My electricity bill sent by board is not correct, I have consumed only 37 Units and bill value is INR 540. Last month I used 40 units and bill value was approx INR 240-270 only.

I tried checking on https://wss.mahadiscom.in company website whereas it is not working, complaint cannot be logged on website.

    My home allredy close not use energy but bill every month high currently my meter line cut but bill high no reversal, still not fitting new meter, I am still in Mumbai location every month go virar office waste my time allredy loss my money allredy call mseb head office [protected] / mr mahajan [protected] but not any person proper answer please soul my problem send me reversal bill & fiting new meter

        Dear team,

        Hill bill consumer no.[protected]

        Please note that for the above mentioned consumer no unit consumption is showing unit 100 from january 2018 to august 2018.

        I have filed several compliants but till date i have not received resolution.

        Also i have visited manjri section office, there i meet to vikram sir, i have shown all the bill from january to august also i have given xerox of august month light bill.

        After this also mseb is charging wrong bill to me.
        Kindly provide resolution to solve this issue.
        I have already paid january and february month bill which is wrong unit consumption is wrong.

        The above mentioned flat is not occupied from oct 2016. Only one 5star fridge is consuming electricity.

        Kindly resolve this issue asap.

        We are resident of brij vihar, nagre nagar, pathardi phata, Nasik. We are facing constant power fluctuation due yo which our TV and refrigerator had a major breakdown and now it's inrepairble.

        It' has been going very frequent. Please do help us in this

Fluctuation has damaged many appliances, life is defficult and this is harashment on the part of mseb, pune. Please awake for the needful... We r paying money.

            I had given an application of non use from 21 july 2018 to 8 jan 2019 as i am in usa.in early july. And also paid some deposit.in spite of the application, i am getting regular bills of average consumption although my residence is locked from[protected].
            Please bill me as non-use, minimum amount. Please confirm that i am billed non use and not the regular "meter locked" average bill.

              Pls note that msedcl have issued online electricity bill dated 19aug 2018 in which the current & previous meter reading of the bill is the same (14784), yet they have mentioned units consumed for the month as 329. Also i received an sms on[protected] stating that units consumed are 163. I visited personally to their office in vrindavan society thane, but was advised to come back after 2 days.

                We just wanted to inform you that from last 3 months we have received approximate unit bill i. E.4000 unit in a month from msedcl. No one person come and visit personally to take meter reading from last 3 months.. We have already submitted complaint against the same in your office with complaint no.1214 dtd.25.07.2018. But yet not received any positive response. Again we received same type of bill. Request you to please look into this matter & do the needful asap.

                    This is in reference to my consumer number[protected]. I would like to bring to your notice that my billing that has been generated for the past few years, it now has increased further without much usage and the average bill comes to about rs. 570/-. For most months in a year there is nobody staying in the apartment, still the high cost in the electricity bills.
                    I have taken the matter and raised complaints 3-4 times to no avail. I received the same bill again the next month.
                    It may be possible that the meter reading is faulty and i would request you to take stern action.
                    Faulty bills for the past few months. From feb'18 till date no one lives in the apartment, still the bills with high cost.

                    May electricity bill no: ggn: [protected] - amount rs. 560
                    March electricity bill no: ggn: [protected] - amount rs. 540
                    July electricity and june electricity bill: total amount of june and july, rs. 1040

                        I have newly purchased the flat in april 2018 and subsequently taken electric connection. My consumer i'd is[protected] bu 4595, bill unit name akurdi sub division. I am regullary getting bill since june 2018.

                        The purchased flat is not been used on regular basis so the actual electricity consumption as on day is 5 units only.
                        However, it is for 3rd consecutive month that you are sending me the bill assuming my consumption as 100 units per month. As i stated in my last month complaint that the electricity meter is placed at ground floor and is open for reading 24x7 to anyone. I can't understand why you send the bill without actual reading.
                        This is 3 consecutive time that you have charged me rs. 590. Earlier 2 times i had paid you in excess of actual utilisation of electricity (As only 5 units is used and you had charged me for 200 units)
                        I request you to immediately rectify my bill, else i would approach consumer court for harassment and mental agony. Also i would like to raise concern about the non functioning and inefficiency of the person responsible for noting the meter reading. Why should he be paid the salary from the taxpayers money if he is not doing his duty.
                        I again request you to act immediately.

                          I am residing at 1, joshi chawl 4 saikrupa nagar manere gaon road near sst college, ulhasnagar 5 thane maharastra. And in rainy season the electric pole near my house is sparking always now a days. And i am afraid of dangerous situations that will rise because of this. The pole is really very near to my house. And there is so much spark coming from it.

                            The method of meter readings taking place every month from your company is quite wrong. Your representative who goes to read and read every month, this meter reading is coming out differently and when the actual investigation is complete, the readings are coming differently, so your representative is taking frequent wrong readings. It's been happening for so many months. So, when you file a complaint to the office very often, you fill it with your form only and with only one form, that the bill will be less so, we do not have your office staff to trample your office every month or you do not even pay for it. Therefore, please discontinue your company's workers' wages and avoid fraudulent practices. Otherwise, you have to make your complaint to the customer.

                                power on off

                                The power of our house gets cut off every now and then, even when the wind blows the power gets cut off.. There is a card on layer formed on the wire. We have registered multiple complaints in our mseb office lonavla from past 2 months, but there is no action at all.. What should we probably do??? Is this not the kind of action which we can solve. We need someone from mseb to come and solve this issue.. How should we make this happen?...

                                Hello,
                                I am rupesh pillay, resident of ganga niwas, flat no. 403, munjabawasti, dhanori, pune-15, in the month of may '18 the meter got damaged, immediately i registered a complaint by calling mseb customer care (Which is still open) and on the next day went to the mseb area (Dhanori) office to understand the procedure to change the meter, its is very unfortunate that it took 1 month for the technician to come to my house for meter verification. Then l immediately went to mseb area (Dhanori) office and paid the new meter charges (₹1750). It has been 4 months but nothing has happened. Infact i am getting bills (₹4600 for 3 months) from mseb and also i am paying amount to my society for using the common connection.
                                I don't how much more time it will take to change the meter, i am regularly visiting the office but the behaviour of the staff is so unprofessional & unacceptable.
                                Please help me resolve the problem.

                                  But still i didn't get meter.. Pls give me connctivity/meter asap.. Without electricity its difficult at our place as it is village and my parents are old for them it's difficult to survive... So please do needful asap

                                    That without prejudice complainant is ready to submit the present bill amount i. E.7, 540/- of august month 2018 and not regarding disputed bills i. E. For month of may, june and july
                                    Provided you should give the separate bill for this month
                                    That in-spite of repeated request and apparently there is a mistake of department in-spite of that you are taking decision on my complaint
                                    Kindly do the needful in order to avoid the interest, penalty for which i am not responsible.

                                      Our village is coming to Darwha sub-division and Lohi center, and due to the collapse of our department's staff Mr.S.Paturde's helicopter, our feeders stop frequently and the line of the village is closed frequently so that we all have to face the darkness. If the phone does not pick up the phone, perhaps it is a break down on the holiday if it is picked up and the answer is that it does not see 8 to 10 days in the village. When Darve was told he did not take any action and also requested the Deputy Executive Engineer Darve. He also did not take any kind of action. In this connection, consumers are told that I can not do anything about this because the employees of the power distribution company are not available.
                                      However, I would like to request that the concerned linemen be ordered to stay in the headquarters or change the line.
