Street lights on JP Road along the sea shore at Versova are switched off very early, now a days the sun rise is at 0620, The street is in total darkness even at 0600hrs. Early morning walk along JP road is very dangerous. As the days go by the sunrise will be later and later, kindly keep the street lights ON till 0630.

JP Road along the seashore is full of pot holes, water flooding and many cars are parked as such the walking becomes a challenging effort. The footpaths are not free to walk as such there may be an accident with the oncoming traffic. Early morning people tend to drive very fast, a senior tax paying citizen is at tremendous risk due to darkness.

You are requested to take up the matter urgently before an accident becomes a " Breaking news ' on all TV Channels

    Hello,
    Myself sarang mahadeorao naik having electric connection with consumer no.[protected] & meter no.-[protected] lived in bhosari area pune.
    I have always consume very less electricity as my avarage bill is 60-65 unit per month and it cost Rs 350 to 400 per month. But in last month I have received a huge bill of 2466 units which cost around 37113 rupees so i inspect my meter and checked current reading which i found very less as it has to be. It is 4191 showing current reading and the bill is showing 6573 so i look the photograph which is given in bill, in that reading is showing 6573 but the meter number was wrong which is written on meter with a highlighter pen. I please resolve the issue as it is wrongly record the meter reading.

      Dear Sirs,

      We have been getting nil electricity bill since February, 2017 even though our meter in working condition. We made a complaint to the local office. However, no action was taken. Now, we have got a electricity bill of Rs. 8650/- for the month of July, 2017 wherein they put a meter reading. Before Feb-17 we used to get a bill of about Rs. 1180/-. The current bill of Rs. 8650/- from Feb-17 to Jul-17 i.e. 6 months means that the average bill per month is Rs. 1440/- which well above the electricity bill we used to get before Feb-17. Please help us in resolving this issue..

        My consumer no. Is[protected] and meter no. 13965320 and my meter resding as on 01 aug 17 was 1212. But from nov 2016 i. E from fitting the meter we getting the bill of others (Different not my) meter reading and bill including meter number. This is identify me on 15 apr 17 and giving complaint to bhusawal diivision so many times but no action will be taken against my wrong meter no. And meter reading. So earlier action may be taken and give me my corrected meter no. As mentioned above and meter reading

        I have my industrial unit in palghar dewan and sons industrialestate. The unit is without power for past 3 weeks inspite of repeated complaints no action is taken place
        Dear sir,

        With due respect I want to explain that mr.patil junior engineer of patansaongi, khaperkheda, Nagpur is very currupt engineer.
        For every new connection he takes bribes huge amount. Local people are very disturb due to this reason.
        Please solve and allow all pending new connections.

          Our consumer is[protected] & mtr sr no. 3946707 while bill is being sent of mtr sr no. 3945109 and there is no matching of mtr reading of our existing mtr with billing reading. Our mtr reading on 13/08/2017 @ 8am is 1528 while in bill for month of july their reading was 4182 on 23/07/2017 which is impossible. Also last month bill was also wrong but we paid becoz we did not checked to the bill. This time we checked & varifed from our mtr & found we are getting worng bill since long. Our complain no 6952609 is not being attended up till now. Kindly do the needful. Our flat land lard name is mrs madhumali madhukant mokal & our electeicity connection is on same name.

            मैने जब electricity bill भरनेकेलीये Mahavitaran windows mob app खोली और अपना login ओपन किया तब मैने bill paid करने केलीये axis bank net banking से payment किया तो २ बार fail payment दिखाया पर जब मैने दुसरे दिन Kotak mahindra bank से online payment किया तो वो successfully दिखाया.
            और इस बारे मे शिकायत करने केलीये toll free no dial किया उन्होने बताया कि आपका axis bank वाले २ payment कि कूच भी जानकरी नाही. मैने axis bank account transaction चेक किया तो मेरी राशी २ बार डेबिट होई

              Due to incorrect of meter reading, i have been charged a massive amount of bill worth rs.36500/-. I have made several complaints and calls to customer care but they have failed to rectify the bill. I have myself checked the meter reading and found that the bill was generated with incorrect reading. Hence, i request you to please rectify the mistake and issue a correct amount of bill so that it can be paid on time. Complaint number:6978020

                Dear Sir or Madam,
                This is with regards to consumer number[protected], installed at Awas Village, Alibag Division 542. I would like to bring to your attention that we have had electricity problems non-stop since the instllation of this of this meter/transformer in December 2015.
                On average, the DO blows off several times a month and during the monsoon – it must have blown off 3 times a week at the minimum.
                Apart from this, we had complained about excess billing in the month of April 2016. At the time, Mr. Mulani – the divisional engineer in Alibag had told us to keep a daily reading of our usage. We have been doing this. The reading on the bill is never consistent with the reading that we have. When we complained about that – we were told that it is because the reading is done on different days and not necessarily on the day that is mentioned on the bill. This is not acceptable to us since if this was the case, then there would be a variation – sometimes the reading would be less and sometimes more – however, it is consistently in excess of the actual reading. You may see below and I can submit copies of our readings as well.

