Please help.
I have done payment yesterday from google pay on magicpin for one merchant the dark cafe restaurant via magicpay.
Amount was deducted from account but not showing on magicpin. Then again done with googlepay then it was successful but i haven't received any refund of that transaction which is not showing.
You can checkover attachments that i have been paid twice for the same transaction, and i don’t know how to get money back.

Please help.

I had taken paid plan of magicpin for 20k with a promise of 5x times the return. After 1 month the revenue earned is only 2k. Its a fraud company who just takes payment from the vendor and once the payment is made they will turn a deaf ear and would not even answer your calls.

I took voucher but merchant didn't accept and hence i cancelled but the amount which i paid through credit card is refunded back as wallet amount and not to the actual source, this is not acceptable and fraud. They are making money by fooling people. Please make sure you will buy vouchers only after enquiring the merchant.
Please take strict action against this fraud company and make sure people doesn't lose money

I have bought a voucher today for 200 by using my points. But it was showing as 50% off so i need to pay only 100 rps. That to they are asking to pay from your account instead of redeeming from there points. When i bought that voucher for 100 by paying, money from my account they have deducted 100 from my magicpin points too. May i know what kind of 50% is this.

After that i have cancelled that voucher then instead of sending the money back to source they have added it to my wallet. I want my money back to my source and also want to know the offers t&c's you are giving

I tried to pay using magicpin but the owner hasn’t recieced any coupon code or credits of magic pin he denied to agree on that and we have to pay twice for that such a fake app to use

I purchased a voucher from magicpin for waffle fever. The vendor didnt know how to redeem the voucher and he asked me to redeem the voucher. Now when I wrote to magicpin there was no response from them. They dont even bother to reply for the emails.

I tried to purchase amazon coupons from magic pin, as they offered 100 rupees discount on purchase of 1000 rupees coupon after 10% discount on my existing wallet balance.

But while tried to purchase, my money deducted from my account and i didn't receive any coupon. I wrote many mails to them but no reply, there is no customer care number or any other way to contact them.

Hi team,
I purchased vouchers worth 14000 from magicpin paying through my paytm and magicpin wallet. But the vendor refused to redeem the voucher so i requested for refund. I got the refund in magicpin wallet as points and not in my paytm wallet. When i raised the concern, they deducted the points from my magicpin wallet as well without refund in paytm. Effectively i lost 11300 rs out if no reason. Now i am not getting any response from magicpin. Please help.

I've tried to make purchase of vouchers using the magicpin points earned and paytm. Amount and points both got deducted from my account but the transaction failed everytime i tried.
However, i requested for refund of money but that is yet not refunded to me.
Incident date - 11th nov 2018.
I had raised several requests however there is no way to talk to the customer care and i'm just getting the mail with status query closed without resolution.

I paid 900 for buying an voucher through debit card, transaction failed and my money is transferred to magic pin wallet instead of refunding to my card, now transferred magic pin wallet amount can be utilized only 10 percent, is it not fraud? How they can automatically transfer our amount to their wallet and also only 10 percent of that money can be utilized for the subsequent orders...

I realised now, this definitely a fraud company. They will ask you to make half of the payment on your own and hal[censored]sing magicpin wallet to buy a voucher. And then this way they will get the amount from people and you will never get any vouchers. br...

But, i was becomed to greedy for that money and i started purchasing and claming deals on it. But after my claims are still pending from 3 days, no review, no cashback they are still pending. Why such conditions are happening their its a fraud thing they done.

I am trying to buy a voucher of amazon which i am not able to due to the app error and there is no help from magicpin as of now... I bought 2 PVR Vouchers for 500. I tried to use it on PVR app. But I wasn't able to. We tried everything. We entered promocode three-four times but we were not able to use the promocode.
We mailed them but I got the same instructions that was posted on magicpin.

I booked a deal on magicpin on 23rd may but as the vendor declined to accept the offer, i got it refunded from the magicpin. They refunded me the amount as their wallet points.
I requested them to transfer the points into my bank account. They instantly deducted my wallet points but the amount has still not been transffered into my bank account.
The company does not provide any customer care helpline number, even after raising so my requests on their helpdesk, they are not responsive at all.
Kindly look into this matter, because i may not be the one who is getting cheated from such a company.
