1. My family is not utilizing any heavy electrical appliance, shockingly the current month bill dated[protected] which we have received contains imposing of huge amount of bill i. E. Rs.3, 830/-.

2. Please note that, in my previous five months electric bills the amount is at the average of max. Rs.2000/- only and now shockingly the bill amount has risen up with hige amount of rs.3, 830/-. The current month bill has come almost double the amount as compared to previous bills.

3. I had submitted written complaint to vasai road west division of mseb, however, they forced us to pay the said amount instead of inquiring and resolving the same.

In view of the aforesaid, i object to the hige amount in my current electricity bill dated december 18, 2017 and hereby humbly request you to revise and decrease the amount and adjust the excess amount paid under objection by me.

    I have already paid my bill 8 days back but still they have cut electricity supply of my house, when i take that print and went to them, that manager shouts at me and said we will cut your connection, do whatever you want.
    My simple concern was why they cut electricity when i have already paid bill. And he was not in the position to listen to me. And was saying again and do whatever you want.

      I am an NRI who bought a new flat in Vasind, Shahahpur - Thane district and ever since the electricity connection has started they have been billing me for 67 units every month for more than a year now.

      I used electricity only in November that too for a day or two, other than that the flat has been unoccupied. Even the meter itself reflects the same. However they have continued to bill at 67 units a month (not more or less !) every month.

      I have complained several times on their app, but they just keep closing the complaint without any resolution. I have also found out they have done this too all of the other flat owners in the site and they are all disputing their bills.

      I have complained today on this site as I got an email from the builder saying that MSEDCL have informed them if I dont pay the full amount outstanding by the due date they will take away they electricity connection !

      To avoid this problem ( as you all know how hard it is to get an electricity connection in India due to corrupt behaviours at their govt offices) I have paid the bill in full today. Now I want them to adjust the bill accordingly and refund my account with the money that they are not entitled too.

      The government of India should take note also of this issue as they are trying very hard to attract NRI's to invest in India and boos the economy. But if they do not sort out their government services and the problems they give to the public they are going to continue to find it hard to improve their reputation.

        महाराष्ट्र महावितरन ( MSCB ) चा मला आलेल्या वाईट अनुभवातून एक गोष्ट लक्षात आली
        महावितरन ग्राहकांना कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत त्यांच्या तक्रारी एकूणच घेत नाहीत आणी नाईलाजास्तव ग्राहकांना महावितरनाची मनमानी मान्य करावेच लागते.

        का ???????????

        त्यांच्या मते विजेसाठी ग्राहकांना महावितरन शिवाय पर्याय नाहीच.

        मी सहज एक दिवस महावितरन पेशवेपार्क BU 4612 आफिस मध्ये सकाळीच 11:00 ते संध्याकाळपर्य... 5:30 पर्यंत संपूर्ण दिवस निरीक्षण केले.

        जास्त प्रमाणात ग्राहक तक्रार घेऊन येत...पण संबंधित आधिकारी हा जागेवर नसून ( खरे बोलायच तर सर्व आधिकारी लाँबी एकच उत्तर - साहेब बाहेर गेले आहेत ) आधिकारी चुकून ग्राहकांसमोर आला की उड़वा उड़वीची उत्तर देणार. एकमेकांशी संगनमत करून सोईस्कर रित्या ग्राहकांवर वीज कट करण्याचा दबाव आणून तक्रार एकूण घेत नाहीत.

        ग्राहक वेळे आभारी किंवा दबावाला बळी पडून निघून जात.

        ग्राहक मंचा कड़े तक्रार दाखल करावी तर तोपर्यंत महावितरन वीज कट करायची धमकी देऊन पैसे भरायला लावत. ग्राहकमंच तक्रार करण्याची मनस्थिती राहत नाही आणी तो सर्व अन्याय सहन करतो.

        या सर्व पाश्र्वभूमीवर सर्वाना आवाहन करतो. आशी परिस्थितीत एकत्रित येऊन ग्राहक एकता पेज जास्तीत जास्त लोकांपर्यंत पोहोचवा की जेणेकरून त्याच्यावर झालेल्या अन्यायाविरुद्�... वाचा फोडता येईल.

