I leaves near akshara international school, bhumkar chowk, wakad. We are facing frequent power failure in this area. Situation is worst than a village. Last 5 month we have shifted to this area and havnt experience single day without power failure. For some day power failure last for 8 to 10 hours. Few month we thought its due to some issues in electricity line but its almost 5 month now. Dont understand how people are living and not raising cocerns in such a worst electricity situation in the residential area like bhumkar chowk.

    I am unable to make payment online of my residecne at palghar getting message continuoulsy that error003 I am staying at palghar West in kotak properties. having two flates, out of which I am able to pay one flates bill and another is getting error.
    Another thing I am regular in paying bills, but one of my meter No[protected] is removed from your side which is to be re conntected. Several orally complaint is given to to Mr. Tare at Palghar but no response so far. You are therefore requested to do the needful.

        There is always a power problem in few of the flats of our colony information received from the colleagues there is a heavy overload on our phase they requested to change DP of our phase but no reply from your end it's been very hectic to us when the power will go and come again having small kid at home it is very difficult for us as a common person like to me so requesting you to once visit out line and rectify the problem as early as possible

          I have given a written complain last year in may16 and on line complain no[protected] dated 4 july16 &[protected] dated 10 sept 16 for the faulty meter and till date it is not replaced and increase in bill is received now instead of replacing it mseb has disconnected the supply and taken the meter away.

            My complaint is regarding high electricity bills when my flat is locked for last 2 years. My consumer no[protected] o[censored]lhasnagar-4, billing unit - 4173.
            I am tired of repeatedly complaining of the issue to the official in msedcl office, that my flat is locked and not in use and no electricity is being used for which i had also given application on dated 21/04/2017.
            Still i am receiving high bills instead of minimum bill. This time it is not to my believe its rs. 3710/- against 0000 units (As my meter is replaced with new one).
            I am unable to understand and explain my difficulties to go to the msedcl office repeatedly for the same reason for last 8 months
            Please if you can see into this matter, will be very helpfull.

                  We are very unhappy with the poor services of MSEB. Due to rain on 23/05/2017, there occured sparking on electricity poles in front of our Dp. Inspite of numbers of calls to MSEB we have'nt received any reply from their side. No person has come to check till date. We want some action to be taken on urgent basis. We have suffered huge loss of production because of no electricity is there till date. We have been suffering power cuts usually. But this time it has crossed all limits and on top of that no response from there end. Such a negligant behaviour won't be tolerated.

                  If this is the situation we will have to take some serious steps.
                  Hope this issue gets resolved today itself.

                        I have been staying in kalwa for the past 30 years and this issue has always been ignored by officials/politicians. Power-cut!! Earlier it was named load shedding... But i do not understand how come during the past 30 years nothing has been improved on this front??? The electricity bills are regular!! And charged more than ever... We have been paying taxes timely... As a citizen we are doing everything we can. But what do we get in response... Untimely power-cuts... Any day... That too in this digital age... (I don't want to bring other issues in this forum.. Else i can go on and on) our work gets blocked, loss of time, loss of energy, loss of mental health... Who is going to pay for this and take responsibility??? Shopkeepers have been affected, losing refrigerated product... Cannot work on a laptop without wi-fi.. Cannot get any work done. During elections, we don't face such problems, so why now??? There is no customer service, don't pick up calls... Just want to sit on your as*s and enjoy on our hard earned tax money!!! I am wondering if this happens in the thane suburbs, how is the rest of the rural areas in our country doing?? Shame on the people of this country especially the authorities... Who do not have any moral sense neither dignity!!! They will keep on ignoring us...

                            I have been facing issues since last two-three months, the energy bill of someone else is sent to my mobile number.
                            The consumer number mentioned below are not mine:-
                            Consumer nos.[protected] and[protected].
                            Still their msedcl energy bill messages are sent on my mobile no. [protected]

                            I kindly request you to please look into this matter and get the needful done.
                            I do not want any of the unnecessary messages sent to my mobile number.
                            They not only create confusion but is also waste of time.
                            Kindly update your database with correct consumer number with their respective mobile number.

                            Hope to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I submit complaint online as well as written complaint in hudkeshwar office on dt. 28.4.17 to mr. Attre, ex. Engine. But no response from office.co. Send avarage unit bill each month & i pay it. Pl. Repair electric meter or replace new meter.

                                There has been frequent power cuts in Vashi Sector 14 during the mid night hours and there is hardly any service Support to assist from MSEDCL officials. Their phones are switched off or are disconnected no one bothers to even attend the problem.
                                It is high Government authorities take control of such frequent occurrences of power cuts.

                                    I stay at airoli sector 9. The Electricity service has been extremely poor & is getting interrupted at night million times. It's highly irritating & annoying. I am going to complain about this to police as a harrassment from power supply company.
                                    Please stop this or else we residents of airoli are going to escalate this matter to very high level. I do not want any excuse.

                                      I am facing issue of high electricity bill from last 4-5 months it is around Rs.2000/- per month for just 2 fan & 2 tubelight and nothing else. I already logged a complaint by paying Rs. 171 for meter checking. but according to them meter is ok and charges are correct. They are not listing to me. I told him that you personally come to my home and check how many electrical equipment we are using.

                                        Sundenly its become high.we are not using high volt light or other electrical instrument then why its become come directly 10 time of higher bill.
