Dear sir/Madam,

We came here in this flat in rent which customer consumer No. is[protected] in the month of May, 2017 and we receipt the 1st bill of Rs. 880 against 186 units. As we are not using any AC, heater and geyser then also the same unit was repeatedly came i.e. 186 units and more of that for the same units MSEB is asked Rs. 1450, which is very unjustified. For the tenant like us who consumed less electricity unit wise why they get suffered like this billing. please generate a revise bill or change the meter as it is always showing the same reading like 186 units.

Kindly do the needful please.

    Sir,
    Consumer No.[protected], billing authority 4676 has faulty meter complaint since last 8/10 months. For thisI have also lodged a written complaint with your office in Dehuroad on 28/04/2017 for replacement of meter. On inquiry I have been told that new meter stock is nil. I am being paid continiously payment for use of 287 units since last 8/10 months. Thereby extra amount is being paid by me for the units not used by me. It is requested to kindly replace meter on priority.

    It is suggested that whenever meter is found faulty the resoponsibility should authomatically should be taken by MSEDCL either to repair or replace the same before next generation of bill. This will help consumer from paying extra bill at same reading/units mersylessly.

But till this date they have not taken any actions. My meter no is[protected]. Hadpasar gramin. I wanting 412216 which is correct for lonikand, but they printed 412207. I have spend 500 rupees for this problem

        I have submitted application for new electricity connection for agriculture use at makhmalabad branch, nashik on 25 dec 2015. As per their demand i have submitted all documents. After that i have visited 15 to 20 times for clarification. But asst. Engineer not respond me well even i tried to talk with him. What should i do? It's now more than 1 year.

          It has been observed that in our locality i. E near ujwal nagar, green park society, wadgaon road, yavatmal the frequent power cut of 8- 9 hours is occring without communicating any pre notice to the localiest. And problems get worst when the same power cut happened in night too.
          This power cut making the suitation worst. People are unable to bear the heat in day time and in night time it is not possible sleep. This the making more discomfort to old age people, patients, pregnant women. Here i request you to take the matter seriously and take proper action to resolve the issue earlier. If possible please provide the complaint phone no. Please take necessary action.in hope of justice

            Billing unit-4636/sangavi sdn/pimpri division

            In the month of may 2017 my reading was 309 units, & bill was rs.2030/-
            In the month of june 2017 reading is 265 unit & bill received as rs.2270/-

            Hence i received wrong electricity bill in the month of june.
            Requested you to do the needful and rectify the bill immediately.

              In above bill consumption has shown 336 units .Against that total bill of Rs 3234/86 is received, wherein power charges is Rs 2121/60.According to rate given in the bill, amount of power charges is on higher side. Hence request you to go through bill and make necessary correction.After hearing from your side, we will look in to the matter . I thing there something is wrong, while calculating the bill for consumption of 336 units.You check the calculation, how the amount of Rs 2121/60 has arrived against consumption of 336 units.

                Billing unit: 4168 : kalyan (W) s/dn-i

                This is to bring to your notice that there is some excess amount raised in the bill for the month of june 2017 for unit 142. The last 6 readings are as follows :

                May 2017 :128 rs 660
                Apr 2017 : 128 rs 760
                March 2017 :101 rs 570
                Feb 2017 : 92 rs 500
                Jan 2017 : 88 rs 510
                Dec 2016 : 88 rs 480

                And in the month of june 2017 it is 142 but the amount for that unit it is showing as 1080. How come for 142 units msedcl taking 1080 rs which is not understandable.

                The bill cost is coming over 1080 which is not possible. Please help to resolve this issue and give us correct bill.

Earlier also I had given complaint (complaint number 5877671) nobody till date has come to check the meter. Request you to please check the meter and resolve my problem

                  The employees of mseb sangli do not receive the calls. There is a power cut from last 10 hours but they are not even bothered to receive our calls and atleast tell us when when the electric supply start. If we visit their office, they talk in a very rude and ruthless manner. They have no responsibilties and literacy. They dont know how to talk to women

                    You are not wanted. Still you are not quiting. People want private customer friendly like tata power. But for your vested monetory interest of thakbaki and kar you are sitting like kalia naag in places beyond mulund. If somebody tell you to repair like your outdated transformers. And to lay underground wires like mumbai you charge them extra but your work is just to show. You waste people's whole day for heavy bill repair commng in range 3000 to 4000 and above. You do not accept people's offliine complaint instead youcall police and argue with them in front of khaki vardi which is like scare man for civilians. Still there are excuses to make mandatory solar panels in residencies. Still there is unexpected power cut. Few days back best bus was prevented in thane for monopoly of local buses public and private and you are still practising your monopoly brute colonialism

                    You never sms when you irregularly power cut then why your repetetetive sms of bill payment harass us continuously? few days before Mumbai was relieved from bill payment of reliance power and now can switch over to tata power anytime as alternative to reliance power without noticing ambani as one switch over from one sim card to another in mobile and laptop. if we are expecting something against brute mseb whats the issue behind that damm thing?

