Sub ; complaint against receiving high electricity bill msedcl consumer no[protected]

Dear sir,
This is to register a complain regarding very high bill received by me for our house at highland park khardi since past 11 months.
Please note as a good law-abiding consumer i have been paying my electricity bills in advance however the bills received from msedel have been escalating every month since last one year which is my grave concern.
I would like to bring on record that, our house is locked since last one year. We have visited our place only twice during this period for 4 hours each, just to clean our place. Based on this we should have received only minimum unit billing, but the electricity bills have been very high. Refer annexure.
You can check our average bill over the last 12 years it has been in the range of rupees 40 to 70/- per month and we have been paying it in advance lumpsum for the whole year which can be verified from your records and should also indicates our consumption pattern.
This sudden rise in our electricity bills is unreasonable, not justified, arbitrary and is not acceptable.
I have paid our current month bill as a good consumer under protest and lodging this complain.
I am requesting you to look into my complain and send us the reconciled and rectified bill immediately as there is something grossly wrong failing this i would have to take other remedial measures as deem fit.

      Dear sir, We feel very Pain and sad to inform you, Because of the negligence and deliberate delays of Mahadiscom officers, we have suffered a lot today, the only responsible and only lazy, non -executive and careless officer of Mahadiscom And for this reason, in the end, we are asking in front of you for justice under section 42 (6) of Electricity Act 2003.

      The detailed issue is as follows, myself P.M.Dengani Resident of Desaiganj wadsa Dist Gadchiroli Owner of VIshal Rice Mill Kurud with IP connection No[protected] dated Octomber 2006, applied for load Extension in the Existing Rice Industry from 107 Hp – to 199 HP .LT Connection under NON-DDF/CC&RF SCHEME on date 20/12/2017.Along with all necessary documents, certificates required by department within time.

      But after a huge gap of about four months Dy. EE MSEDCL. O&M wadsa Sub division forward the estimate copy of load Enhancement to EE MSEDCL. O&M Division .Gadchiroli After this, after deliberately pressing the case file for nearly two months, EE MSEDCL Division Gadchiroli sanctioned estimate by letter no 01915 vide dated 02/6/2018.unfortunately Cheif Engineer (Distribution) passed ordered No -09245 dated 23/4/2018 for stoppage of Non-DDFCC&RF scheme. As a result We were deliberately deprived of this concession & facility .

      This is our kind Request with joining hands that under Section 43 (3)of electricity act guilty are liable to punish with a penalty of Rs 1000/- per day . so that In order not to do any such incident or non-responsibility of any such officer in the future. And due to negligence done by the officers, the damage done to us is to be compensated. .

        Consumer no.[protected] pushpalata a bagul. Electric meter is not working. Written complaint submitted at vashi office on 21/05/2018. As against average monthly bill of rs. 350 to 450 msedcl has sent bii of rs.1000/- msedcl officials stated mtr will b replaced and bills for correct charges shall b sent. Mtr not yet replaced nor correct bills sent. Now i m receiving msgs to make payment of rs. 3200/ otherwise supply will b disconnected. When
        I approached the office twice i was told that mtr will b changed. But no action is taken.

          I am writing this complaint with regards to the power failure at my place (Consumer #[protected] since last 30 days and my old parents have been following up with your executives since last 10 days for the same continuously and they are just not paying any attention to their calls made daily, neither are they taking any action.

          My parents have called ratnagiri msedcl office, they diverted them to aravali office and then from there they were directed to ms. Supriya who is working at kondivare and stays at chiplun. She is just giving one or the other excuses and not paying any attention to this matter. My parents are now residing at my sister place at chiplun for the same.

          Is this your service that you provide and harass old people???

          I want a strict action on this at an earliest, else direct me to your senior authorities to do the complaint.

          Do not hire people who do not want to work and harass your consumers.
          I want result at a speedy rate.

                This is related to my consumer no.[protected]. Sir since last 5 to 6 months i am paying exaggerated electricity bill. Above all since two months i am paying more than 6500 rupees per month. This month again i have recd bill amounting to 6660 rupees. I have registered and forwarded my complaint letter to you on 02/06/2018. I am middle class person. I am unable to pay such huge amount which will put financial constraints on me. My average monthly bill is around 1500 to 2000 rupess. I am not paying this month bill. Pls change my faulty meter at the earliest. All this is causing severe strain on my finances. Pls look into the matter at the earliest. I have already registered online complaint for the same.

Near four days electricity was not found in my shop i have complaint in my local area msedcl office but he does not response me sir please it is very urgent because of no electricity my work was fully stop.                   Our electricity is fluctuating continuously since yesterday we complained it in the uran office but no one came. Its very dangerous in this rainy weather and at night time it fluctuates even more and only our light fluctuates.

