My consumer number is[protected]. The bill is coming in the name of my builder mosaic landmarks llp instead of my name i. E. Piyush kumar. The application of the same has been given in the month of may 2018, but still it has not been changed. Please help me for the same and update the status. I need the same on an urgent basis for visa. My builder godrej horizon is telling the delay is from the side of mseb. As per my knowledge mseb pune is very prompt in services. Request you to update my name piyush kumar at earliest.

    Dear sir madam I was very tired for going too much electric distribution office but no one can get any response by problem they ask me you are eligible for paying hi bill amount you pay this bill how can I should be pay this amount for 6430 3 to 4 months is my bill is high what mean by paid bill please give me consection for bill in amount 6430 plz help my amount no one can get anylise them my first high bill is 9990 this for reading fault what can I do sir plz help me I have no money for high amount plz consection give these bill and solve my reading problem soon sir require my detail see my problem this is not my fault this fault are employees I have give very complaint but no one accept my complaint how can I give payment plz give attention for my problem I request sir

      Your attention is solicited to the subject cited above. In the above context I herewith submit the factual condition of the electricity meter for your perusal and necessary correction to be applied for the same.

      I am receiving the excess bills from last four months that is 20.4.2018. While scrutiny of the bills issued by you, it is observed that the PHOTO of the meter does not pertaining to me. It is [protected]. Accordingly I have been issued the bills pertaining to some other consumer.

      For your information the actual electrical meter in my name is [protected]. It is the manual error made by your representative who ever may be.

      I have visited your Kharvai Badlapur office several time then at TV tower where I have booked complaint in the complaint book on 26th June, 2018. On my approach the concerned available authority has corrected my bills and the same have duly been paid by me. But to my utmost surprise the same mistake repeated in the Bill No.[protected] and the bill issued to me for Rs.13570/- .

      The actual reading on my own meter is 1445 on 12th Aug, 2018 whereas the meter reading shown on the bill No. [protected] is 2371 dated 7th Aug, 2018.

      The above issue is very much embarrassing as every time when the bills received, I have been compelled to visit your office for correction.

      In view of the above I herewith request for necessary correction in your system as well as issue the instructions to the concerned billing authority that any repetition of such type of mistake will not be tolerated and may lead in taking up the issue with CONSUMER FORUM by me for PURPOSEFUL HARASSMENT to the valuable consumer who pay her bill in time.

      Hope the above fact shall suffice to your entire satisfaction and resolution to that effect will be given at most urgent basis.

        Consumer no:[protected]/4464 of my flat no. H/14/302 of rustomjee evershine global city, virar locked & not yet occupied for some reasons. Upto march-2018 minimum charges of rs. 210/- paid by me. From the month of april-18 the energy bill issued to me showed bill amount of rs. 1170/- inspite of energy consumption of 0 units. Unknowingly i paid the bill amount of rs.1170/- for the month of april & may-18 each. I received a sms message on 19/08/18 that rs. 3300/- is due and to be paid as energy charges for the same consumer number. Also i received a sms message on 18/08/18 that the meter reading has been taken and the energy consumption is 0 units. I request you to look into this matter & rectify/adjust the bill amount and inform me accordingly please.

          Subject :wrong billing for month of jul 2018
          Dear sir/madam,
          During may-2018, electricity bill for[protected] was wrongly quoted as 11876. Based on the bills till jun 2018 where the reading was 12005, and the amount considered was 0 till jun-2018 as the amount was paid more in may-2018.in ideal situation the difference should have been either[protected]Or more) i. E not more than 245 during jul-2018. Whereas the actual difference considered is[protected] not sure from where this has come)!!! Refer to the table below for details.
          Previous reading current reading diff bill date amount comments
          11251 11876 625 20-apr-18 6660 the reading 11876 was wrongly considered whereas the correct one was. An application was been shared in the office on and corrective action was taken. Attaching the application for referene.
          11727 11727 0 19-may-18 0 the amount considered is 0 till the reading of 11727 and was carried forward further.
          11527 12005 478 21-jun-18 0 the amount considered is 0 till the reading of 12005 and should have been carried forward further.
          11527 12249 722 23-jul-18 7480 the reading here to be considered should not be 11527, but more than 12005 based on the calculation where the reading comes to be 0.

          Please consider or calculate the actual reading (Min 12005 or more) where the amount of rs.6660 would become zero for base reading of jul-2018. Once the calculation is been considered then would request you to calculate the actual billing for jul-2018.
          This is my second complaint for wrong billing for mseb and would expect no issues for further bills as well.

            I, the undersigned, s m koparkar, residing at a 503, padmavati complex, sai section, ambarnath having customer no[protected], has received the above sited bill for rs. 780 for august, 2018 for 123 units, stating previous and current meter reading at 41118.in the said bill the meter no. 31582897 is reported as faulty.
            Sir the above block is vacant since june 6th and hence there is no electric consumption. Intimation for the vacancy and non-use of electricity has been given to msedcl on june 10th.
            I am paying the said bill on due date but request you to look into the matter and raise bill for minimum charges.

