My october bill was to to 13.10.18 and i paid bill online due to some issue in website, it didn't got credited to government account. Today at 31. 10.2018 at 4 p.m. mseb guy (will not name person) office kalyan disconnected our electricity supply.

My concern is being citizen of india i have right to get 15 days advance notice before my power supply is being disconnected.

Moreover since i had got revised bill woth rupees 5000 which was due in the month of November i didn't paid last month bill have attached screenshot of the bill as well for your reference.

Department has disconnected supply without notice due to which have sufferd loss woth rupees 5000 of ice cream which was kept in freezer on my shop.

Have called many time thses guys to tell that have paid my this month bill, but he kept me waiting.

Even though due date was 13.11.18 I paid the bill today have attached screenshot for the same. Post payment also nobody from department is answering the call which made my self to call electricians and resume the supply.

        Hello,
        This is a complaint to msedcl, dombivli (West)

        Our consumer number is[protected] at dombivli west. (Bu no: 4167 / dombivli (West) sn iii)
        We are facing power fluctuation daily in the morning and some times in the afternoon. It's so severe that our inverter goes off and even the bulbs fluctuate in such a way as if lightning is happening.

        The whole building is facing a problem and no consumer care number mentioned on the site works (Of course this is nothing new with mseb)
        Because of this our electronics appliances get damaged very frequently.

        If the complaint is not addressed within a day or 2 we have to escalate the matter to the higher authority.

        In our society all street lamps are not working properly from 4-5 days. Their light has been continuously fluctuating. This fluctuating light hurts our eyes, so please kindly check that what is problem and solve it as soon as possible.

          Consumer no.[protected]/4769 in the name of mrs. Mugdha m. Karnik.
          Meter reading is not being taken by the company. I am receiving the message that mscdcl is not getting the meter reading. I paid rs.570 in the month of august. On 23rd october i received the message of the bill for rs.1200.
          It happened 6months back. Suddenly the bill was rs. 570. The staff working at wadgaon maval told me to get the reading and then the bill was adjusted.
          I was told that the meter is faulty so they are not able to get the reading. This is not our fault. Mscdcl should change the meter if it is faulty.
          It is not possible for me to take the reading and go to the mscdcl ofiice.
          Please look into the matter. I always pay the bill online.
          I am not receiving the bill form the year 2014.

            I paid the bill on 6 Oct for bill generated on 22 September but again I got notified that bill is pending. I paid it on 20th Oct again considering next month bill. How can I get the money back for the duplicate payment. And is it ok to get notified when you have already paid the bill 15 days back?

                      Since last 20 days i am doing follow with your team for high electricity bill yet nothing done.. Recently i got hand over from builder. As checked the electricity bill every moths it's reflecting as 100 units with meter reading 1. How is it possible?
                      For faulty meter replacement i tried to communicate with your sub division near bharat gear mumbra where i found starnge thing. Officer asked to me give it to peon. He denied and said i need to get vr report from khindkali. Once i submit it then and then only they investigate. I stay at mumbai and my flat is @ shilphata. Is it's consumer duty to get vr report.. Kindly look into issues

                      Today itself again I have one more 100 units bill..your people are simply saying meter is faulty then it's not getting replace and you are doing delay for generating correct bill..if electricity will get discontinue my advocate will communicate with you..your people are denying to accept complaint letter and asking people to get VR Report is really disgusting.. without investigating the issue doing bad practice

                          नवीन बसवलेल्या मीटरच्या reading प्रमाणे मागील बिल दुरुस्त करून मिळणे बाबत माझा ग्राहक क्रमांक[protected] परभणीत कारेगाव रोड येथे आहे, जुन्या मीटर चे बिल मला सरासरी 150ते 180 readind प्रमाणे येत होते, परंतु अचानक माहे जुलै मध्ये 1215 व माहे ऑगस्ट मध्ये 1202 रिडींग पडली व त्याप्रमाणे बिल आले, अनेक तक्रारीव 6 महिन्यानंतर नंतर मीटर बदलून मिळाले, परंतु जुन्या बिला प्रमाणे बिल येत आहे, मीटर वरील लोड तपासून रिपोर्ट जोडला आहे, तो तुम्ही पहा, ते पाहून तुमच्या पण लक्षात येईल की एवढ्या कमी लोड वर 1200, 1215 रिडींग पडू शकते का, माझे नवीन बसवलेल्या मीटरच्या रेडिंग प्रमाणे नवीन दुरुस्ती बिल लवकरात लवकर द्यावे ही विनंती

                            Again in October message received of consumption of 81 units. Last month meter reading on 4th October was 39 units if at the time of meter reading it was. 26 so as per meter reading of 86 on 24 October I should be charged for 60 units where as I am being charged for 81 units which is wrong as they are deducting base 5 units which was on 5 th September when meter was fixed please check previous also for September 2018 complain lodge no reply

                              Dear Sir,
                              This is regarding my complaint number [protected] which was registered on September 2018. Complaint was made for the incorrect bill for the month of August 2018 which is Rs.4080 and to replace meter as it was showing no meter reading. I am not living in my flat since July 18 but I am getting bills and I am also expected to pay the same.

                              However after giving complaint in Rashmi office still my meter was not changed and I got another bill for September 18 for Rs.8400. The bill interestingly does not show any consumption as the meter is not working and no one till now has shown any interest to help resolve this issue.

                              I have also send mails and whatsup wth bill copy and meter picture to senior officials but no one paid heed.

                              Now I received message saying I need to make payment.

                              My questions are:_

                              1. Why was my complaint closed online without any change to my issue?
                              2. Am I supposed to pay every month Rs4800 though I am not living there?
                              3.Why no one actually cares anything about consumers in MSDECL?

                              Hoping for the positive response atleast this time.

                                  Sir, i have received unexpected bills for the month of sept & oct 2018 rs. 9510 & rs. 91, 260. Bills for the month of june, july & aug shows cons. Units : 0. Bill amount rs.65, which is correct as the house is locked since may 2018. I have also given letter to mseb office at vasai east on[protected] informing that the house is locked and charge me minimum energy charges and also made an advance payment of rs. 2000/- in order to avoid disconnection of meter. The main switch in the house as well as near the meter box is also in off position. Kindly check the meter, renew if necessary and revert my bills to minimum energy charges. Thanking you.

                                      I am a consumer of msedcl and i pay my bills on time even before i get my bills in my hand.
                                      I stay in mumbra, dist - thane, we are facing a load shedding issue from last 1 week and timing for the load shedding is in the morning 5:30 am till 10:00 am and again in the evening at 5:00 pm till 7:30 pm. As this is the time when our childrens are busy preparing for their exams, our housewives are busy preparing food for their families, people are busy getting ready for their offices and there is a power cut for more than 5 hours.
                                      I know this is the locality where people uses the power illegally and no actions are taken against them instead we consumer who pay bills regularly and on time has to suffer. I want a strict action to be taken against this and a proper result for the grievance.

Total wrong bill generated for the next month, after request it has been corrected as rs. -920/- and rs. -840/- in the month of jul and aug 2018.
                                        But as per the e-bill of sep it is observed that consumption unit 1538 and bill amount of rs. 20, 030/-, which is not match & correct. A copy of screen
