. My mahadiscom consumer number is:[protected]. Inspite o[censored]sing only 2 fans (Energy efficient fans), 2 tube-lights (Energy efficient tube lights), and a 220 ltr fridge, iam getting a normal high meter reading of 221 units (November 2017 reading).
. This is happening for the last 3-4 months.

MSEB Mistakenly Raised Electricity Bills of 42000+ of my flat & when i complained they are forcing to pay half of this then they will come to check.
I have had never got bill of 4000 since last 3 year, I asked him to check my Bills history but they never listen, They again and again telling to pay first hen come to me.I have visited there many times leaving which hampering my job.

I hade made payment to mseb electric bill or rs 1645 on the data 04/11/2017. But, the bill is showing unpaid. I also checked at mseb office, they said they haven't received any payment. But the payment was successful. I contacted my bank (Citibank). They said that transaction is clear from there side and gave me the ref number (Ref number:[protected]. I want new single phase connection. For this i apply before nearly 2 months. All process regarding this is completed but i do not got new connection. I meet to mseb office vadgaon nearly 10 times. But they avoid every time.

I would like to mention that till dec.2016 i recd. Bill of min. Charges as my flat was unoccupied since 2012. From the month of jan.2017 the bill shows the meter as faulty, units consumed 100 and bill amount rs 610 onwards.

Last 8 yrs i m paying bills of amt average 200-300 rs per month. Which was always before due dates....

I have complained for excess billing after which field official visited and registered as faulty meter 5 months back.
But the meter has not been replaced till now and official informed that there is no meter available and pay on basis of past load but minimum of 100 units and on such ad-hoc basis.
But my consumption is usually less than 100 units often then why i should pay excess amount. Without changing my meter my complaint...

This is to inform you that though we are paying bill regularly but we are getting worst service.
We living in panvel old thana naka road facing tremendous electricity disruption.

From last 10 days we are facing low voltage and power cut issue in my area. From friday (28/0ct) night voltage is very low and because of which even fan is not operating. Its a severe issue and can leads to damage of electronic appliances.
