Dear sir,

This is regarding my complaint number 8811351 which was registered on 25/07/2018. Complaint was made for the incorrect bill for the month of june 2018 which is 2400 inr and to replace meter as it was showing as faulty.

Unfortunate to inform that even after so many follow ups for the above nobody came or contacted to resolve my issue, meanwhile i received another bill for month of july 2018 which is exactly xerox copy of the previous., showing same reading and total amount has to pay now is 4750 inr with the same comment meter is faulty. So finally i went to concerned mseb office which is located in riverwood park complex in khidkali, thane, where i have given the application mentioning the same issue. But sad to say that authorised person don't even bother for my complaint, infact he was very rude & said you have to pay complete amount as soon as possible else we will disconnect the connection.

After long discussion he corrected the bill amount to 4000 inr which is also huge amount considering my usage & power failure issues in my area (Since last 2 month we are facing power failure issues frequently, in an average minimum 6 hrs power failure in the area, several complaints made regarding the same also.) though it is unfair to pay 4000 inr still i already paid the complete amount & requested the person to replace my meter to avoid same billing issue for the next month. Strange to hear his reply that currently we don't have any meter available with us, we will replace once it is available. Only god know now when will be my meter will get replaced.

I am a regular bill payer without any delays still facing such issues & responses from the concerned person. Request you to take this issue seriously on urgent basis & resolve so that honest consumers like me will have faith on mahavitaran.

Hoping for the positive response atleast this time.

Electricity bills for both the months june & july 2018 along with copy of application submitted to mseb office in riverwood complex in khidkali, thane are attached for your reference.

    Hello,

    I live in shree ganesha pg, hinjewadi, behind dilip sonigara jwelleres. There was power cut for whole night on 14th aug 2018. Every single day power is cutting off. There will be power everywhere.in our pg our electricity phase is always down.
    Everytime this is happening.

    Could you please find the permanent solution for this problem.

      Hi all,

      My consumer number is[protected] & billing unit is 4636. I paid my july month bill on 31/07/2018 at 11:10 am via bill junction and my payment transaction reference number is[protected] and bank reference number is [protected]. But the system has not been updated with my payment details and the bill amount of rs.370 has been again added into august month bill report. Now today that is 14/08/2018 i have paid rs.740 as my pending bill. The transaction reference number is[protected] and bank reference number is [protected]. Transaction date[protected] & time 15:38. Transaction amount is rs.740. I have paid rs. 370 two times. So i need my rs.370 back as refund.

      Please note that this is happening repeatedly from past few months.

        My consumer no is[protected]. I have received the msedcl energy bill of rs 5272/- for the period from 06 jul 2018 to 03 aug 2018. As on date i never received any energy bill above rs 1000. My consumtion is very less and i am paying every month bill apprx rs 700 to 1000/- where as now i have received the bill for rs 5272/- which is seems to be wrong. Kindly check the details of meter as well as records this much consumption is not possible.

          Hi,

          I raised complaint in dec regarding meter reading not taken since beginning. It had been corrected in dec 2017 and my paid amount was adjusted so the bill was showing in negative. Again since january 2018 the meter reading was not captured correctly. If you notice jan 2018 to mar 2018 current and past reading is same (632).in april 2018 current and past reading is showing 1 and after that in may 2018 bill was generated for 769 unit. So january till may 2018 because of wrong entry my current bill shows 2330. Despite raising complaint this hasn't been resolve yet. The bill should be generated on past reading (632) and current reading (900) for 268 unit and it needs to be adjusted from balance of dec 2017.

          2 complaints have been raised and both are showing resolved. I haven't got any new bill and neither i can see in the online system.

                I am very sad because your service is very pathatic. I live in this are from last 5 years. Every day your one electricity phase has gone and every day i called to your help line number or local service center titwala. My family is suffering in your pathatic service.
                Today one electric power supply phase has gone.
                Your local service center is not responding his contact number every day out of service. Contact number is[protected]. I have other number of your wireman [protected] when i call to him he said i will send my wireman within half and hour but no body has came.
                My request to you that please stop this poor service.
                If my problems not resolved then i will escalate to your higher authority.

                    From last three months taking followup but still my faulty meter not replaced..also i getting high amount bill for asking that high amount bill they said you will get average bill amount till new meter installation

                        I have just called on 2 numbers at karjat electricity board just to know light status (From last 12 hours light is not there)
                        [protected] - when i called on this numbers, he is saying wrong number and he was very rude.
                        [protected] - and this number landline phone is just kept there to show... Never ever recieved

                        Is this kind of service the staff is giving, they just cant recieve & answer.

                          The consumer is out of india since 2nd of may 2018 and the apartment is locked in his absence. The flat is expected to be locked until he returns in the last quarter.

                          The meter reading as reported in the bills the two months of june and july is proves zero consumption, the meter reading remaining unchanged at 2709 as recorded by msedcl.

                          Despite this, the the company has billed 339 units in each of the two months, being the average consumption of previous thrree months, erroneously presuming the meter error.
                          Surprisingly in the adjoining flat of his wife kept locked simultaneously (Consumer number[protected] where the meter reading shows a constant 3421 and the consumption reported as zero same as the first consumer, the bill is corrrectly made for zero unit consumption for the months of june and july.

                          Please correct the bills of consumer no[protected] with zero consumption in the bills of june 18 and july 18. This would remain so until the consumer and his wife returns athte end of the year.

                              Dear sir, msedcl has raised bill of rs. 28710/- for the month of june 2018 and july 2018. Units consumed as per the bill are 1490 units for may 2018, and 1313 units for june 18 which is very unreasonable and irrational. The units consumed by us during april 2018 is 143 units and for march 2018 is 229 units.
                              We are shocked by the bill raised by msedcl. We dont have capacity to pay so much bill. I think your personnel should enquire into the matter at urgent.

                                Our units consumption trend for last 12 months is as follows
                                34, 72, 68, 29, 18, 25, 29, 21, 65, 172, 205, 108
                                Corresponding months -
                                Aug 17, sept17, oct17, nov 17, dec 17, jan 18, feb 18, mar 18, apr 18, may 18, june 18, july 18.
                                From the above it can be clearly seen that during last 3 months, i. E., may 18, june 18 and july 18 the consumption increased by 4-5 times which is not possible at all as per our knowledge of electricity consumed by us. We have not used our air conditioner at all in june 18 and july 18.
                                Kindly enquire into the matter and refund the excess bill payment made by us.

                                It is more than 2 hours electricity is cut off in Rabale Gothivali.
                                It is 2nd August 1:54 am and the electricity is not available since 1st August 23:41 pm. Terrible service by the electricity board.
                                I have may many service request for change of my meter by none of the request were resolved. below are my request. Everytime I need to pay for more than 100 units, but I consume nearly 70 to 80 units per month. kindly request you to replace my meter as soon as possible.
                                From last 2 months I am getting too much excess bill as compare to my usage. My Consumer no is[protected].
                                I request to check my energy meter if it is faulty.

                                  From last 3 to 4 month my energy meter is been stooped due to this reason im getting 600 rs bill constantly. And this is not affordable for me. Same thing i conveyed to lineman.

                                    Dear sir, i have complaint about meter not working properly multiple times but no action taken about it. I have been receiving wrong and excess bill inspite of not using it. But local authorities are not taking any action about it and asking me to pay the same for last 5 months.                                         Dear sir,

                                        I have several time complaint online and help of call center and also visit several time to badlapur west office to change my meter but no action taken as no display on meter still then last 2 month they are generating the high bill without any proof, i dont know on what basis the are generating the bills, no one ready to listen, kindly suggest us