          दर नवीन महिन्याच्या बिलात मागील बिल अँड होउन येते. दर वेळेस कमी करून घ्यावे लागते माझा फार वेळ जातॊ. कृपया या बाबतीत कार्यवाही करावी ही विनंती.

              Hello,

              This is to notify that i have been a loyal customer since long time with mseb, and recently i have received the bill of 43, 800 rs, which usually every month i get is of below 3000 rs.

              The readings and unit of electricity are quite normal as usual but then can someone let me know why have i received the bill of 43, 800 rs?

              Currently, the shop has been given on rent for the business of mobile shoppee, and the bills are paid regularly without fail since many years. Before that, the shop was given on rent to laxmi vilas bank atm and the bank has also paid the bills on regular basis.

              Being unaware of internal errors by mseb govt. Its only me and my mother who take care of the business property. 43, 800 rs is a very huge amount to be paid and obviously we are not liable and in a state to pay that amount.

              Need an emergency reply on this. Request you to please resolve this issue on on priority basis.

                  Its been more than 4 months the meter is not working, after several follow ups, they are still not changing it. On the meter, the status is showing as "faulty" in the bill every month, also it is not showing any reading, still they asking to pay any amount of bill, calculating average on there logic, & if not paid, they are disconnecting the connection.                           Dear sir, we are facing jumping meter reading last 3 month we already complain about this to mseb - complain-7668283/7465542/7751908. Also mseb substation wagholi they told your meter is faulty, we will replace once new meter received dt. 30/10/2017. But still my meter not replace and we keep receiving high bill.
                          Every month we are following with mseb substation wagholi office for new meter for they are not giving a proper idea about when meter will received.

                            I have submitted request for providing meter for electricity for my house in august 2017. Its been 6 months now. I am facing electricity issue ate my home. When will be my request is considered. I tried to reach staff or responsible person in mseb office, no response from there. Obviously they are working in well known government company, and their behavior is so irresponsible. Common people here are too much frustrated because of their working style.                                 Since last six months continuous wrong bill is sending by msedcl.
                                We have to go the boisar office for correction in every month but msedcl has never rectified their data base.
                                I have personally requested the officer of boisar office to correct the data but no one has paid any attention to our appeal.

                                  My consumer numbe[protected]. I have registered complaint[protected] with mseb on 02nov2017. It is still not resolved! Tried calling customer care several times and they say it will be done in 2 days but those 2 days haven't come for 1.5 month!! I visited to complaint office personally and they refused to take any more complaint saying one is already in place! Engineer number provided [protected] - he never pick up phone! Are government employees working or just take salary for nothing? Why don't they have any maximum allowed time to fix complaint? It is their mistake that they are not fixing my meter even after complaining, on top of that they are sending bill of rs 1000 for faulty meter!! On what basis did they calculated this bill amount? Nobody is at home for entire day as we work and only electricity consumed is for cfls in night. Average bill can be rs 150 to max rs 300. Why should i pay rs 1000 for mseb's fault? They are cheating and looting money from customers!

                                    I'm going through a lot of stress due to this electric bill it is so high.
                                    Just two member living with fan and tv cannot expect this amount to pay it needs to be looked i have complaint several times direct to office no action has been taken no response to my complaint no one seems to bother i cannot pay such bills 6 months in a row meter unit shows with 100 were as 7 month it will shot up to 250 or 300
                                    We're i'm suppose to pay normally around 600rs i'm been asked to pay 3580rs how fare is this it is 6 times more nov 2017 bill show 3580rs just a monthly it clearly proves there is an issue which needs to looked into.

                                        There are two issues which i am facing
                                        1. Almost all the time i don't get physical bill, my parents asked them and they said we are not delivering bill to home you have to come here and collect it.
                                        2. Every time i am getting high bill, it seems getting overcharged. I have calculated bill as per usage and its giving lower amount. Even in bill i can see amouny in net arrers although i used to pay bill on regular basis.

                                        Please check my bill and reverse the charges which are taken without usage.
