We have new house constructed, applied for new connection in April 2016at Dahiwadi, in the name Badshaha Shikalgar with all required documents.
But after one year also nobody from MSEB ready to provide details of the application. Please justice.
On 15/5/17 my bill pmt was rejected on cash counter due to Dr.card pmt

      My mseb consumer no is[protected].I have received a bill for excess consumption not as per my usage. The bill is showing " faulty reading". I visited the Vasai west manickpur mseb office & submitted s xerox copy of the bill last Thursday is 11th May 2017. The boy who was there said within 2 days it will be resolved but till now none has visited my place for checking.I don't have AC, TV, mixie, washing machine, etc.only fridge & lights & 3 fans .how then a huge bill? MSEB is not at all professional & the guys who come to read the meter are cheats. If its not resolved in a day I will go to the consumer court. My complaint number is 6115399.I live in pashwa deep near Stella petrol pump Vasai west .the staff work like government staff. So lazy & lethargic.my phone no is [protected]/[protected]

            Again come bill amount double. But no one coming from mseb for solving the problem. Problem is meter in not working properly its running to high i have done several times complain in mseb for hill bill but no response from mseb, i have paid three times high bill plz help for the same

              Respected sir,

              I am staying as a tenant in the house with consumer number[protected]. I have shifted here from 12 dec 2016 and have received 4 bills till date. Following are the details:

              Date and amount
              23-nov-16 to 23-dec-16: amount - rs. 600
              23-dec-16 to 21-jan-17: amount - rs. 668
              21-jan-17 to 15-feb-17: amount - rs. 2680
              15-feb-17 to 17-mar-17: amount - rs. 600
              17-mar-17 to 18-apr-17: amount - rs. 750

              For the first 2 bills, the meter was faulty and new meter was fixed before the 3rd bill. So the 3rd and 4th bill are as per new meter readings.

              As you can see, the third bill amount is huge. I was shocked to see the amount for the month when i was not even at home for 8 days (From 21 jan to 28 jan, i was out of pune and no one was at home)

              On receiving the third bill, i promptly raised a complaint on 02-mar-2017 by dialling the customer care number. They assured me that i will receive a revised bill. I waited for the revised bill for 10 days but the online website was still showing the same bill. I again called customer care to check the status. They told me that the revision is done only next month and also told me to pay the bill immediately as it is march ending and electricity will be cut.

              I immediately went to the sub-station the next day and told them about my complaint. The person there told me that the meter was faulty for the first two bills and meter was fixed for the 3rd bill and this 3rd bill is a correct one as it is according to the new meter. He also said that if this bill repeats then the previous bills will be revised and i will have to pay more according to the new bills. He also told me to pay the bill immediately as electricity will be cut in one or two days if i don't pay. He told me to come by checking the meter reading. To avoid electricity cut, i paid this high bill and hoped the bill adjustment will come later.

              Now that the meter status is normal and new bill has arrived (Please see 4th bill), i checked the meter reading and it again showed 86 units and hence the bill is like the usual 600 rupees. Same case with 5th bill. With the new bills, i again went to the sub division office and told that i was asked to come after the new bill and it is the usual amount. So the 3rd bill has come out to be so high by mistake and kidly look into it.

              My request was again rejected saying that whatever the meter reading shows is correct and they told me that i must have used that much electricity. Also, they pointed out that the bill is for 2 months. Even then i have paid almost 2000 per month as i already had rs 1200 in as a pre payment.

              Over the course of this incident, i am highly frustrated and hence this complaint. I request you once again to look into this particular complaint and perform a fair evaluation. I only have 5 led bulbs, 3 fans, 1 fridge and 1 gyser (Which is used to fill only 1 bucket of hot water per day). How can the bill be so high? And that too when i was out of town for 8 days? So effectively the bill is for even a lesser period.

              In previous years also i have faced the same issue but the authorities were prompt in addressing the same. This is such a blatant extortion in the name of march ending.

              Do let me know if anything is required from my side.

                शेवगाव तालुका मधील बोडखे या गावी मागील 4 दिवसापासून high voltage ने वीज पुरवठा होत असल्या कारणाने सगळी घरगुती उपकरणे नादुरुस्त झ्हाली आहे, असा प्रकार सादर 2 दिवसाला होत आहे याला जबाबदार कोण??
                घरातील बल्ब 2 दिवसाला जातात, घरातील विजेवरील उपकरणे खराब होतंय याची नुकसान भरपाई कोण देणार। एक दिवस ठीक आहे पण नेहमीच असे होत असेल तर हा सर्व प्रकार पाहून अस वाटतय यावर कुणाचं नियंत्रण राहील नाही,
                So here my humble requst please solve this prblm.

                  I have applied for the new electric meter connection on 16-Feb-2017 and submitted all the required forms and documents to the mseb subdivision YAVATMAL/DN.

