I am getting very high bill since jan-2017
My consumer number is[protected]. I have submitted / shared current reading in written to the concerned office every time and still getting high bill with incorrect reading as 2054.
I got message from mseb to upload meter image on mobile app. But system does not allow me as current reading in the system is 2054 however actual reading is 1249 which is less and hence app shows me error that invalid reading.
Every month i have to visit mseb office and correct the bill. Why not mseb updating details in system which i submit every time?
Please help me to sort out this issue.

    Electricity meter no.[protected] for the above connection (No.[protected] is not working since october 2016. I have been getting average bills since november 2016.
    Despite my follow-up with mahadiscom office at panvel and submission of written complaint on february 2017 (Copy attached), no action has been taken and billing for average monthly consumption of 260 units are being issued, which is much higher than my normal consumption.
    I fail to understand when mahadiscom is aware of the faulty status of the meter (It is mentioned in every electricity bill), why a customer has to run from pillar to post for its replacement?
    Request you to kindly take note of this complaint and arrange for replacement of the faulty meter at the earliest.

      We ae getting a bill amount of more than ~2500 per montha dn we don't even stay in the flat most of the time.

      Hi,

      From last 10 days we are daily facing power supply cut problem in Riverwood park Khidkali Thane 421201 .
      No one is picking up phone on toll free no proper response from Mseb. It's been very hard for us to survive. How the same problam occurs again and again . We want perpemant fix for this . Please support .

        The meter reading for the month of may 2017 was recorded 41019. During month of june 17 the meter reading could not be recorded as i was not at home. But on average basis 262 units were billed and paid online. On 13.7.2017 meter reading was recorded 41375 and a consumption of[protected] =356 units was billed. The b ill has been paid. 356 units is consumption for two months june and july 2017 and out of this 262 units have already been billed and paid in june 2017 bill. Remaining 356-262= 94 units should have been billed in july 2017 bill instead all 356 units have been billed in july 2017.
        It is requested the excess bill charged should be refunded and adjusted in the next billing cycle.

          Every month meter reading is taken between 27th to 30th of the month. However this month meter reading is recorded on 19th.. It means this month we wiil be paying for about three weeks and next month it will be for five weeks thus there will be great loss on higher slab showing five weeks consumption then slight gain on lower slab showing three weeks consumption.
          Since you are charging on various slabs based consumption, the meter reading
          Should be on a fixed date which is convenient to you
          In case you missed the date then your billing slab should be averaged out for about four weeks.

            this time the total consuming unit has wrongly putted in bill. As per meter-box reading of this bill (i.e. 3855 units)and last bill (i. e. 3820 units) the total consumption is 35 units and bill has made on 186 units.

            As per enclosed bill from November-2016 to till date there is no change in total consumption of electric and i.e. 186 units.

            without using AC, Geyser and other high voltage items how the bill is coming this much that is really strange for undersigned as we entered in this house/flat from 1st may 2017 in rent. Before that I haven't face this type of billing issues in other buildings in Moraj Riverside Park.

            Please send a revise bill with correction and also please inform me how much should I pay for this June - July '2017 bill.

                We are senior citizens, residing at 9th floor of phinix elina, susgaon, pune. Our society has no dsl gen set. We are totally dependent on electric supply for lift wkg.
                At our building/susgaon electricity is cut five to six times. Generally from morning to evening. Some times only two face of electricity are supplied. Hence lift don't operate throughout day. We remain confiscated to our flat because we are unable to up & down by stairs.
                I humbly request your good self to please pity upon us & supply electricity regularly.

                  Since last 2 months i am facing problem of high bill in may i got bill 2210/- which is unexpected because my house is locked for whole month so i should get bill around 80 to 130 max. So i took my meter reading and shown it to rajgurunagar mahavitaran office the they put 150/- on my bill and told me to pay that much only.
                  Now as i am checking i got june bill of 620/- this month again this month also my house is locked for whole month so there is no chance of electricity utilization. When i talk to rajgurunagar office regarding this issue they told me they are not taking each house meter reading and giving any amount of bill because to take each home meter reading is not possible for them. I get shocked when i get such answer from this officers.
                  I can not come pune every month because we are staying at navi mumbai and thakur pimpri is our village and that house is locked since 6 months still i am paying every month bill online that mahavitaran officers should not remove my meter or disconnect my connection.
                  Please check below attachment of my bill for your reference so requesting you to please correct the bill so i can pay it online immediately.
                  I request please fire such lazy officers and workers from mahavitaran because as i am seeing in navi mumbai every month proper reading taken and correct bill assigned to us. If this issue not get resolved immediately i will raise legal complaint against mahavitaran.

                    Hello,
                    I request people buying out properties near panvel should check details about load shedding from electricity department and take reviews from panvel people as there's load shedding in the whole area. Every tuesday there's electricity gone and these electricity people have no answers for it. They have no shame in sending electricity bills on time but close electricity for panvel area every time. Feels like cheated as we are paying for the bills but not getting service as expected. The customer care department doesn't know why the electricity is gone. And every 2 days there power cut god knows why. They should atleast inform the residents as when the power cut iss gonna happen and why is it happening. Frequent powercuts also reduces the life of home appliances as power goes on n off again n again.

                      There is one pole inside the road near mukhbadhir school on road no 1 adarsh colony, tingarenagar.

                      We have so many time make oral complaint with mr. Patil sir and shrikhande sir
                      But till time there is not any progress.

                      At the night this pole is so dangerous to vehicles. It may take life of people who did not seen in the dark night.

                      So please look into the matter save life to some one.

                            My meter was permanently disconnected without any reason. I was not informed before or after meter disconnection. No notice was given before disconnecting the meter. Bill was paid on time regularly. Last bill was of only Rs. 230. I have lodged multiple complaints online and in written also.It has been 3 months but still, i am not getting any response. I am facing daily loss due to their negligence.

                              In the month of mar'17 i have given written complaint in msedcl (Badlapur) for consumer no:[protected]. From march 17 till now it is vacant room than also i have been receiving the bill for rs 800 every month. When i have given complaint that time there employee also told it is faulty meter that y i am receiving this much amount of bill. They promise that they will exchange the meter but till they have not done there work.in bill also it shows faulty meter. From mar'17 to till date also the meter is not being changed after doing twice a complaint. Careless people not thinking of the consumer...

                                        We are lodging a complaint related to our electricity bill amount. From last 3-4 months we are observing that we are getting excessive bill amount like 6000, 8000.. Though we are sure that we are not consuming that much o[censored]nits. Request you to please look after this as we are bachelors and our maximum time is spent in office itself.
                                        We have total of 4 fans, and 4-5 cfl's in our house. Also we have an old window ac which we do not use at all (Hardly for an hour in 3-4 days).
                                        We cannot afford such a bill of 8000/-. Request you to check the meter as soon as possible

                                        Hi All,

                                        I stay in shantinagar, wagale estate Thane West. everyday there are power cut happening multiple times in a day for a span of 3 to 10 mins max. It might be maintenance work but 5 times a day just for 5 mins each time? I think there might be some electricity theft going around. Kindly look into this issue seriously.
