Dear sir/ madam,

My consumer no. Is[protected] and bu no. 4643. Shil sub division

A new meter has been installed since january 2017 and so far i have not received even a single electricity bill till date. I also tried to check on mahadiscom website for online electricity bill, but the web page says that above consumer no does not exist. I do not know where is the problem as i have paid the fee, submitted all required documents physical in the section office (Shilphata - datt mandir) and based on that a new meter was installed for me by mseb personnel.

Also for lodging complaint online on website it requires a registered consumer no to create a login id and password. Which is not possible due to reason stated in the above paragraph.

Please guide / suggest me the next procedure and kindly do the needful as i have been continuously following up the section office personnel who are little bit careless and rude.

    Dear Sir,

    Myself Abhijeet Bhurke, residing in Pune, Chakan area.
    I am facing long time issue of Extra Light bill charges.
    I requested your engineers in Chakan to check it, but they are not paying any attention.
    As per requested by them to check internally, I payed Rs. 2500 to outside electrical engineer and got it check and as per him there is some meter fault.
    When informed to them they say that the certified engineer is not proper.

    Also they are not providing any support fr getting it checked from their end.

    So, requesting you to please escalate this matter soon, else I will be pushed to go legal against MSEB, Chakan.

      My electric meter consumer no. Is[protected]/0311/panvel. I have no air-conditioner machine nor geyser and no other high electricity consuming product but still my bill came 251 units this time which is really very high as we are working people no one is there at home till 3 pm from morning 7am. So how this much huge unit (251unit) came this time i am really get surprised. May the meter reading is showing wrong or faulty.

      Kindly check this matter in a top priority as this type of nuisance shouldn't happened next time.

      Your quick action for the same shall be highly appreciated.

        I undersigned Mr. Vijay Govind Barangale bearing MSEDCL consumer No.[protected] would like to inform you that from last few months the bills for electricity I have received are not normal according to my usage. Electricity consumption of 420 units in month is almost impossible considering our previous few months bills. As I am receiving incorrect bills, it must be result of faulty Electricity meter OR improper readings taken by MSEB.

        So I request you to kindly make proper correction to my current Electricity bill of Apr-2017 and any further electricity Bills which will be billed on this current faulty Electricity meter. Also I would like to request you to replace our current Faulty Electricity meter bearing consumer No.[protected] at an earliest to avoid further incorrect bills,

          With due respect, want to do application for shifting the 11 kv line pole from corner (south-west) of my plot at New Friends coloney, behind Poonum Rsidency, plot No.19, Pinglai, Dist-Bhandara (441904) MS. This line is dangerous for residential point of view & accident may cause at the time of construction.
          So, I kindly request to take immediate action such that any untoward incident involving life & property can be avoided.

            My consumer no is[protected]. We have a palm tree in front of the house. The leaves are huge and have fallen a number say five times. There are children playing outside on road. Before any drastic incident happens I request you to please cut those dry branches. I am writing this as I have told a number of times but nothing has been done so far. Any incident I will not be responsible as I am tired of complaining over the phone so have giving in writing. I am even happy to bear any expenses if you like. Even yesterday one branch fell and escaped before any incident could happen.

                In our region, At Mahalunge, PO Borli Mandla, Tal Murud, Dist Raigad,
                PIN 402202. Supplied voltage is very low and poor quality.
                Supplied voltage is within range of 120 VAC to 170 VAC.
                In this area 90% population is farmers.
                Very difficult, sometimes impossible to run pumps. Many times pumps motor found tripped or burnt due to overload.
                Please look into this matter and hoping early solution of our pain.

                  This the 6th month - we have been raising complaints over the customer care centre and through the mobile app - about the bill being received and generated late.

                  Also the reading taken is late -as per the billing cycle the reading should be taken on 26th of the month - but the reading in february was taken on 28th february - which is 2 days last - and in january the reading was taken on 6th of january - that is almost 10 days late - this leads to more than 300 units being charged for a month and high bill is sent to us.

