I am rajiv virmani from shivpuri (mp) but shifted from .mp 30 yrs back. Heard a lot from shivpuri that everything got change their. By qurocity i just went there n what i got in return was horrible. i was in hurry that's y left something there in hotel. Which my brother handed over a envelop to one of famous courier service called madhur courier service, near shivpuri lodge madhav chock Shivpuri On 05/04/2016. My c/no. Is [protected] & hope today is 16/04 n till date didn't got my envelop for no reason. Just only mistake was i told my brother to send by urgent service. He paid normal career fees n ur company co ordinate themShelves was saying in normal career it will take 10 dYS OR MORE

request u to resolve this issue On first priority.

We had handed over one doument for delivery at rohni, delhi on 3.4.2016. The docket number is [protected].
The consignment is not yet delivered. On enquiring at phone no [protected]. They gave a mobile number [protected].On contacting on this number they asked to contact no [protected]. I told that your number has been rcd form[protected]. But he refused to talk and asked me to lodge the complaint.
Pl let me knoe the status oh my consignment no [protected]

This product is here in office since 28th but still not delivered to me.
1) I called on 28th, a girl named Anjum said she'll get it delivered by 29th.
2) when I called on 29th, she said to get it delivered by afternoon.
3) when I called on 30th in morning, she said product will be delivered by afternoon, when I called at 3:30pm Anjum again said that there vehicle got some problem so they cannot deliver it today. Then she kept me on hold n said to another girl working with her that courier man forgot to take this courier with him.
4) I said Anjum to transfer my call to some senior executive, she kept me on hold for 5mins but the call was not transferred.
5) I kept calling and she kept putting my call on hold.

So, now I want some strict actions to be taken towards this misbehavior towards clients and poor services.

Hi, , I have send a parcel to Pichhore but shivpuri keeping the same parcel 5 days with them not forward to Pichhore further but on-line updated status that they had send on 9th March. Customer several time visit Pichhore office not satisfactory answer given by team, Finally Shivpuri Mr, Dharmendra agree and will sent on 14th March to Pichhore. Such type of service harassing to customer and trust of Madhur courier.
The detail is on below. Kindly deliver today as any cost customer going out of station .its very urgent parcel.

I couriered a packet frm rani bagh to nagpur they misplaced my courier and they are nt providing any assitance regarding same and behaving sooo bad

information courier reach or no but contact sonepat madhur courier branch check receipt but 5 month or more time but no inform that today going branch language is poor jo hota ho wo kar le main nahi deta...
total stock value is 45000/- behaviour is very poor please my problem solved

महोदय,
07फेब्रुअरी2016 को मुझे ओरिफ्लेम का पार्सल डिलीवर किया गया पर पार्सल खुला हुआ था तो हमने नहीं लिय और पार्सल को वेंडर को वापिस कर दिया।
पर जब हमने कंपनी मैं पता किया तो पता चला की पार्सल वेंडर ने कंपनी मैं नहीं लौटाया औरआज
18 फेब्रुएरी 2016 हो गई है
और हमारे पार्सल से सामान बार बार चोरी हो रहा था इसलिए हम खुला हुआ पार्सल नहीं लेंगे
और हमारे चोरी हुए सामान का भुगतान कीजिये।

Sir maine ek parsal 5 fab 2016 ko ratlam se indore ke liye bheja tha but wo indore 13 ko deliver hua and jab bat ki maine ratlam office pe to bola gya ke hum kya kare pahuch to gya na aur indore bat ki to un ka kahna he ratlam walo ne tag nhi lgaya tha to humne nhi bheja agar esi service aur jab bat karne jao to ese ans mile to franchise kya matlab

I couriered a necklace through madhur courier services, chawri bazar on[protected] with consignment number P[protected]. The parcel was delivered but without the necklace.
When i couriered it, it weighed 200g which is written on the slip and when delivered, it had no weight at all since it did not have anything in it.
I have been trying and calling all numbers of all branches some of which are permanently disabled and others aren't picked.
So now since my parcel stands insured, i want the money as soon as possible.
Kindly do the needful urgently.

Maine ek courier[protected] ko kharsia se delhi ke liye book kiya tha. jiska tracking no. [protected] hai, jo abhi tak deliver nai hua hai. raigarh office call karne par call receive nai kiya jata. and courier ko jan bujh kar raigarh mai roka jata hai.
courier ko jald se jald deliver karne and raigarh office par kuch action lene ki kripa kare.

My parcel was dispatched from kolkata in 8th feb but it had not yet delivered . It take atleast 6-12 hrs by surface to BBS but it has been 3 days still not yet received the parcel . Please check this complain as soon as possible otherwise my next complain will be at consumer forum.

Already i have followed up many times to your sendhwa & nagpur concern person
but they did not gave any positive response.

Our pod no is [protected].But your managment miss by docket.On your tracking site docket not show.Please solve our problem otherwise i will complaint in consumer court 100%.This is so importent i am track this from last five days but i have not received any response

DEAR TEAM, Please inform your dealer of madhur courier of barwaha to behave right to the customer. He is abusing to the customer and using very roughly to the customer. They dont have any right to communicate with us like that. and they are refusing to take our courier

My dealer send a box on 1.1.2016 form Gohati through Madhur courier services, (Docket no#[protected]).
My box reached at 21.1.2016 in his gurgaon office.
after so many call/Followup, they have decided, he will send the box on 28.1.2016 in my office, which is situated on gurgaon.


No words to explain the bad service.

Never go through Madhur courier services.

Sir,
I was Order two books by madhur courier with consignment tracking number-[protected], [protected]. At the time of booking parcel they taken (80+80) rs service charge and at the time of delivery courier boy told me please give me service charge (50+50) rs otherwise i returned it. He told me next time we return your consignment with show wrong address. They always take two time service charge.
