Dear sir,
This is regarding my complaint number 8811351 which was registered on 25/07/2018. Complaint was made for the incorrect bill for the month of june 2018 which is 2400 inr and to replace meter as it was showing as faulty.
Unfortunate to inform that even after so many follow ups for the above nobody came or contacted to resolve my issue, meanwhile i received another bill for month of july 2018 which is exactly xerox copy of the previous., showing same reading and total amount has to pay now is 4750 inr with the same comment meter is faulty. So finally i went to concerned mseb office which is located in riverwood park complex in khidkali, thane, where i have given the application mentioning the same issue. But sad to say that authorised person don't even bother for my complaint, infact he was very rude & said you have to pay complete amount as soon as possible else we will disconnect the connection.
After long discussion he corrected the bill amount to 4000 inr which is also huge amount considering my usage & power failure issues in my area (Since last 2 month we are facing power failure issues frequently, in an average minimum 6 hrs power failure in the area, several complaints made regarding the same also.) though it is unfair to pay 4000 inr still i already paid the complete amount & requested the person to replace my meter to avoid same billing issue for the next month. Strange to hear his reply that currently we don't have any meter available with us, we will replace once it is available. Only god know now when will be my meter will get replaced.
I am a regular bill payer without any delays still facing such issues & responses from the concerned person. Request you to take this issue seriously on urgent basis & resolve so that honest consumers like me will have faith on mahavitaran.
