I (Consumer number:[protected], billing unit: 4391:mumbra s/dn) haven't yet received any resolution on my incorrect billing. Service requests as stated below. These requests appears closed but without any resolution.
Brief description of issue:
In the bill for jun 2017, meter readings were not taken, and as an average 294 units were charged.
The previous meter readings in the bill indicated as 16009, however the current meter readings in the bill also indicated as 16009, although 294 units was considered as consumption and charged accordingly.
In the bill for jul 2017, meter readings was taken, the meter readings was 16564. The previous meter readings still indicated as 16009 and the consumption reflected as 555 (Which is incorrect, as i have already paid for 294 units from this)
Following tickets were raised to highlight the concern, however these were closed by msed without any action or feedback to me. Waiting for msed to respond and resolve.

Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The yesterday streetlight pole catches current due to open circuit board. The poles are exactly in front of house hence, it may harm the people and children. In rainy season the rainy water goes inside the board and it may create many problem.
So request you to please solve this problem as earlier as possible.