                      Almost 3 times a week the electricity is cut at benkar wasti, dhayri area. The customer care no is continuously busy and incase if rings there no answer. Once in a blue moon they answer the call (When u dail almost more than 25-30 times) and u get an answer that there is cable broken/prob at main output/feeder is not working. This situation is since last 1 and half months. Can somebody please look into this and resolve.

No.73/7 udyognagar shriram chowk behind puneri sweets handewadi road hadapsar pune 411028. I have already launched a complaint regarding change of elec. Metre in the month of may. Bill issued on 15/06/17 is rs.13560/- which is not possible to pay kindly correct the bill and change the faulty metre as early as possible

                          Mseb is not laying down sufficient and proper cabling due to which we have lots of power cuts every now and then. Higher authorities just give excuses saying no budget or new power distribution coming up since last 3 years. This is functional but mseb currupt system gives connection to only new builders who pay them big. Yesterday some builder doing digging work damaged cable due to which whole area was effected but mseb says until the builder pays 30k they will not restore connection. Mseb takes no responsibility or commitment and always give such responses which show that its not our right to get facility but its a great favour. Complaint number 6525839

                          New division mentioned in complaint is Yewlewadi. My area is Survey number 52, Tilekar Nagar. All neaby large societies have been given distribution from Yewlewadi except small building and houses.

                            Sir,
                            This is to inform you that i am a residential at sangli. My consumer no. Is[protected] and i m residing at income tax staff quarters, sangli. Last year i had made a complaint locally regarding sudden increase in electricity bills.in response, my electricity meter was changed by the local authority of electricity department at sangli. After changing the meter, my electricity bills reduced and consumption were shown almost 80-90 units per month. It was continued more or less up to the month of march, 2017. Suddenly, from the month of april, 2017 my electricity consumption increased to 170-172 units per month whereas i am using the same kind and number of electrical appliances. I don't have air conditioner in my quarters. This sudden increase in electrical consumption is not understood. Kindly enquire into the matter if there is any foul play. As i am paying huge amount of electricity bill per month, i request you to look in to the matter urgently.in case of non redressal of this grievance, i will be forced to go the consumer court as well.

                              Since a while i have been noticing the trend of the mseb's unfair trade tactic of over billing residents in our area. There has been an immense amount of difference in the billing since i have started living here. I need this issue resolved.

                                My consumer number is[protected], billing unit 0329: panvel i (Bhingari). I am observing the meter reading from january 2017 in monthly electric bill and come to the conclusion that meter is showing a false reading due to which i am paying more money from my pocket till today i. E. 18th june 2017.
                                Other than that we had paid rs. 760 on 20th march 2017. E-banking ref no: 63117543/l1528_msedcl/techpro, which is not displayed in a history section of monthly bill at all.

                                      My bill, reading is constant for about 7 months (257) even when there is no body in home that means no use of electricity even some kind of bill will generate but 257 unit.
                                      In my billl it is showing faulty.
                                      Even though i have paid all that amount when we r not at home.
                                      When i have complained at electricity office (Dhankawadi) pune. They r least bothered abut it.

                                        I am quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting rs. 24, 259.49/-against electricity consumption, for the last months at my residence.
                                        It is just not possible for me to have used so much of electricity. I have purchased this house from sachin tuka ram ghadi. I took possession in the month of february 2017.
                                        I went to local office at virar west and met following staff of msedcl for reporting the subject matter:
                                        1. Mr. Vinay arade udc
                                        2. Mr. Abid drakshi office asst.
                                        3. Rj mahala assistant accountant
                                        I discussed and explain them that there is some problem we are not getting hard copy of the bills since we have shifted to this home.in spite of excess (Inr 3870/-) amount that is already submitted in the month of january 2017. We have received such a huge bill in may month.
                                        Bill generated for may month is average bill of 6 months. We requested to check and support in this regards all the official staffs misbehave with me and start shouting on me and told me that i have to submit the bill.
                                        Bill its self-shows that there is mistakes in the system even they do not want to support.
                                        I request your personal intervention in this matter as local staff is not ready to listen and support me.
                                        Please inform us the reason why i got so much excess bill my home was closed for one month in the may month even such huge amount was generated.
                                        I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

                                        Rains just have started and we at Wakad under PCMC facing issues with electricity. Everytime there is a rain, there is electricity down issue. Please help to resolve the issue as rainy season is just started. In night also, there was no electricity and sometimes it is down for the entire day.