                  On the date 08/05/2017 i received the quotation of Rs-2070/- and pay money on that day but till today they dont give me a meter When i enquire for the meter they are saying you will get the meter after 15 days... I start my new house construction so power supply is very urgent for construction.

                  Please help me...

                    I have filled new connection quatation online since last six month but still i am not getting meter.but two time mseb engineer has taken aaditional extar chargws from me and saying meter is not available at office...this is curruption...where i can made complaint still i am not getting meter
                    Power supply was broken daily and no one helping out from the Mseb office.the officers are not talking about why this problem occurred regularly. Please solve my problem. Street lights are on but the house power failure is running daily.I hope my problem will be solved very fast.
                    We live in sector 8 of airoli and we are facing power cuts during the late nights. It is so annoying that people who work through out the day and if there is power cut during nights in the summer how they can sleep. You should schedule these power cuts during morning or in the evening but not in the mid nights.

                      Dear team,
                      I am staying in this area from last 5 years, before once in a while electricity went off for may be 1 or 2 hours, but now from last 2 months its vice versa, hardly it is coming only for 5 hours in day. Especially on friday since morning 6am, we need to suffer till 12 midnight without any specific reason. If it is winter season we can bear it, now in summer even we cannot go out.
                      I request you kindly look into it, all the people in this area are suffering. Its a requests from all citizen who all belongs to this area.

                        Under the ujala scheme consumers are supposed to get led bulb at discounted to all, but the stock is never made available i have inquired many times on msedcl kalyan office[protected] the employee available is misguiding consumers that the bulbs are available.

                        Kindly make the stock available so that maximum people can be benefited by scheme.

                        Consumers are willing to participate in energy conservation drive in support of pm.

                          Hi,

                          Electricity has been cut-off in our society (Kalewadi) from morning 10 am today. When we tried contacting the customer care toll free numbers provided on the website, both the numbers aren't getting connected. What is the reason behind the cut-off?
                          And why there has been intermittent supply all along for the past few weeks?

                          Electricity is a payable commodity then why is the consumer suffering in the summer heat after paying all the bills in time.

                            I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy electricity bill. Needless to say there has been some anomaly or breach of duty. Either the meter readings have not been taken properly or our new meter is faulty. I am quite disturbed how such an exaggerated amount in bill could have been reached. So I request you to have my meter checked and also get the meter readings confirmed. I shall be obliged to pay the bill till this dispute is settled if I am assured that the excess amount paid would be adjusted in my future bills.
                            I would be highly obliged if you could settle this matter in accordance with the provisions to the satisfaction of your customer.

                                We have been a regular weekend traveller from Mumbai to Pune. And we have always noticed that there are no lights in the Navi Mumbai bridge even though we pay Rs35 for the toll. Also there is always high speeding and overtaking over that bridge and in the absence of light it becomes very risky. Please ensure that street lights are at least on during evening and night to avoid accidents.

                                    I have applied for the electric meter new connection on 26-apr-2017 and submitted all the required forms and documents to the mseb sector -36, kharghar office located opposite the cidco project swapnapurti /valley shilp.

                                    Till date i have not received the quotation for the new electric meter connection. When i enquire for the quotation in mseb sector -36 kharghar office they are saying you will get the massage... I am following with mseb office from last 5-6 days for quotation... Satisfactory answer is not received.

                                    Please help me to get the new electric meter connection as soon as possible. I have purchased flat in swapnapurti cidco project located in sector-36, kharghar, navi mumbai.

                                      My consumer no.[protected] and billing unit 4261.
                                      I put complaint at 1.15pm dated 6 may 2017 having complaint no 6087070. Your electrician visited and resolved complaint. But again same issue arrived after some time. So again i launch complaint at 3.30pm dated 6 may 2017.
                                      Now it's 6.30 pm but no technician visited our place since it's more than 3 hours. I tracked my complaint by calling on you helpline number again n again bt your executives just replys that "your complaint is forwarded on urgent basis". Can you please tell me which kind o[censored]rjent basis service is this!!

                                      This is really worst service i ever seen in my life

                                        I am ajinkya pilankar, owner of deep agro industries. I have cashew processing unit, in chandgad, tal - chandgad, dist - kolhapur, for processing purpose, we took 100 hp dp, but now a days we required 40 hp load only, we submitted documents for load reduction on 03/08/2016 but still there in reply from chandgad mseb branch, when we asking for reason they are not giving sufficiant answer. And ignore us.

                                        I am Ajinkya Pilankar, owner of Deep Agro Industries. i have cashew processing unit, in Chandgad, tal- Chandgad, dist- Kolhapur, for processing purpose, we took 100 hp dp, but now a days we required 40 hp load only, we submitted documents for load reduction on 03/08/2016 but still there in reply from chandgad mseb branch, when we asking for reason they are not giving sufficiant answer. and ignore us.
