Worst courier services award to be given to this madhur courier services..

My parcel p[protected] was booked on 28th dec from betul to pune. They have committed it will be delivered in 3-4 days till date which is 8th jan it has not been delivered. Called to numbers provided but pathetic responses call on office number and all.

Dear concern,

I have sent a courier on 27.12.2017 from ashta to jabalpur agriculture college addressed to dr. Sharad tiwari, head of the deptt, department of plant breeding agriculture college jabalpur pin 482001 mob. [protected]

The above docs are original and for claim purpose means if not found loss of lacs of rupees

1) it was recd at your office on 29.12.2017 and the same delivered on 02.01.2017 i. E. Late delivery by courier boy
2) it was not delivered on the right address or right person
3) the behavior of delivery boy is very rude when asked for the same
4) on many reminders the office staff is not co-operating

Doc no.[protected] booked 4m Pali to beawer on Dec.25'17 & not delivered yet before few minutes.After approaching BER.franchies reply was received today & will delivered at 5pm. Awaited a long & contacted Mr.Narendra Jain delivered at 6.20 no recipt signature slip was given even after on demand साथ मे कहा हमारा डिलीवरी मेन यहाँ नहीं आता है ईधर, पाली वाले क्यो लेते है ? His behaviour was shocking for me.I hace to travel early morning to ahemdabad, will take legal action after back.VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MADHUR BEAWAR.

We had dispatched the parcel from delhi to bangalore on 30.11.2017 from madhur courier services.
The parcel is still missing, and we are trying to reach madhur courier but they are not answering, no one is picking our call.
We are fed up with this service, there is no one who are helping us. Even madhur courier services website is not working, it only shows 'loading please wait' after entering the docket number.
We did not receive any call about returning of parcel.

I have recieve a call from mobile number [protected] your field executive ask for address where i have already recieved various communication for the mention address, he ordered me to recieve my parcel from your office instead of asking particular location he replied that he refuse to post my courieer in harsh tone and i realy i dont like the serviceblike this it is a kind request to please take a necessary action against the misbehaviour its also reflect your brand institution.

Madhur couriers: a pathetic courier company
I booked a parcel from delhi to jalandhar on 8th dec, which was received in jalandhar on 9th morning. It was a most urgent parcel. Today is 11th and after calling d company for already 20 times, i did not receive d courier

I was misguided every time i called by saying that it is out for delivery.
A big big big no to madhur courier.

I have dispatched few parcels to srinagar on 27th november, till now t has not been received by the party, and nobody is receiving my calls even in delhi (Karol bagh branch contact person named nikunj) and in srinagar (Srinagar branch contact person named aslam), such a pathetic service of madhur courier i have ever used. Nobody is bothered to take the calls and solve the issue.

I wish to inform you my daughter sent some original important documents through madhur courier on 22 nov 2017 vise receipt no. 2217and document [protected]from ashok nagar to dehradun. I regret to inform you that in 12 days i have not received the courier and more over your ashok nagar mp branch staff is very irresponsible they give always reply that courier reached on 24.11.2017after that we are not able to help you. They are taking very lightly. This behavior is not appreciable. Kindly do the needful and take necessary action

The packet no ([protected]) is despatched on 31st oct,, 2017 from jabalpur to kolkata to the below address

The packet is still not delivered.
Not getting proper response from the concerned branch once calling.
It is really ridiculous and strange that till date the packet not delivered.

Hi,
I have sent a parcel on 8th november but still it's not received by destination and whenever i tried to contact with madhur courier service, they do not attend the call.
I am totally fedup with their services.
Please take an suitable action against immediately otherwise i will log a complain in police station ans consumer court as well.

Dear concern,

We receive parcel/letters send via madhur courier from delivery boy mohit jester, at times we send some couriers via madhur because of which we requested him to share rate list, so that all our couriers can be send through madhur in spite of dtdc (As now we send many couriers in interiors/ small towns as well) but he very arrogantly answered that he will not share the same as he has already done this a year before. Secondly we have handover him a parcel to deliver today (18/11/2017) which he has thrown in our office and said no business is required from you people and the reason for the same was he is just earning 15-20 rupees out of these parcels.
Requesting you to kindly take strict action against this individual and plz don't send him for any delivery from now on, otherwise we have to take some action against hid indecent behavior.

I have received a call from madhur courier services mangalwar peth according to them they have sent my parcel in chinchwad location and i have to collect my parcel from there only and they are not going to deliver it to my home
And as per my knowledge, i am paying money to delivered to the destination not to the nearest office.
I have paid extra 100 rs for location today.

We sent one parcel from raipur to kolkata. They accepted the parcel and when it reached kolkata they refused to deliver by saying that we don't deliver at the mentioned address. Why the hell they accepted it? I searched google and tried all the numbers found for the madhur courier. No number got connected. Somehow i got able to connect with kolkata office. They refused to help. It was an urgent courier so i offered money also. The worst courier you will ever found. The customer care numbers and head office numbers are wrong. I wasted my 3 hours calling here and there. There's no one to listen your complains. They won't take any responsibility for the parcel they promise to deliver.

I handed over the parsel with reference number p[protected] on 13-oct-2017 from guna (Mp) to mumbai office no 1109, mayuresh cosmos, plot 37, sector 11, cbd belapur, navi mumbai, maharashtra 400614 as per your online system showing parsel is delivered at mumbai as on 16-oct -2017. But this parsel is not deliverd at our end. We have many time called your vashi, belapur and guna office but we have not getting resposnce from your side
I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past three years. But this time it was a big letdown.

This is regarding the consignment no. P[protected] which was dispatched on 26 of october 2017 from gwalior to delhi. The consignment has not delivered to the assigned location till date. I tried to launch the complaint many times, tried to contact the concerning person (Mr. Mohit sharma, madhur courier services gwalior, mr. Nikunj balwani, madhur courier karol bagh delhi). Requested many times to update me the status and to deliver the courier to destination. I also dropped them an email but no reply or action was taken. The services are disgusting and the staff is irresponsible. I hope this mail will be considered on priority and the necessary action will be taken.
