    Sir,
    I own a house in latur and is given on rent. My msedcl consumer no is[protected]. Billing unit is 5118/latur (U) north dub div/latur division.

    My tenant had given complaint on 11 oct 17 regarding snapping of cable. The fault was repaired on 12 oct 17. Complaint no 7410152.

    The msedcl work man charged rs 1200/- for repair which amounts to illegal gratification as he did not give any receipt. Repairer refused to repair without paying money and my tenant paid him cash and recover from me.

    The responsibility of of provision of wire and connection upto meter rests with msedcl as per paragraph 9 of supply code issued by govt gazette.

    You are requested to investigate the complaint as it is a serious matter and being communicated upto mantralaya through other channels in writing.

      Properly and send correct bill to us. Below the details of light points.

      # 02 fans in hall — used as per required.

        I was shifted to my new house in june 15, i use to get bill o[censored]nit 8-10 unit's only. It beginning i was thinking it is it is because new connection but still aug 2017 it shows around 8 unit bill. I did put complaint online portal https://wss.mahadiscom.in/wss/wss?uiActionName=getHome multipe times once complaint in each 3 month but use.
        I also visited local office he give me meter reading agency number they say it will resolve in next month but not resolved event after following 6+ month. I did put complaint at call center but no use.
        Now meter show 4000 reading and bill show only 550. I am not going to pay excessive amount due to high number o[censored]nit, also can not offer to pay big amount in one goal. Please escalate this to right person. I am helpless.

          Respected sir,

          We need your help for the last 10 months we have been paying high average bills due to the faulty meter. We have repeatedly given a written application number, but there is no response. Whenever we visit the mseb office, they say that the meter is working properly without checking it or it's not a meter to replace it. Bill always shows the meter status as defective.

          But we have submitted the complaints to the local office, but there is no response.

          Please check it out.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I have reported the problem of wrong billing, but with no response!

            1. June-2017 bill shows a paid amount of rs. 11, 200/-, although, i have'n t paid this amount (False reporting)

            2. August-2017 bill shows an bill amount of rs. 89, 220/- although, we do not have such a high usage (Incorrect reporting)

            I have successfully registered this problem on 19th september (Complaint no. 7241082), and i am waiting a reply from you.

            Please note, i am keen to settle the regular dues to msedcl, as soon as possible.

                  Why are these customer care???

Old dp supply is very bad due to overload connection on dp total consumers are 22 * 5 hp=110 and dp capacity is 63. Hence elec. Supply not satisfy.                         It was on my fault that i was unable to pay the bill in time for last six months as there nobody staying in the flat.
                        The meter is now pd (Permanantly disconnected) as shown in the online status of mahadiscom.in

                              Today15 oct 2017 i received sms from msedcl
                              The meter reading noted by the man is 910 on 14 oct 2017 at 16:55.
                              Therefore i checked meter reading taday at 21:15. I see a meter reading is 902 only.
                              What is this?
                              The man appointed for taking meter reading is careless. Why the consumer pay large bills. At our home we have 1cfl, 1 zero bulb (Lightening at night only) and one 60 watt bulb.
                              Apart from this one mobile charging is there. We get bill of month for the unit more than 40 units.
                              Most of the time my father complaint moraly to the office and the he get reduced bill. But it happens repeatadly
                              Help me

                                A sectional engineer from santacruz inspection division, industry, energy and labour department, mumbai is harassing and (After having done some mutual understanding with the electrical contractor) is asking bribe in the name of safety compliance.

                                I have provided all the legal documents the sectional engineer asked for. I am doing a lawful humble business and my premises and all connections are also legal.

                                What can i do? Kindly help. I am willing to launch a written complaint disclosing relevant details.

                                        It is to inform you that the electricity board of tal-chopda, distt-jalgaon is not doing there work. They are collecting free salary. They will not take readings for many months and will send any how bill. I m residing in shivram nagar at post - vele near to chopda. Here we are facing problem of electric bills. The electrician is not coming on regular basis to take the readings for which we had complaint many times. They will send bill without actual meter readings. After a couple of months they will come to check the actual readings and after that they will send a huge amount of bill which is totally inadequate. Please look into the matter seriously or i have to fill a case against mseb.
                                        The office is located in chopda of electricity board. Below is the attached bill copy. Bill is of plus 13000 rupees and bill is on the name of mrs. Kusumbai raghunath patil (Shivram nagar at post-vele tal - chopda)
