Hello

We came from abroad and found that the earlier meter had been disconnected though we realized that some payment was pending for earlier consumer no[protected] which we settled

This is to bring to light that we requested for the the new meter for roseland residency gate no 3 rh-73 pimple saudagar after registering.

We had been provided contract /demand note with the following consumer no[protected] which is attached below

With the relevant extra payment made we had been provided with the meter in our house

Also have attached the video where the details for the meter can be seen

This is to register a complaint to highlight that though the consumer, with the meter had been provided against the demand note, the consumer no with the bu information is not visible online for payment and hence raises the suspicion that post we travelling back abroad, the meter might be disconnected again for following the same pattern of getting extra payment

It is almost a couple of months now that the meter had been connected though the consumer no doesn't seems to be registered

Can we please investigate this case please and appreciate if we formally officially register this consumer no so that payment can be made

Very low voltage 130 to 140 receiving at BSNL MOBILE tower at vikhe patil college, Vilad ghat, AHMEDNAGAR.
Hence MOBILE services interrupted, it is requested to look into the matter urgently.

    Hi dr sunil bomble from nanded, consumer no.[protected], i have alleready registered complaint for 3 to 4 times in respective office, but nobody has taken strict action yet. I am here in govt quarters since 1yr total reading on meter since 1yr is 2511 and out of that half of the reading 1175 have been given in one month consumption at rate of rs12.55, as they have given falls reading to me for month for last 1 yr, so i am requesting you kindly give me corrected bill with monthly average reading of total consumption otherwise will go to the consumer court for fake and falls reading.

          Hi,

          Myself jitesh baban kharat and my consumer no.[protected].

          I have raised the complaints against meter status on mscb app on 22nd aug 2018 and still issue not solved. I have submitted application in sabe diva office on 25th aug 2018 as well.
          I have called to customer care regarding same to solve the issue on priority but as discussed with akshay dandile (Customer care executive mscb) saying register the complaint in mscb (As this employees comes under government employment dont have any fear and not solving the customer complaint)
          Does we have to give bribe to solve every thing in government offices?

          Please help us regarding same.

          Hi Sir,
          Please find my electricity bill in attachment.
          As we know MSCB employees not having any fear of consumer court (As conversation with akshay dandile MSCB customer care executive who says register complaint in consumer court).
          Means MSCB employees know that consumer court will not take action against MSCB government employees even if there fault and customer facing lost of problems.
          Do we need to complaint for the same for this small issue to state and central government?

          Please help us for the same.

                Good afternoon,
                Im following up with mahadiscom for my complaint on high bill since last 4 months, i have mailed them multiple times but still not getting any response.
                Complain is still unresolved but they never fail to send thier person for disconnecting the line if there is delay in paying the bill.
                They want to me pay the bill which is disputed and for which i have complained, still i have made part payment of that bill.
                Below is the compliant mail sent to mahadiscom but did not receive any response.
                "this is to keep you informed you that my complaint number “[protected]” for high bill is pending since last 4 months. I have also made part payment of that bill and waiting for the complain to get resolved.

                Meanwhile people from your electricity board are visiting at my residence for disconnecting the electricity supply.

                Request you to kindly get it resolved at the earliest."

                    This is regarding faulty meter for my residence in virar west, residency park 2. Because of this default meter reading for the last 6 - 8 months has been 151 units a default of rs.[protected]/- per month.

                    I hv registered a complaint online and also personally visited the mseb office on 19th may 2018. But sadly there has been no resolution. Calls to all officials of mseb office to follow up for replacement of the meter have been of no use.

                    I need a resolution to this problem at the earliest so the correct meter reading and subsequently the correct billing is done.

                      I did the electricity bill payment of rupees 2770/- on 27/08/18. The amount got deducted from my credit card, but the bill was not processed.
                      Later after few days checked the Mahadiscom website, but still my payment was not reflected

                      I again paid rupees 2790 on 13/09/2018 from paytm . I got the successful payment message but still it is not processed.

                      Mahadiscom website is still showing that i have not paid my bill, but my money has got deducted twice.

                        Since August 2018 meter is not working & it was came to my knowledge when bill for the month same was received by me I immediate complaint on 31/08/2018 on help line number[protected] & complaint no. is[protected] & i have personal submitted my application in gangapur sub division office .I have also meet with Mr. Gaikwad incharge of gangapur office
                        & also meet with MR survanshi line man but there is no result till date .
                        I am pensioner & i am not in position to go here there frequently so please do some .

Again i paid amt rs 810 on 09 july 2018 on line. Transaction ref id-npnb[protected]. Actually this amt 810 supposed the be the advanced payment for the month of august and september 2018.                             I made a payment for my msedc bill on 1st september 2018 for ₹1010 via google pay app.
                            The amount was deducted from my bank account but the bill payment was failed. As i checked with google pay customer service associates they told me the status of my transaction is resolved and msedc refunded the amount. But when i checked my account no refund was made by msedc or google pay.

                            It has been 17 days but no refund has been initiated to my account.

                            Request you to please look over into this issue and refund asap.

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              I am residing at row house no. 8, lenyadri chs, plot no. 47/1, sector-19 'a', nerul (East), navi mumbai-400706.
                              We are three peoples living here and use of tubes/fans/ac, s and othere appliance are bare minimum in a day, even after we are getting abill of about rs. 5000/- to rs. 6000/- every month, since last 5 months, it seems to be extremely high for my level o[censored]sage. That might be the issue with the meter which is not functioning properly.
                              Kindly look in to this matter and do the needful asap.

                                In this connection kindly note that the undersigned had already made an advance payment alongwith previous dues with the following details:

                                Previous dues upto 08.06.2018 : rs. 1800.00

                                Please also note that all the previous dues alongwith the advance bill has been paid, but electric supply is still not re-connected, hence you are requested to look into the matter urgently.

                                Also look into the discrepancy in the subject bill and revert to us at the earliest with the corrected bill. For ease of convenience i have attached the bill copy alongwith the complaint.

                                    Though msedcl recently assured that 'www.mahadiscom.co.in' has been responding appropriately after resolving server issues, i have wasted my time in opening this website. Even after trying to visit the website multiple times a day i did not get single response from website. My 'energy bills' are still pending to be paid online. I want this problem to be solved immediately or give me compensation for loss of my time and money.

                                      I rajesh r agarwal applied for new meter connection for office (Detail address given below). I paid the new connection charges on 06aug2018 but still i did not receive the connection. New consumers who applied after me also allotted the meter but not to me. When i went for inquiry the concern officer not answer properly and using bad langauge. He alos said go and complain do what you want to do.
