My above mention consumer no is being billed on average basis on higher side even as my shop is closed so therefore I request you to kindly correct my bill as per meter reading so I can pay the bill . As per your records you can see my usage in may and June 2017 units were only 69 and 70

    Dear sir,
    We have two nos 3phase, 5kw, electric meter in our building appartment (2 apartments). Bill is for 22 days for both meter,
    One meter reading shows 67 unit consumption, another shows 737 units consumption. The bill is 12000 plus & 15000 plus.
    When i calculate this from bilbachoo site, it show 551 & 8800.
    I am not satisfy with meters, i want the proper inspection of meters from authorise agency.

      My customer id is[protected], first of all my meter has been changed without asking me and why i am not involved in this while changing meter. With whom permission you all change meter?
      And in this photo which is on paper, how can u see that meter. Before i used to get 500 to 600 rs but now i am getting above 1000, why it is like this?
      How can it be 160 unit as for i am only using led bulb n fans n one fridge only.
      Please consider this comnplaint applictaion as soon as possible.

        On a power surge issue a individual usually tend to look for the reason why there has been an inconvience but apparently, the consumer voice is being ignored eventually. Mseb office, dehu road branch does not entertain any phone calls, or rather they simply ignore the calls and do not register the complaint of the consumer, which should have been done. Even after several hours of calling, no one is responsible enough to pick up the phone and answer it. The customer needs to be educated about the delays and the problem that they are facing in order to have a proper justification which in this case isnt happening. Please take a note over this.

          My electricity consumption is no more than 70 to 80 unit but for the month of july, the consumption has come around 481 unit which is impossible.

              We are resident of sai kasturi housing society located in moshi, pune. From past 4 month we are observing frequent low voltage and fluctuations in power supply which is causing terrible inconvenience to us and also may damage our electric equipments. This is informed severally to mseb office by many of our society members, however problem was not fixed yet. Today we are observing same issue since morning. Kindly look into this and resolve this problem once for all.

              MAHADiscom need to update their online portal, it is very old and it is not as per todays requirement. Bill paid are not immediately reflecting, I paid my previous months bill on 8th August still it was added in next months bill as arrear. I wrote to '[protected]@mahadiscom.in' also many times, however there was no benefit.

                Inspite of contacting & complaining concerned lineman, the voltage fluctuations problem has not been solved yet.in evenings, the situation worsens to low voltage. This happens regularly, as a result clinic lights get recurrently defective. I fear ac capacitor may also get damaged if problem persists. Please do the needful at the earliest as this is happening in clinic establishment. Patients also get mentally affected by this problem.

                  I'm a pg student. I use a computer for my academic project. Mseb (Maharashtra state electricity board), our light provider practices inconsistent supply of services. The power cuts occur atleast 20 times a day and a full day on thursday. I've tried voicing this issue at their office but the mseb officer unleashed a goon onto me who threatened to bash me. My family is financially backward & can't afford a ups or inverter. Even when writing this complaint i'm afraid the electricity may go off & it did twice. This harassment by the maharashtra state is causing me mental stress. I lost my project work once earlier & it nearly depressed me. I don;t think that in future i can handle such loss. I'm on the verge of losing my mind, patience and integrity.in future if i give up, i hold responsible the corrupt officers of maharashtra state, their electricity board, the corrupt politicians... I know this complaint is of no use as poor people aren't considered indians, more so if they are _... I'm ashamed of my country. People say ours is a great nation.. I say, u must be rich/corrupt/politician to say that. Consumer complaints is a fake... If not then prove it.

                    Still last complaint number 100845 is unattended. You were going to give freedom to choose electrical companies right from last election when power ministry was appointed. I have seen in few places where tmtl is provided to few. It is from etcher company registered in thane only then whats the issue in restricting it's public distribution. Last week 15 hours load shedding on issue of transformers change but still neighter it is replaced as per system upto ghatkopar in central line and from mira road to palghar in western line. I personally send acknowledgement to your engineer to visit at least nearby mira road but arguing he started removing grammar errors in my letter. Recently mumbai was allowed to parallel switching of tata, reliance, mseb in same bill schedule then why thane wants to bear monopoly of mseb. I even acknowledged letter to check old transformers which have turned into gardens creating fluctuations in transformers in society as it is one lan. You expect us to spend whole day in your office repairing bill even if it is showing exaggerated amount when people are planning to complete their targets so that they may get at least 1 week vacation in ganpati, navratri or diwali. Instead of compensating them in bill you are fining them by exceeding bill amount.ac's are not used in rainy season, use of refrigerator is almost stop when people started becoming ill of swine flu out of extreme cold and chilled rain. Now at least do not give excuse of these gadgets to exceed your bill amount. Fluctuations in power can be minimized at least by checking transformers who have turned into national parks.

