    During day time, i m not using current except for freeze and during night two hours television, one fan and one light. While cooking half an hour exhaust fan and maximum 15 mins geyser is used by me, then also every month, i m getting electricty bill of more than rs.2000/- i have enqired with other people of my building they are charged rightly but mine is very high bill as per my consumption of current, therefore i want u to check my meter once and help me resolve my problem.

      Our meter is faulty and not working since month of march-2017. I have already given complaint in the form of application in my sub-division about changing faulty meter to mseb office in shivne, pune. Because meter is faulty we consistently receive high amount of bill. I have to always correct my electricity bill in the mseb office in kothrud head division. They generate provisional bill using average reading. Looking at the records we have less then or around 1000k bill. But they charge us average bill around rs.1, 400/- every month. I am suppose to pay this amount for last 8 months to avoid discontinue of electricity. I reuhed to my sub-division office for meter replacement but they never took a better action.
      I have even complaint to the mseb complaint desk but the usuall reply "problem will be put on high priority and solved soon".
      Its my humble request to please look in this matter as soon as possible as i am facing extra bill issue. Thankyou

        I received a bill of rs. 7800 this month for consumer number[protected] which is impossible for a small 2 bhk flat. There are 2 acs which we don't use since summers, there are 2 tvs, only one is used for average 2-3 hours and then the usual fare of tv, fridge, light and fans. For the kind of bill i am forced to pay, i should be enjoying 24x7 ac.

        Other people living in 3 bhks and also using some ac in the same locality get less than 3000. Why the hell it's so high for us. Get this fixed or i am going to file a complaint in the actual consumer court to expose the huge difference in the way you charge customers. This is no less than blatant loot.

        Oh btw, the mahadiscom site is designed to not take complaint or so it seems. Getting error occurred while creating service request.

          My meter is reading photo is not submitted in bill copy. I have submitted photo of meter reading from last two months in kalyan east office. But, my mseb electricity meter issue of bill 'minimum average not to reading' bill issue has not resolved yet and current bill is also the same. I have already paid all the bill and complained to mseb office but they had not helped me to resolve in problem.

            This is regarding the november 2017 bill sent by your malvan division office, sindhudurg district. Our meter no. Is [protected] and consumer no.[protected]. Units consumed shown are 80 inspite the difference between two reading is 0. Hence the biil shows high billing amount. As this place is our native place residence where nobody presently resides, the present reading is correct. Kindly correct the same. I am attaching both october and november bills for your reference.

              I Suresh Krishna Katkar. Want to inform you that MAHADISCOM constantly giving me huge amount in my electricity bill. Wrong electricity unit details from the month JANUARY 2017 TO till this month 2017 . This month I visited to MAHADISCOM office on the date 09/11/2017 which is located at rajapur, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra and I said them all my problem they solved my problem but still I’m getting problem. I got this month bill today and I found that on the bill meter image is not present. Previous reading is given and current reading is absent. I am facing this problem again and again.

                  I have attached a receipt which shows the date of the connection of meter as 16.01.2017, which is 11 months till date. We have got the meter connected by the officials, but the supply is denied, due to pressurization of the farmer, who is also politically strong, from whose farm the electric poles are coming.
                  We have also reported this incident in the circle office but still no action has been taken.
                  Please look into this matter and revert at the earliest.
                  We dont want to fall prey to corruption and get our work done by paying money.

                  Sir I Barkale Navnath I am a farmer, some of our people in the agricultural area were cut off by the wire of our wire, so our 45 days of electricity did not come in the field, so all our onions were burnt. We have suffered a lot, but we should take some measures.

                    I staying in below address every month facing lot of concern related to my electricity bill. I use to get more than 5.5k bill every month which is very high as i have only my old parents staying in my house. One month it came bit less as 3.6k. Again for the month oct it is showing is 7940 rs as bill amount which is highly impossible. Now though the house is 2 bhk we from past month are not using or using very limitedly the 2nd bedroom but still i see not change in the billing amount infact it has further increased from 3.6k to 8k.
                    I seriously feel there is some goo[censored]p & would request you to inspect the same asap & help me on this front.