                      Today Mr Yogesh Mandhre from MSEB, Thane(kopri branch) came to my home and arrogantly talked to my 72 years old father. He was not only scolding them but also ordering them to immediately go to MSEB office & pay the bill. Due to ECS bank issue, last month's bill was not paid. Hence my father requested him that once we get this month's bill, we will pay. Still he was not listening. He argues with my father & gave his mobile number-[protected] so that after paying bill we can send him message.
                      I would like to confirm, is it a MSEB process that once bill is paid, we need to separately inform the officer on his mobile???

                      My Hotels electricity connection is not working from last 2 days, and when i was calling for help on this mseb [protected] and [protected] number ao they are giving me some stupid answer..mr.kale is on call and he said to me i will send somebody to check and still nobody is come to check..and now they are not picking phone also...
                      I am lae ing in nalasopara west and my electricity consumer number is[protected], and my area number is 4375, i have complaint about my meter readings, after using only normal appliances my electricity bill per month is very high about 2000 per month, pla look after this, thanks

                        Hi,

                        I am a resident of Central Park area, Nallasopara East, the no.of power cuts in a day are innumerable. We have complaint about this numerous times but never has been the problem taken seriously. On any given day the power cuts last from 3 to 4 hours at minimum and we are fed up of it. Please do something otherwise I will commit suicide for sure and will blame it on MSEB.

                          Recently i have received the bill for March & April 2018, which is much higher than my usual bill amount.This concerns me a beat since lately i haven't used any electrical appliances that could escalate high electricity consumption.

                          & I know its due to adding bill units without checking on meter & there are 500 & 665 bill units which is possible only for Industry.
                          Normally we are having around 100 bill units.

                          Please take a proper action on it.

                            My Consumer No is[protected], from last 5 months im getting a for 500 units, 1000 units, 2000 units. I have gone several time to MSEB office in nallasopara to launch my complain but it was never taken and there use to adjust bill by making me pay less. I have also asked them to check my meter if its working correct but the people are not ready to do so there always keeps on saying next month i will get proper bill but this never happens. I suspect that there is some fraudulent activity is happening with my meter, thats the reason MSEB people are not ready to check my Meter.

                            Till date i have not received any update on my complaint, today i had gone to the vasai electric office to inquire about my increase bill when i fought over there there reduced the bill to Rs 900 and then further to 500 and said we will change your meter reading.
                            Please explain if MSEB office people can change my meter reading in their system, now im sure that some fraudulent activity is going on between the officially people and some one in my society.

                              I have received around doubled bill for month June that is 1059RS. its around double from all my last bills where nothing extra added at my home. Infact we only stay 2 people and both are working and stay out of home for around 13 to 14 hrs still i dnt understand how i received this much bill.                                 Respected Sir,
                                Since three months i have issue of high bill of electricity.We had given a written application for cheking our electric meter but from last three days no one is responsing properly in office.Everyday they are telling we will come tommorrow on 11:00 am .But no one is coming.
                                My bill always comes near about 2500/- to 5000/- max but three months before it has came 10500/- and after that month.Bill had came 8500/-.So we paid all the bill by understanding our use was high so it has came after that we less our consumption of light and no using AC also. Then next bill has came 19050/- .We had less our consumption then to bill has came triplet.
                                So please help me with this issue and take my complaint aganist MSEB.To chek our meter and change our meter.And less our old and new bill amount.

                                    I have been raising complaints almost every month but not getting any satisfactory solution. I am being charged extra every month and not sure of the calculation being used. I am making payments in a hope that my requests will be considered and I will get a solution to it, but seem no one cares in the electricity department. Below are the details of the average bill being produced:

                                    The readings are correct but the final billed unit is wrong, also I was not using the electricity for half of month each in Feb and March (Out of Pune) and the main switch was off. So there is no ways we can say the readings are faulty, they are absolutely fine but still I am being charged on an average basis. I am sending this mail to all email addresses provided for raising concern with respect to electricity.

                                      For the last 4 months my electricity bill unit is 0. indeed my bill use to come around 70-130 before so i didn't give much attention thinking it's not my fault and it's MSEB department fault to look after. recent bill of july '18 came arounf ZERO. over check online on mahavitaran website came to know my last 4 months unit hasn't change. i know my rights through which in any case i wouldn't be in trouble but i don't want cheat the system and be faithful towards what i am consuming. please look after this situation and have appropriate managing behind it.

                                        My name is Sarjerao Gulab Nikam. My consumer number is[protected]. I hereby come to you notice that my electricity connection breakdown happened today morning 5:00 am[protected]because of one of truck from palanquin procession. So I have called Natepute subdivision operators and even visited in person. But no response from them. I have hard copy of complaint that I am going to submit after opening of office. So please solve this issue immediately otherwise I am not going to pay bill from today onwards. Thank you. Please find the attachment for hard copy.
