    No alternative to electric powersupply. Call centre hear abusive language then why you ask to speak politely arrogantly. Why should people pay even if they face irregular shortage? Why we have to waste our office time to move from your one office to office? Where is your customer relationship? Are we slaves of your lazy line men paying you in return in contradictory? You reached our house with arms knowing that muncipalty officer resides in building next to my building in society? You agitate against adani, tata, reliance but forget that people first are against you? When are you going to leave from maharastra?

    In last month extra bill was given but as per history we are not using that much.We are using minimun units then how it is possible ?

      Mseb has reported that the electric meter for the above consumer no. Is not working since april 2018. We are regularly following with local mseb office, but they are showing their inability to change the electric meter as they donot have new, working meter. Kindly arrange to change the meter urgently if you are confident that meter is not working. Please also note that nobody was staying in the flat till 10th of oct 2018 and this was confirmed by mseb also. (Hence there was no consumption of power, this can be verified from water consumption which is nil for few months) kindly
      1. Change the electric meter without further delay (If you are confirming it is faulty, after due testing)
      2. Correct the bill for the period april to sept 2018 (Based on nil consumption rather than connected load)

        I have installed net metering system 4 months before and the system is fully functional, the energy is getting generated and getting wasted.

        Even if the system is functioning the mseb authorities are not taking the reading from net meter and still i am getting reading and bill from old meter.

        I have visited mseb kodoli office multiple times but no one is ready to respond and do not have any explaination and just ignore me.

        I request to kindly check on priority why net meter is still not linked to my existing meter and why i do not get bills from net meter.

        Respected sir,
        I'm Manish Nyaynit from bhalawani tal-Khanapur dist-Sangli. I got electric connection from SCP scheme in Jun 2018 but still it's not completed. From 6 months all work are panding. Only transfomer installed but not start connection.
        So please react my component. And solve my problem..

          The meter is now pd (Permanently disconnected) as shown in the online status of mahadiscom.in

          It is requested to resolve the issue as to how to pay the bill online.

            This is regarding high bill of inr 39000 in last two month. Generally i get a bill of inr 500, but the person who take reading took reading of wrong meter. Hence i made a complain online on 10th november and to my surprise it is in assigned stage. It is very disappointing. The wtory does not end here, i took screenshot of my meter and visited mseb office on 27th november to get oct18 and nov18 bill revised as per my actual meter. Again its not done till date.
            The attitude of the office person was very bad, i do not understand at first point you will make mistake and act as if consumers have made mistake.

            Details of Oct 18 Bill:
            Previous meter reading: 906
            Current meter reading: 3012
            But actually current reading is of another meter, actual is 1022. Attaching image for same.

            Details of bill Nov 18
            Here both previous and current is 3012 and to my surprise consumption id 767 units. This is epic. The actual meter reading is 1061 on 27th November. My Meter number 20896115 is also clearly visible in the attached images.

            I applied for new connection request fees also paid but till no coneection . See Attach file.

                My new connection is pending from june 2018 at rular 2 morshi i have fulfil whole document and my connection is legal but your department is harnessing me although he give illegal connection to all costumer in same complex. PLEASE give focus on my complaint.

                  I have purchased a flat and requested for name change in the start of may-2018 but still the same is pending. I submitted the required document to the official in charge at the office and paid the fee. That guy said it would take only 20 days to change the name. I have been chasing up that person for last six months but every time i m told that i will check and most of the time that person that person was not available in the office and no one in the office gives proper response.

                  It's been 7 months since the application was submitted but no action has been taken in this respect.

                  I am fed up of following up for this and officials are least bothered.

                    My customer no[protected] at wardha, my meter is situated in parking area and working as normal in my best of knowledge. Today vigilance team inspect meter and say the bolt are fixed wrongdirection and without any notice they cut electricity and impose penalty. When i come my house then i shocked.in photo of meter in bill mseb can see on ist bill copy of meter bill bolts was fixed in same way as charged, every time meter reader inspect meter they had not noticed. Hence it is requested to mseb kindly inspect your meter monthly by vigilance team also so that we have overcome from false charges and also provide remedy for it.

                      I have complain about the high bill amount to MSRDCL in virar branch ( Chandansar Rd, Chandansar, Virar, Maharashtra 401305) but every time i only get one reply there is an issue in meter but there is no new meter available, so when we will receive the stock we will supply to you. kindly pay whatever the bill you have received and the concern person is not ready to give me this thing in written and i am been always forced to pay the high bill.

