I am rupesh pillay, resident of ganga niwas, flat no. 403, munjabawasti, dhanori, pune-15, in the month of may '18 the meter got damaged, immediately i registered a complaint by calling mseb customer care (Which is still open) and on the next day went to the mseb area (Dhanori) office to understand the procedure to change the meter, its is very unfortunate that it took 1 month for the technician to come to my house for meter...

I am atmaram tukaram shermale from samnapur, sangmner i have applied for new connection my application number is 14650039.. Billing unit 5767.. I have paid the quotation o 27 th july 2018.
But still i didn't get meter.. Pls give me connctivity/meter asap.. Without electricity its difficult at our place as it is village and my parents are old for them it's difficult to survive... So please do needful asap

There is a village away from Pune only about 3km called bhugaon. We suffer from high frequent power cuts more than 5 time a day that too daily by 7am and midnights which last for a hour a each failure.
