Sir, motor pump at consumer no[protected], (Kumari, post - mohapa, taluka - kalemeshwar, dist - nagpur, state - maharashtra) connection is not working from last five years. Hence there is no consumption of electricity. Complaint in writing is given to mseb mohpa office several time.in complaint, it was requested to issue minimum bill as per actual meter reading. All previous bill may please be issued with correction so that bill can be paid.
Connection has no supply from mseb from last one year.
Pump is faulty/jam from last three years due to not in use for years together.
Bore is dry (Has no water source) from last six seven years. Still we have paid all last bills two years before and requested mseb in writing at mohapa office to provide minimum bill as per meter reading so that it can be paid easily.
Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Bill issued till date are all with wrong meter reading, after inquiry it was told that they use to give wrong readings to compensate extra use o[censored]nits from feeder/DP. Hence extra use or loss of electric units are divided among the customers connected to that feeder DP.
But due to this unnecessary excess billing is done on my connection which I bought in notice to MSEB office in writing. But my bills are not corrected. Bills are in thousands which are more than my cost of crop.
Complaint in writing is given to MSEB mohpa office several time. In complaint, It was requested to issue actual bill as per actual meter reading. All previous bill may please be issued with correction so that bill can be paid.
The fact is that there is scarcity of water hence pump can not be operated for long time. on the other hand due to load shading supply is not available all the days of week then how bills are in thousands.