                      I am a middle class person who cannot afford to pay such high bills and there is no where i can get the help and sort my issue. My monthly bill always come between Rs400 to 500 and the concern department people have been visited to my property on 12/10/2018 and have confirmed that the bill should not be high if there is only 1 fan 1 Tv and 2 LED tube light. I have attached the image of the written note which he have given to me in written.

                      The bill copy i have also attached, i am not in position to pay the bill as it is still high what should i do now. Please resolve my issue soon as they will be coming to cut the electricity supply very soon as i have not paid the bills. I have made the payment of the high bill once thinking that the difference will be adjusted in my next bill but this is not the case i will not be getting any refund of the additional charge. Still the concern department person is demanding Rs1500 for meter replacement.

                      I have been waiting for the call back from customer care till now but so far I have not received any call or mail from their side about my complain. I have visited to the respective office but now i been force to pay the high outstanding bill then only my house electricity meter will be change and there is no guarantee whether the previous high bills arrears will be reverse back or will be adjusted in the up coming bills. i really donno what to do now i am completely helpless. The meter is available now but now i have no choice to pay again the high bill and for the new meter, where it is not my fault. Kindly call me on [protected] or mail on [protected]@gmail.com.

                            My consumer no. Is[protected]. Billing unit is 4599/aundh sub-dn/shivajinagar. I am having flat no. A-404 at omega residency chs at baner road. I don't stay there. Last week when i went there i found that my meter no. [protected] has been disconnected on march 15 (As written on the board). As per rule, you should send me notice of 30 days before disconnection. I pay my bills regularly as record shows. Also, after disconnection, you have sent me bills from april to november 2018, which you should not have sent. Inadvertently, i have paid those bills also. These bills are amounting to rs. 6000.00 which may be adjusted after re-connection of the meter.
                            Since i am physically handicapped senior citizen, i request you to handle this matter amicably and sympathetically. Please re-connect my meter immediately and inform me. My mobile no. Is [protected]. Thanks.

                              We, the undersigned are commercial consumer of electricity at our above said premises bearing consumer no.
                              [protected] and meter no. 055-mse43468.
                              1. That our equipments are well maintained and used in appropriate way to avoid electricity fluctuations in
                              Any manner. However the above electricity meter display, got burnt on 01.09.2018, without any fault on
                              Our part, thereby disabling us to take the meter reading daily for our records.
                              2. Subsequent to which a letter dated 01.10.2018, was given to your department as regards the same.
                              3. Thereafter, your person visited our premises for recording the meter reading and was unable to do so due
                              To the burnt display.
                              4. He therefore assured us that new electricity meter is not in stock and that it will take time. He informed
                              Us of applying the electricity charges in our monthly bill on the basis of last 4 months average.
                              5. We say that the now it has been nearly 1 month that the meter has not been replaced after several
                              Requests. We also have not received the electricity bill for the month of september, 2018.
                              6. That the application of electricity charges on basis of average will cause huge loss to us, as our electricity
                              Consumption for the current month is considerably low due to decrease in the amount of production.
                              7. We say that the new meter be replaced at the earliest and the bill charges be applied as appropriate
                              Under the maharashtra electricity regulation commission (Electricity supply code and other conditions of
                              Supply) regulations, 2005 or any other law as may be prescribed, for the period from the date of meter
                              Display burnt, till the new meter is replaced.

Wish to draw your attention that i have received the bill for the month of november 2018 which indicates wrong meter reading with the excess bill amount. This has happened for the first time.                                       I made out light bill payment for nov 2018 through online platform provided by mseb itself on 1 dec 2018 https://billing.mahadiscom.in/paymentpage.php and than scanning qr code given on the next page (In upi option).

                                      My transaction was cleared immediately in google pay app but not reflected in the mseb account. We didn't get any sms till now. Which we get immediately in previous months when we chose net banking please refund me my amount as soon as possible.

Many times I have launched complaint to Mseb washim, but my problem is not solved... So kindly arrange to solve problems.. The details are as follows..

                                        This is to inform you that i m residing at below mentioned address. This is to bring to your kind notice and information that there is a pole in front of our building, the issue is that it is blocking our main road, it is causing many inconvenience for vehicle to pass away. We are receding here from last 8 years till now no action has been taken regarding the poll.
