information courier reach or no but contact sonepat madhur courier branch check receipt but 5 month or more time but no inform that today going branch language is poor jo hota ho wo kar le main nahi deta...
total stock value is 45000/- behaviour is very poor please my problem solved

Very true sir, we also are extremely harassed by behaviour & services of Madhur courier, Neemuch ( m.p.)
They didn't delivered our parcel at destination and also not ready to let us know about the parcels since 28-6-17.
And on arguing they got very aggressive..

07फेब्रुअरी2016 को मुझे ओरिफ्लेम का पार्सल डिलीवर किया गया पर पार्सल खुला हुआ था तो हमने नहीं लिय और पार्सल को वेंडर को वापिस कर दिया।
पर जब हमने कंपनी मैं पता किया तो पता चला की पार्सल वेंडर ने कंपनी मैं नहीं लौटाया औरआज
18 फेब्रुएरी 2016 हो गई है
और हमारे पार्सल से सामान बार बार चोरी हो रहा था इसलिए हम खुला हुआ पार्सल नहीं लेंगे
और हमारे चोरी हुए सामान का भुगतान कीजिये।

कृपया हमारी समस्या का समाधान कीजिये
और हमें हमारे या तो चोरी हुए सामान दीजिये या उनके रुपया
जिसमे 1400₹का फेसिअल किट
और 400₹की 2 लिपस्टिक
और एक क्रीम 339 की
हमें हमारे नुकसान की भरपाई चाइये

I couriered a necklace through madhur courier services, chawri bazar on[protected] with consignment number P[protected]. The parcel was delivered but without the necklace.
When i couriered it, it weighed 200g which is written on the slip and when delivered, it had no weight at all since it did not have anything in it.
I have been trying and calling all numbers of all branches some of which are permanently disabled and others aren't picked.
So now since my parcel stands insured, i want the money as soon as possible.
Kindly do the needful urgently.

My box reached at 21.1.2016 in his gurgaon office.
after so many call/Followup, they have decided, he will send the box on 28.1.2016 in my office, which is situated on gurgaon.

No words to explain the bad service.

Never go through Madhur courier services.

At the time of booking parcel they taken (80+80) rs service charge and at the time of delivery courier boy told me please give me service charge (50+50) rs otherwise i returned it. He told me next time we return your consignment with show wrong address. They always take two time service charge.

I would like to bring your kind attention into the fact that consignment no [protected] dated 27th Dec 2014 parcelled Mandsaur to Dehli has not yet recieved.We have contacted the Mandsaur Courier service many a times but was of no use.