                Yet despite the reading being the same for June 2nd and July 2nd – billing was done for 638 units.
                Further, since 13th June, 2017 – our meter has burnt out. This has been brought to the attention of the local team several times, but it was only on August 2nd that Mr. Bhoir visited our site and has demanded payment from us for a new meter to be installed. However, we have had no supply since July 13th. It was restored for 2 days on July 29th and then went off again on August 1st, 2017. Now I am being told by Mr. Bhoir that our contractor who did the installation of the transformer has to check the cabling since it is faulty and until the cable is checked – we will not be supplied any electricity. The contractor says that he will check the cable, but that because of the frequent break-downs in the area – there could have been a short circuit in the line. Whatever the issue, as a consumer – it is not my job to be chasing the various MSEDCL officials after I have paid such high amounts to install a transformer to simply get basic electrical supply.
                It is the job of the local MSEDCL office to check these cables and ensure that the supply is ok. On the contrary – nobody comes to help us and every month we are subject to inflated bills and no attention or help when we complain. Every time the DO blows off, the MSEDCL staff tell us to call the contractor and the contactor says that this is not his job. Then the repair is done by cajoling the local wireman and paying him a tip.
                The installation of the meter was done by a licensed contractor – Ms. Nishant Enterprises owned by Mr. Vishwas Mhatre recommended by your MSEDCL local team in Alibag. This is because you do not have the requisite staff and so therefore, bungalow owners like ourselves have to pay EXORBITANT charges for the basic right of electricity supply and despite these charges, no proper services are provided to us.
                This is simply unacceptable – kindly let me know who I can come and see personally to sort this issue out. I would like to see someone senior enough in your Mumbai office who can help me resolve the issue rather than have me run from pillar to post as is the case in Alibag.
                Also please kindly note that we were not billed for our electric usage from the date of installation in December 2015 till April 2016 despite asking for the bill SEVERAL times. Our first bill in April 2016 was issued for an amount in excess of Rs. 1, 50, 000. When this was pointed out – the bill was arbitrarily reduced to some lower, but equally unacceptable amount. Because that amount has been paid, but is still to be sorted out by yourselves, I cannot pay my bills online. This too causes a huge problem for me – so please appreciate the huge problems that I have to go through each month because there is no proper system in Alibag.

                Nothing has been done about this as yet. The local officer comes and tries to help, but is not taking responsibility - there is still daily transfer of blame - the contractor has to check and the contractor says that MSEDCL have to check. In my view, when the problem is as severe as it is - it IS the responsibility of MSEDCL to check.

                I would be very grateful if you can point me in the direction of a senior person in Mumbai that I can go visit to sort out this issue.

                As of date, I still do not have electricity and I do not have a meter either - meter will only be replaced once I pay Rs. 28, 000 odd - which is too much. Since the meter is the property of MSEDCL - why would they not replace it at their cost?

                  The concerned personal,
                  I am receiving bill for faulty meter since july 2017. I have given multiple complaints to msedcl - bhadgaon.
                  My uses is normal min 350 rs and max 450 rs. But msedcl given bill 17670 rs for the month of june and 18050 rs for the month of july, which too high.
                  I was assured by your department to solve my problem, but nothing is done till date in fact i am required to visit every time to your offices for rectification, this makes me feel that either your people are not competent for the job or they are not willing to solve the issue, in both the cases i have suffer.
                  Being a senior citizen it is not possible for me to visit msedcl offices for bill correction.
                  I have completed all necessary documentation still i feel harassed, fooled & tortured by your department.
                  I humbly request you to issue me correct bill either by repairing the meter or by replacing the meter.
                  I look forward for your kind support.