                      We have requested for a new mseb connection in kharadi, pune (Sub division - wadgaon sheri)
                      The quotation charges have been paid on july 31st 2017 but now the authorities are saying three phase meters are not available/out of stock since march 2017.
                      All the new connections since march 2017 are pending.

                      Why are the meters not produced in good quantity?

                      Is this really that hard process that you can make consumers wait for 6 months to get new connection?

                      Facing same issue in Pune wakad since 1 year.. is there a way to resolve it?

                            Street lights on JP Road along the sea shore at Versova are switched off very early, now a days the sun rise is at 0620, The street is in total darkness even at 0600hrs. Early morning walk along JP road is very dangerous. As the days go by the sunrise will be later and later, kindly keep the street lights ON till 0630.

                            JP Road along the seashore is full of pot holes, water flooding and many cars are parked as such the walking becomes a challenging effort. The footpaths are not free to walk as such there may be an accident with the oncoming traffic. Early morning people tend to drive very fast, a senior tax paying citizen is at tremendous risk due to darkness.

                            You are requested to take up the matter urgently before an accident becomes a " Breaking news ' on all TV Channels

                              Hello,
                              Myself sarang mahadeorao naik having electric connection with consumer no.[protected] & meter no.-[protected] lived in bhosari area pune.
                              I have always consume very less electricity as my avarage bill is 60-65 unit per month and it cost Rs 350 to 400 per month. But in last month I have received a huge bill of 2466 units which cost around 37113 rupees so i inspect my meter and checked current reading which i found very less as it has to be. It is 4191 showing current reading and the bill is showing 6573 so i look the photograph which is given in bill, in that reading is showing 6573 but the meter number was wrong which is written on meter with a highlighter pen. I please resolve the issue as it is wrongly record the meter reading.

                                Dear Sirs,

                                We have been getting nil electricity bill since February, 2017 even though our meter in working condition. We made a complaint to the local office. However, no action was taken. Now, we have got a electricity bill of Rs. 8650/- for the month of July, 2017 wherein they put a meter reading. Before Feb-17 we used to get a bill of about Rs. 1180/-. The current bill of Rs. 8650/- from Feb-17 to Jul-17 i.e. 6 months means that the average bill per month is Rs. 1440/- which well above the electricity bill we used to get before Feb-17. Please help us in resolving this issue..

                                  My consumer no. Is[protected] and meter no. 13965320 and my meter resding as on 01 aug 17 was 1212. But from nov 2016 i. E from fitting the meter we getting the bill of others (Different not my) meter reading and bill including meter number. This is identify me on 15 apr 17 and giving complaint to bhusawal diivision so many times but no action will be taken against my wrong meter no. And meter reading. So earlier action may be taken and give me my corrected meter no. As mentioned above and meter reading

                                  I have my industrial unit in palghar dewan and sons industrialestate. The unit is without power for past 3 weeks inspite of repeated complaints no action is taken place

                                  With due respect I want to explain that mr.patil junior engineer of patansaongi, khaperkheda, Nagpur is very currupt engineer.
                                  For every new connection he takes bribes huge amount. Local people are very disturb due to this reason.
                                  Please solve and allow all pending new connections.

                                    Our consumer is[protected] & mtr sr no. 3946707 while bill is being sent of mtr sr no. 3945109 and there is no matching of mtr reading of our existing mtr with billing reading. Our mtr reading on 13/08/2017 @ 8am is 1528 while in bill for month of july their reading was 4182 on 23/07/2017 which is impossible. Also last month bill was also wrong but we paid becoz we did not checked to the bill. This time we checked & varifed from our mtr & found we are getting worng bill since long. Our complain no 6952609 is not being attended up till now. Kindly do the needful. Our flat land lard name is mrs madhumali madhukant mokal & our electeicity connection is on same name.

                                      मैने जब electricity bill भरनेकेलीये Mahavitaran windows mob app खोली और अपना login ओपन किया तब मैने bill paid करने केलीये axis bank net banking से payment किया तो २ बार fail payment दिखाया पर जब मैने दुसरे दिन Kotak mahindra bank से online payment किया तो वो successfully दिखाया.
                                      और इस बारे मे शिकायत करने केलीये toll free no dial किया उन्होने बताया कि आपका axis bank वाले २ payment कि कूच भी जानकरी नाही. मैने axis bank account transaction चेक किया तो मेरी राशी २ बार डेबिट होई

                                        Due to incorrect of meter reading, i have been charged a massive amount of bill worth rs.36500/-. I have made several complaints and calls to customer care but they have failed to rectify the bill. I have myself checked the meter reading and found that the bill was generated with incorrect reading.
