My flat was close from 15/05/18 on words and due to heavy rain in june 18. There was water logging in the building. The msed could not taken meter reading and sent me message on mobile that we unable to take a meter reading and requested to send photo of meter reading. Meter reading is showing same of previous reading and currant reading due to door was closed while person was came to note down the reading.

Last months i used 37 units for the month of sep-oct. As per my last montha electricity usage bill should not more than 300 rupees.

Today in our building one shop got fire in morning and in that
Our meter wire got half burnt. But msedcl person visited and just went without doing any repair work. But due to this we other few people unnecessary got harassed as i am running my clinic since 15yrs in this premises and how should i see my patients tommorrow...

Current is flowing with earthing and has spread in the whole society premises. Due to which the electronic appliances in the houses of the society members have burnt and also are posing a danger to the members lives. This earthing is leaked from mseb dp. Need urgent action from the authority otherwise can prove fatal to the innocent lives of the people.

There is recurrent loss of electricity of my only house in my area, where as even after lodging complaint there is no action taken from the authorities. We are frustrated by the quality of work provided by them. They ask for online registration of compliment and so we have done many complaints but they are of no use, even the website they have provided doesn't work. Please help us out with this issue....

On Friday Nerul office has disconnected meter connection to shop 10, plot 20, Greenland chs sector 40 Nerul without notice.
Stating that meter is faulty.
If this was the case I or tenant should have been informed about your actions. Again the same meter has been connected.
New meter Has not been replaced by your goodsself.

Dear team,

The for the month of october is very high, inspite of non usage of any additional equipment. The ac usage was also very low as compare to summer and suddenly the bill amount has been doubled as compare to september month bill although the usage is almost same or little lesser.

The said complaint has been also reported by few of more residence in our building. One of our neighbour's bill is 9 approx....

Namaskar! My con. No.[protected].., bu 4610. I had a faulty meter - green display light not working. I have been complaining several times for supply of new 3 phase meter. My request was formally registered on msedcl computer on 9th jan. 2018 by a helpful young man of msedcl (Mr sameer). Bu 4610.
My old faulty 3 meter was removed on 2-10-18. I was asked to pay meter cost rs. 2, 950, which i duly paid vide receipt no.4501663 dt 22-10-18....
