loading please wait' after entering the docket number.

                                Madhur couriers: a pathetic courier company
                                I booked a parcel from delhi to jalandhar on 8th dec, which was received in jalandhar on 9th morning. It was a most urgent parcel. Today is 11th and after calling d company for already 20 times, i did not receive d courier

                                I was misguided every time i called by saying that it is out for delivery.

                                  I have dispatched few parcels to srinagar on 27th november, till now t has not been received by the party, and nobody is receiving my calls even in delhi (Karol bagh branch contact person named nikunj) and in srinagar (Srinagar branch contact person named aslam), such a pathetic service of madhur courier i have ever used. Nobody is bothered to take the calls and solve the issue.

                                    I wish to inform you my daughter sent some original important documents through madhur courier on 22 nov 2017 vise receipt no. 2217and document [protected]from ashok nagar to dehradun. I regret to inform you that in 12 days i have not received the courier and more over your ashok nagar mp branch staff is very irresponsible they give always reply that courier reached on 24.11.2017after that we are not able to help you.
