Electric transformer near to our society

Amount deducted but electricity bill not paid

I wanted to do online payment to mahadiscom on 24/04/2017, through upi my account is in Axis Bank while online payment of Mahadiscom I was aked to choose mode of payment, I selcted upi (BHIM APP), payment deducted to [protected]@icici transaction No.[protected] of Rs-1224.19 but electricity bill not paid & amount of Rs-1224.19 deducted from account but bill does not paid to Mahadiscom I was very dissappointed rather than my trust on online...

Non regular meter readings

Meter readings are taken by MSEB on irregular basis.
Unit charges are for monthly consumption. When meter reading is taken late the consumption for the month shows high and rate for higher readings are more than double (example for units greater than 100 charges are more). The consumer extra charged for this. Requesting for regular monthly readings....

Regarding wrong electric bills

I have no air-conditioner machine nor geyser and no other high electricity consuming product but still my bill came 251 units this time which is really very high as we are working people no one is there at home till 3 pm from morning 7am. Dangerous leaf of huge Palm tree

Low voltage power supply

In our region, At Mahalunge, PO Borli Mandla, Tal Murud, Dist Raigad,
PIN 402202. Supplied voltage is very low and poor quality.
Supplied voltage is within range of 120 VAC to 170 VAC.
In this area 90% population is farmers.
Very difficult, sometimes impossible to run pumps. Many times pumps motor found tripped or burnt due to overload.
Please look into this matter and hoping early solution of our pain....

Consumer number 160250720910 - late reading taken leading to high bill

This the 6th month - we have been raising complaints over the customer care centre and through the mobile app - about the bill being received and generated late.

Also the reading taken is late -as per the billing cycle the reading should be taken on 26th of the month - but the reading in february was taken on 28th february - which is 2 days last - and in january the reading was taken on 6th of january - that is almost 10 days...

Non-resolution of complaints

1. Msedcl sends me an exhorbitant bill by showing meter as faulty whereas it is perfectly working!

I go to the local office register a complaint to the engineer at the local msedcl office. He corrects my bill and i pay for it....

Failed bill payment, but same amount debited from the saving account

Though i have got message from PNB bank that the same amount has been debited.