                    Due to incorrect of meter reading, i have been charged very huge amount of bill, the incorrect reading mistake was accepted by the msedcl officials earlier, and now the same officer is not ready to rectify the mistake and instead is asking to pay the entire faulty reading electricity bill, we are small ssi unit and payment of such huge amount electricity bill is not possible for us, request you to please rectify the mistake and issue a correct amount of bill so that it can be payed on time, and direct the officer to have some concerns for the customers as searching for the officer is like searching a diamond as the officer is never on the place given to him and is always denying to do his duty as meeting the officer is in vain as he himself is not accepting his own words of rectifying the faulty meter reading that he has earlier accepted it to clear.

                      Dear sir,
                      My light bill is increased from around 100 to 150 units per month to 310 units for the month of june 2017. I do not have any ac, water hater or induction etc.
                      Also i use only led bulbs.
                      Please consider my problem and take action soon as i belong to middle class family. This rs 4000 amount is too much for us.

                        Myself rajesh kumar singh resident of kharghar sec - 35f, electric consumer no.[protected], past six months, 3 times written complaints served to kharghar local office at sec - 35 and sec-12 electric office for faulty electric meter, past two months jun and july 2017 electric bills are more than 4000/- rs.
                        Electric meter reading on electric copy charges are missing.
                        They simply send lumsum amount of 4000/- rs every past two months.

                        Now i do not know to how to handle this electric bills issue. As written complaints to kharghar local office is wastage of time.

                        If my problems is not solved i will take up this matter to pmo office delhi.

                          Greeting for the day...

                          I am staying on rent and i always pay my bill online, the am using ac which i m using on frequent basis last month my bill 3660 /- i have used my ac and i agree that might that bill was right and made the payment.

                          I have not used my ac as i used in may after that my bill come 4420/- i was surprised when i saw my bill.

                          This is really unacceptable hoe come the bill come higher than the last month.

                          I need clarification, o have never made my late bill i always pay online

                          Please clarify then i will pay the bill after several mail they are least bothered to resolve my query and sending reminders to make the payment. The worst

                            We have 2 member family. Our average bill has been rs 1000/- - rs 1100/.

                            All of sudden the same increased to rs 4230/- last month. We were out of town for 15 days and now it has increased to rs 5280/-

                            We have raised a complain on your online portal however here is no response.

                            We will not pay such a huge bill as this is highly unfair. Please look into the same on priority.

                            Also ensure current month bill is adjusted from last months excess paid and the balance can be kept as credit.

                                My meter bearing consumer no[protected] is not showing reading, it is dead. Hence this complaint. Please do the needfull. Vijaya fadnis, saibaba socity, jn road, kamptee.441001 in last week, some electric workmen came and asked, wheter your supply is ok, when i said ok, they went out and stop the supply for the work they have to do. Inthe eveining supply was restored. Henc we did not bother. But 3-4 days back, a man came for usual meter reading, he brought to our notice that meter is not running. Therefore i am approaching you.                                     Mseb persons remove meter for checking after 4to 5 hrs they refix the same meter. L already paid bill rs 6840/- on month june-17.&rs 2870/- on month july 2017. On[protected] mseb person taken reading and got it faulty. I got next bill as faulty meters bill as rs 3270/- both persons are mseb persons. Please take immediate action, and replace faulty meter. And also deduct bill from extra bill paid me to msedcl.

                                    I live in Kalpataru Splendour society in Kaspate wasti Wakad Pune. There is power cut from last 12 hours, is it planned power cut? If it is so, why we were not informed. I have two small kids, they are suffering as they can't sleep in night. Will you please let us know how much more time needed to get power?

                                      My house is under construction in vijaydurg and i am getting bills of about rs. 2000 to rs. 2, 200 each month since may 2017, where only a single small cfl bulb glows during the night time.

                                      My brother who is resident of vijaydurg has made a complaint to electricity office to come over and check the meter, but so far no action has been taken from electricity department.

                                      I have made this request to review my bill over mahadiscom website, but i keep getting these higher bills continuously and hence i have stopped paying the same through online portal.

                                      Request you to look in to the matter and do the needful to revise the bills and change the electricity meter as soon as possible.

                                        My consumer no is[protected] and billing unit is bu3905 (Nagpur rural). Meter is installed at pyramid city 3, besa pipla rd, nagpur. Flat d-401.
                                        Sir, since posseion of flat in june 2017 i even did not stay for a single day. The main swirch is off. But i am getting bills of say 80 to 100 units per month. There is no meter readings on bill.in july i paid rs 610/- and again in aug 2017 i paid rs 700 /- even though flat is locked. Kindly look into, as i am supposed to get minimum bill, as i am not at all staying at present since possetion from builder.