              I was give very complaint in my fault meter but Maha electric distribution office not accept my complaint they ask go in titwala by fault meter and these application give him I was going to in titwala electric office but he also not accept my application told you r eligible for pay bill now pay bill amount l was no giving bill amount in 3, 4 month by fault meter my bill regular rate is 150-200 but hight in 500 to 1000, 2000. Next time 6430 how I should pay bill I have loss money please help my complaint requirement plz give me any process of meter fault

              My name is Roshni Chaturvedi I live in Titwala and my subject for bill amount high and metre fault my connection is mseb for Maharashtra state distribution Electric office I was give very complaint for high bill amount and metre fault but no one accept my complaint I go in Kalyan electric distribution office for my meter foult but they have asked me go in Titwala Electric office for metre fault I am not give any help to you I was going Titwala Electricity office but he has told for you are eligible for paying bill I was not any kind of help you before bill paying my regular bill was 152 200 but they have hight amount in 500 next 900 and 1000 to 2000 this month direct 6430 how can should be paying a bill I am all loss and no have money for paying bill in 6000 accept my complaint request and soon requirement for my billing process

                My sbi card statement account shows the payment to msedcl on 13/08/2018 ₹.1080/-

                Please verify and inform the reason for non adjustment of the bill.

                    We are facing a numerous amount of power failures daily in the morning or during complete night which have make our life miserable. Children in our area are not able to study also senior citizen the life is like hell. We have numerous time complaint the problem to the toll free no. but it seems they are helpless or they do not know anything. It seems the maintenance in our area of power lines is not done regularly or the lines are very old and need to be replaced.
                    We hope that this forum at least gives me some respite in knowing the problem and steps being taken if any.

                          Sir,

                          There is a village away from Pune only about 3km called bhugaon. We suffer from high frequent power cuts more than 5 time a day that too daily by 7am and midnights which last for a hour a each failure. I already informed in consumer complaint and through email to [protected]@mahadiscom.in and [protected]@mahadiscom.in, nothing got resolved. It's like these consumer complaint systems are just for name sake. We dont know what could be the reason for this. Why this much of breakdown is needed.
                          It looks like the government body is not capable of handling the system or may the maintenance personals are inefficient. Possiblely no one doesn't care about the particular village. Please do something. This is making our life miserable.

                            Dear sir,

                            This is regarding my complaint number 8811351 which was registered on 25/07/2018. Complaint was made for the incorrect bill for the month of june 2018 which is 2400 inr and to replace meter as it was showing as faulty.

                            Unfortunate to inform that even after so many follow ups for the above nobody came or contacted to resolve my issue, meanwhile i received another bill for month of july 2018 which is exactly xerox copy of the previous., showing same reading and total amount has to pay now is 4750 inr with the same comment meter is faulty. So finally i went to concerned mseb office which is located in riverwood park complex in khidkali, thane, where i have given the application mentioning the same issue. But sad to say that authorised person don't even bother for my complaint, infact he was very rude & said you have to pay complete amount as soon as possible else we will disconnect the connection.

                            After long discussion he corrected the bill amount to 4000 inr which is also huge amount considering my usage & power failure issues in my area (Since last 2 month we are facing power failure issues frequently, in an average minimum 6 hrs power failure in the area, several complaints made regarding the same also.) though it is unfair to pay 4000 inr still i already paid the complete amount & requested the person to replace my meter to avoid same billing issue for the next month. Strange to hear his reply that currently we don't have any meter available with us, we will replace once it is available. Only god know now when will be my meter will get replaced.

                            I am a regular bill payer without any delays still facing such issues & responses from the concerned person. Request you to take this issue seriously on urgent basis & resolve so that honest consumers like me will have faith on mahavitaran.

                            Hoping for the positive response atleast this time.

                            Electricity bills for both the months june & july 2018 along with copy of application submitted to mseb office in riverwood complex in khidkali, thane are attached for your reference.

                              I live in shree ganesha pg, hinjewadi, behind dilip sonigara jwelleres. There was power cut for whole night on 14th aug 2018. Every single day power is cutting off. There will be power everywhere.in our pg our electricity phase is always down.
                              Everytime this is happening.

                                Hi all,

                                My consumer number is[protected] & billing unit is 4636. I paid my july month bill on 31/07/2018 at 11:10 am via bill junction and my payment transaction reference number is[protected] and bank reference number is [protected]. But the system has not been updated with my payment details and the bill amount of rs.370 has been again added into august month bill report. Now today that is 14/08/2018 i have paid rs.740 as my pending bill. The transaction reference number is[protected] and bank reference number is [protected]. Transaction date[protected] & time 15:38. Transaction amount is rs.740. I have paid rs. 370 two times. So i need my rs.370 back as refund.

                                Please note that this is happening repeatedly from past few months.

                                  My consumer no is[protected]. I have received the msedcl energy bill of rs 5272/- for the period from 06 jul 2018 to 03 aug 2018. As on date i never received any energy bill above rs 1000. My consumtion is very less and i am paying every month bill apprx rs 700 to 1000/- where as now i have received the bill for rs 5272/- which is seems to be wrong. Kindly check the details of meter as well as records this much consumption is not possible.
                                  Your are requested to check the details of meter at the earliest.

                                    Hi,

                                    I raised complaint in dec regarding meter reading not taken since beginning. It had been corrected in dec 2017 and my paid amount was adjusted so the bill was showing in negative. Again since january 2018 the meter reading was not captured correctly. If you notice jan 2018 to mar 2018 current and past reading is same (632).in april 2018 current and past reading is showing 1 and after that in may 2018 bill was generated for 769 unit. So january till may 2018 because of wrong entry my current bill shows 2330. Despite raising complaint this hasn't been resolve yet. The bill should be generated on past reading (632) and current reading (900) for 268 unit and it needs to be adjusted from balance of dec 2017.

                                    2 complaints have been raised and both are showing resolved. I haven't got any new bill and neither i can see in the online system.

                                      My house electric meter faulty so change as per process meter.
                                      But as per meter reading bill not given.. last three month.

                                      I had apply for electricity connection in my farm on January 2018 but till now connection not given to me .they are saying that no tender i available now this whole process will take one to two year
                                      please help me i need my connection to be made as early as possible
