From the month of may the meter unit was 6 and the amt was 0.00 rupees month of june unit was 50 and the amount was 200 rupees month of july unit was 117 and the amount was 690 rupees month of august unit was 132 and the amount was 1550 rupees month of sep unit was 523 and the amt was 5900 rupees

And the amount 5900 bill amount please check the meter reading and send the amount properly

    Dear sir,

    I have applied & paid fees for the new connection (Agriculture) in may 2016, but i didn't get any update from mseb and there is no work in process.. Please let me know what is the status of my application and why it is being delayed.

    The telephone calls are not attended by local mseb engineer. Govt. Is keen to provide help for irrigation to farmers, but mseb seems to be not very serious to provide new connections.

    Similarly, earlier one phase was continuously available so that we could attend the farming at night in the required light. Now same is closed as a part of load shedding, and farmers are struggling to attend in dark at nights.

        My consumer no is[protected] and bill date 7th october. I had cleared all bills upto previus month. But the bill dated 7th oct 2017 showed an adjustment of 511 rs increasing the bill. I went to mseb office sinhaghad road but they refused to even talk. I have paid the bill to avoid disconnection but rs 511 were charged without any reason. Please reverse the same immediately in my bill and also teach some courtesy to your staff to address consumer complaints.

          But today i have received one sms on my mobile no. [protected] that my meter reading is 4411 and i have consumed only 115 units.

          Please look into this matter that i have paid excess amount this month, as per your above sms.

          Please adjust the excess amount on my next bill or refund it to me.

            It's 8th october, 17, 18.30 today and there is no electricity since morning, mahadiscom is my electricity service provider. I am from small city of maharashtra - ulhasnagar. They are literally harassing the complete living being of our city. It's the problem on daily basis, earlier it for every friday throughout the year but now it's not at all bearable, 8-10 hrs very frequently.
            I would like to add one more suspension with the article, being too much load shading in city the people do pay higher bills, there is some tricks they are playing, and sending us inappropriate electricity bills. We have no air condition nothing higher consumption compliances at home but we do pay around 1500 to 2500 rs per month being suffering from too too much load shading.
            I would request the higher authorities to come into picture and do something, this is not the way to treat the beautiful city being paying all the taxes and bills on time and getting treated worse than any village.

            They are sending random bills to my home and we don't have air condition and not even a single cooler or any other heavy electrical appliance, i need some strictr action to be taken and repair my meter..

              Myself jaykumar choube having consumer no.[protected]. Since 6 months i received faulty bills which generate on average basis of 196 units approx, while meter shows diffrent reading.

              Also due to faulty meter we pay a bill of 110-125 units per month, while our consumption is lesser than this.

              I tired to make complaints with your officer's, but they are not ready to listen the complaint. Instead listening the complaint they are misbehaved with us & threat us.

              What can i do in this situation? Please suggest & resolved my complaint within 8 days else i move towards the court for the resolution.

                Had problem of high electricity bill from last 6 months
                I already in 27th june gave meter change application to your admin officer mr. Garje but response of your authority is very poor, same answer of meters not available is given by him from last 4-5 months even after regular follow ups, over and above thretened for electricity cut if not paid the said high bill, this is really disgusting and is really not expected from mahavitaran...
                Pl look into the matter

                        Hi,

                        I (Consumer number:[protected], billing unit: 4391:mumbra s/dn) haven't yet received any resolution on my incorrect billing. Service requests as stated below. These requests appears closed but without any resolution.

                        Brief description of issue:

                        In the bill for jun 2017, meter readings were not taken, and as an average 294 units were charged.
                        The previous meter readings in the bill indicated as 16009, however the current meter readings in the bill also indicated as 16009, although 294 units was considered as consumption and charged accordingly.

                        In the bill for jul 2017, meter readings was taken, the meter readings was 16564. The previous meter readings still indicated as 16009 and the consumption reflected as 555 (Which is incorrect, as i have already paid for 294 units from this)

                        Following tickets were raised to highlight the concern, however these were closed by msed without any action or feedback to me. Waiting for msed to respond and resolve.

                          I have paid my electricity bill (Consumer no.[protected] b u - 4669) through net banking with bank of maharashtra on 6 th of october, 2017 for rs. 830/-. The payment was successful but no credit given in current bill (Payment consider up to 25 th of oct, 2017) & even i didn't get receipt of it. Kindly look in to the matter & settle the matter as early as possible & do the needful

                            With refrence to my current bill attached herewith with

                            Billing unit - 2381,
                            Compare to average billing for last few months and years, this month it is almost 20 times higher.

                            1. There are no proof o[censored]nit recorded on statement received by me. (No picture of meter showing reading on bill)

                            2. Billing cycle is 40 days recorded, thus taking me to next slab of rating/pricing thereby increasing slab rates to double.

                            How can this be justify.

                              I have received bill month of october -17 but no any meter snap on the bill and also meter reading is showing in the bill zero but we have received 920 means 148 unit billing to us so i dont understand this billing style.                                   The yesterday streetlight pole catches current due to open circuit board. The poles are exactly in front of house hence, it may harm the people and children. In rainy season the rainy water goes inside the board and it may create many problem.
                                  So request you to please solve this problem as earlier as possible.

                                    Still there is no alternative for mseb. People are fed up. Still there is no compulsion for solar energy. Still those old defaulted transformers. Still no underground cables. Still harassing people lodging complaint. Why you cry for water and coal? When it is heavy waterlogging then rainwater can be harvested and when there is scorching sun then that can be used for solar power. New societies are given connections from old ones and in return old socities get nothing. Even when we pass near new societies we are looked suspiciously as strangers.. We are really fed up of these company. Tata company is been shut only because it is not favoring government like reliance. But people are important. That is why freedom concept. The more less government more happy are people. Hence tata favors people not government. Government and kings are always burden and trouble laid on people's shoulder. Raja beena praaja sukhi praaja. Reliance started slowly charging heavy bills to fulfill vested interest of government. We want swaraj. We want to hand over to kings like shivaji, rana pratap, krishna dev raya, sambhaji and shahu where king and people dine and dwell under one roof and cosume meal together in one plate shared by both raja and praja.

                                    We think that we have received same light bill of Rs 510 from so many months (Paying Online) and also if we compare our light bill with neighbours then its too high even though we have used less electrical equipments in home( They got light bill of Rs 140 only )
                                    Kindly check our meter reading because of Excess lightbill.

                                      Mseb mistakenly raised electricity bills of 1200 + of my house& when i complained they are forcing to pay half of this then they will come to check.
                                      They again and again telling to pay first hen come to me. I have visited there many times leaving which hampering my job.

                                      They are sitting in office cidco waluj mahanagar 01 aurangabad & asking to pay everyone half of this wrong bill.

                                        Resident of flat no 303, harmony, sector-01, khanda colony, new panvel (W).
                                        Name of consumer: bhanudas shankar thorat.

                                        Meter provided is digital one. Digits are not visible hence not able to track the energy consumption.
                                        You are kindly look in to issue and replace the meter / take appropriate action as you fill suitable so that msedcl meter reading is available for proper billing.