                      Wireman in our area. A/p bahul, tal khed dist-pune, his name is tanpure. He is refusing to do work related metre registration. We need his signature for the form of registration. But he ignores n does not gives it.. We have built a new house here soo needs a new metre. The asistant engineer in our area told us to take sign of the wireman tanpure. But he refuses to give sign. And is ignoring us from 3-4 days. After so many request though he is ignoring us. We are in trouble. N we dont have power in house.. From 7-8 days... Plz help

I am not happy with the service of mseb staff here. I asked them to move dp electric box but they denied. I have my car bike which i cannot park because of this dp.                         I am Bhaji Dhondiba Arote at po Brahmanwada tal -Akole Dist-Ahmednagar.I have given complaint to mseb office brahmanwada.But your officer does not take the issue seriously.We have suffer loss due to burning of cattle fodder due to electric sparking.we suffer the loss of 50000rs.
                        Please correct electric wirings property.

                          Actual meter reading is differed due to typo / data entry error with bill meter reading 800 units higher than the actual meter reading (Photo attached)
                          There is typing error in the meter reading for my consumer no:[protected]. The actual meter reading should be 2020. But due to a typo error / data entry error the meter reading in the bill is 2820. Kindly take corrective action to resolve so that i can pay you correct amount. Please rectify and send the correct bill. Current meter reading is 2057 as on 26-nov-17 at 08:00 pm

                            From the month of may the meter unit was 6 and the amt was 0.00 rupees month of june unit was 50 and the amount was 200 rupees month of july unit was 117 and the amount was 690 rupees month of august unit was 132 and the amount was 1550 rupees month of sep unit was 523 and the amt was 5900 rupees

                            And the amount 5900 bill amount please check the meter reading and send the amount properly

                              Dear sir,

                              I have applied & paid fees for the new connection (Agriculture) in may 2016, but i didn't get any update from mseb and there is no work in process.. Please let me know what is the status of my application and why it is being delayed.

                              The telephone calls are not attended by local mseb engineer. Govt. Is keen to provide help for irrigation to farmers, but mseb seems to be not very serious to provide new connections.

                              Similarly, earlier one phase was continuously available so that we could attend the farming at night in the required light. Now same is closed as a part of load shedding, and farmers are struggling to attend in dark at nights.

                                  My consumer no is[protected] and bill date 7th october. I had cleared all bills upto previus month. But the bill dated 7th oct 2017 showed an adjustment of 511 rs increasing the bill. I went to mseb office sinhaghad road but they refused to even talk. I have paid the bill to avoid disconnection but rs 511 were charged without any reason. Please reverse the same immediately in my bill and also teach some courtesy to your staff to address consumer complaints.

I am from small city of maharashtra - ulhasnagar. They are literally harassing the complete living being of our city. It's the problem on daily basis, earlier it for every friday throughout the year but now it's not at all bearable, 8-10 hrs very frequently.
                                      I would like to add one more suspension with the article, being too much load shading in city the people do pay higher bills, there is some tricks they are playing, and sending us inappropriate electricity bills. We have no air condition nothing higher consumption compliances at home but we do pay around 1500 to 2500 rs per month being suffering from too too much load shading.
                                      I would request the higher authorities to come into picture and do something, this is not the way to treat the beautiful city being paying all the taxes and bills on time and getting treated worse than any village.

                                      They are sending random bills to my home and we don't have air condition and not even a single cooler or any other heavy electrical appliance, i need some strictr action to be taken and repair my meter..

                                        Myself jaykumar choube having consumer no.[protected]. Since 6 months i received faulty bills which generate on average basis of 196 units approx, while meter shows diffrent reading.

                                        Also due to faulty meter we pay a bill of 110-125 units per month, while our consumption is lesser than this.

                                        I tired to make complaints with your officer's, but they are not ready to listen the complaint. Instead listening the complaint they are misbehaved with us & threat us.

                                        What can i do in this situation? Please suggest & resolved my complaint within 8 days else i move towards the court for the resolution.

                                        I have not received electricity supply during 11 am on morning at the exact time is 7 pm, I had my first term examination tommorow I had my paper plz do something serious action on this matter
