    We are very unhappy with the poor services of MSEB. Due to rain on 23/05/2017, there occured sparking on electricity poles in front of our Dp. Inspite of numbers of calls to MSEB we have'nt received any reply from their side. No person has come to check till date. We want some action to be taken on urgent basis. We have suffered huge loss of production because of no electricity is there till date. We have been suffering power cuts usually. But this time it has crossed all limits and on top of that no response from there end. Such a negligant behaviour won't be tolerated.

    If this is the situation we will have to take some serious steps.
    Hope this issue gets resolved today itself.

    Very danger condition of fuse, they are directly conected, no main switch and very dangerous during fuse changing.
    It must be replaced by new one . Please change it before any injury's

          I have been staying in kalwa for the past 30 years and this issue has always been ignored by officials/politicians. Power-cut!! Earlier it was named load shedding... But i do not understand how come during the past 30 years nothing has been improved on this front??? The electricity bills are regular!! And charged more than ever... We have been paying taxes timely... As a citizen we are doing everything we can. But what do we get in response... Untimely power-cuts... Any day... That too in this digital age... (I don't want to bring other issues in this forum.. Else i can go on and on) our work gets blocked, loss of time, loss of energy, loss of mental health... Who is going to pay for this and take responsibility??? Shopkeepers have been affected, losing refrigerated product... Cannot work on a laptop without wi-fi.. Cannot get any work done. During elections, we don't face such problems, so why now??? There is no customer service, don't pick up calls... Just want to sit on your as*s and enjoy on our hard earned tax money!!! I am wondering if this happens in the thane suburbs, how is the rest of the rural areas in our country doing?? Shame on the people of this country especially the authorities... Who do not have any moral sense neither dignity!!! They will keep on ignoring us...

              I have been facing issues since last two-three months, the energy bill of someone else is sent to my mobile number.
              The consumer number mentioned below are not mine:-

              Still their msedcl energy bill messages are sent on my mobile no. [protected]

              I kindly request you to please look into this matter and get the needful done.
              I do not want any of the unnecessary messages sent to my mobile number.
              They not only create confusion but is also waste of time.
              Kindly update your database with correct consumer number with their respective mobile number.

              Hope to get this resolved as soon as possible.

                  There has been frequent power cuts in Vashi Sector 14 during the mid night hours and there is hardly any service Support to assist from MSEDCL officials. Their phones are switched off or are disconnected no one bothers to even attend the problem.
                  It is high Government authorities take control of such frequent occurrences of power cuts.

                      I stay at airoli sector 9. The Electricity service has been extremely poor & is getting interrupted at night million times. It's highly irritating & annoying. I am going to complain about this to police as a harrassment from power supply company.
                      Please stop this or else we residents of airoli are going to escalate this matter to very high level. I do not want any excuse.

                        I am facing issue of high electricity bill from last 4-5 months it is around Rs.2000/- per month for just 2 fan & 2 tubelight and nothing else.                               My mseb consumer no is[protected].I have received a bill for excess consumption not as per my usage. The bill is showing " faulty reading". I visited the Vasai west manickpur mseb office & submitted s xerox copy of the bill last Thursday is 11th May 2017. The boy who was there said within 2 days it will be resolved but till now none has visited my place for checking.I don't have AC, TV, mixie, washing machine, etc.only fridge & lights & 3 fans .how then a huge bill? MSEB is not at all professional & the guys who come to read the meter are cheats. If its not resolved in a day I will go to the consumer court. My complaint number is 6115399.I live in pashwa deep near Stella petrol pump Vasai west .the staff work like government staff. So lazy & lethargic.my phone no is [protected]/[protected]

                                      Respected sir,

                                      I am staying as a tenant in the house with consumer number[protected]. I have shifted here from 12 dec 2016 and have received 4 bills till date. Following are the details:

                                      Date and amount
                                      23-nov-16 to 23-dec-16: amount - rs. 600
                                      23-dec-16 to 21-jan-17: amount - rs. 668
                                      21-jan-17 to 15-feb-17: amount - rs. 2680
                                      15-feb-17 to 17-mar-17: amount - rs. 600
                                      17-mar-17 to 18-apr-17: amount - rs. 750

                                      For the first 2 bills, the meter was faulty and new meter was fixed before the 3rd bill. So the 3rd and 4th bill are as per new meter readings.

                                      As you can see, the third bill amount is huge. I was shocked to see the amount for the month when i was not even at home for 8 days (From 21 jan to 28 jan, i was out of pune and no one was at home)

                                      On receiving the third bill, i promptly raised a complaint on 02-mar-2017 by dialling the customer care number. They assured me that i will receive a revised bill. I waited for the revised bill for 10 days but the online website was still showing the same bill. I again called customer care to check the status. They told me that the revision is done only next month and also told me to pay the bill immediately as it is march ending and electricity will be cut.

                                      I immediately went to the sub-station the next day and told them about my complaint. The person there told me that the meter was faulty for the first two bills and meter was fixed for the 3rd bill and this 3rd bill is a correct one as it is according to the new meter. He also said that if this bill repeats then the previous bills will be revised and i will have to pay more according to the new bills. He also told me to pay the bill immediately as electricity will be cut in one or two days if i don't pay. He told me to come by checking the meter reading. To avoid electricity cut, i paid this high bill and hoped the bill adjustment will come later.

                                      Now that the meter status is normal and new bill has arrived (Please see 4th bill), i checked the meter reading and it again showed 86 units and hence the bill is like the usual 600 rupees. Same case with 5th bill. With the new bills, i again went to the sub division office and told that i was asked to come after the new bill and it is the usual amount. So the 3rd bill has come out to be so high by mistake and kidly look into it.

                                      My request was again rejected saying that whatever the meter reading shows is correct and they told me that i must have used that much electricity. Also, they pointed out that the bill is for 2 months. Even then i have paid almost 2000 per month as i already had rs 1200 in as a pre payment.

                                      Over the course of this incident, i am highly frustrated and hence this complaint. I request you once again to look into this particular complaint and perform a fair evaluation. I only have 5 led bulbs, 3 fans, 1 fridge and 1 gyser (Which is used to fill only 1 bucket of hot water per day). How can the bill be so high? And that too when i was out of town for 8 days? So effectively the bill is for even a lesser period.

                                      In previous years also i have faced the same issue but the authorities were prompt in addressing the same. This is such a blatant extortion in the name of march ending.