                  For this month the reading was taken on 3rd march 2017 - but its more than 15 days the bill is not generated niether delivered.

                  as per earlier schedule - the bill would get generated on 3rd of every month and reach to our door at around 6th and 8th of the month.

                  please consider this on high priority as its leading unnecessary charges being invoked on us - and bill payments are also delayed - and then the representatives forces to pay the bill early though the last date is still available.

                  please take necessary action and avoid the mental harrasment caused to us on this issue - or we would be escalating this matter till other higher authorities using twitter and other communication channels.

                    My consumer no. is[protected] on 7.11.2016 i was deposited online payment of rs 820 in the bill of january the bill came with 820 which is deposited by me on 7.11.2016. i informed the concerned authority they told me to give bank statement so i gave all relevant documents the they cut 820 on my bill and the remaining amount of rs 1510 which is deposited on march. they told me that this is ho added the bill hence you should make an request for. many time i make call to customer care but they doesn't informed me. so in the month of april also 820 added in my bill so please assist me.

                      Complaints :

                      1. Msedcl sends me an exhorbitant bill by showing meter as faulty whereas it is perfectly working!

                      I go to the local office register a complaint to the engineer at the local msedcl office. He corrects my bill and i pay for it. But the concerned department does not bother correct in their system.

                      2. I get again exhorbitant bill by showing meter as faulty.

                      I go again go to the same local engineer; he too is frustrated and request me to do an online complaint.

                      I do as instructed, someone sends a message requesting to meet me in the local office; he does'nt come and again the same local engineer talks to some people and advice me not to pay as the corrected bill will come next month.

                      3. I receive an sms from msedcl mentioning my current reading as

                      On 14/04/2017 as 14392

                      Previous sms on 09/03/2017 was showing it as 14018

                      My consumption is mentioned as 508 units whereas it is only 374 as per msedcl's own reading records above.

                      There is a toll free tel. No. Given for making any complaints if i do not agree with their readings. I call them, the lady again registers a complaint no.5960797 dated 19/04/2017 and mentions my meter as faulty?

                      When will this ordeal of repeated complaints, wrong meter readings, wrong bills will come to an end?

                      As per msedcl sms, meter reading are:

                      09/03/2017 : 14018
                      14/04/2017 : 14392
                      Consumption shown as 508 units instead of 374
                      A series of complaints in two months but msedcl will never improve

                          ON 10/04/2017 I had paid my electricity bill using Mahavitaran app of MSEDCL. As the slip of the same is provided below shows that the payment status as failed. Though i have got message from PNB bank that the same amount has been debited. And then after i waited for 2 days to update the status either in my bank account or in bill payment history page of mahavitaran. also tried to contact both PNB bank and MSEDCL bill payment customer care but issue has not been yet resolved.

                            Dear Concerned,

                            This is to bring to your notice that I have raised several complaints and have been following up with MSEDCL, Wagholi as well as Rural Office at Hadapsar for faulty meter and subsequently exorbitant bills every month.

                            My consumer no. is[protected]. My address is Green Groves, Wagholi.

                            From September 2016 till Feb 2017, every month bill shows 224 units consumed. Mr. Vilas Mahadik at Hadapsar took a complaint about the same in the month of February and yet this has not been resolved.

                            Again on 6th April 2017, I received a hopping bill of Rs. 24850/-.

                            Hope the concerned team will make a note of this and do the needful.

                            Payment Reference is PAY[protected].

                            But payment is not yet confirmed from your side and it appears as unpaid in view /pay bills

                            Please let me know the status.

                              I have may many service request for change of my meter by none of the request were resolved. below are my request. Everytime I need to pay for more than 100 units, but I consume nearly 70 - 90 units per month. for correction they are adjusting the units per month. so please suggest.

                                The meter reading taken for electricity bill is more than 30 days and has been done multiple times before. This has been brought to notice now and due to increased days reading, the tariff is increased accordingly and the final bill is increased multiple times. I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the same as it is the only way to get justice.
                                I request you to please look into the matter personally and bring justice to the common man like me

                                  I have received my Electric bill during the period of 20th Jan-21st feb, 2017. The bill amount is Rs 1750. The bill appears to be inflated, as I am out of India and no one is staying at my residence. The consumption of electricity is not possible.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Myself Pankaj Prajapati a MSEB consumer of Achole unit - 4867. My consumer no. Is[protected]. This mail is regarding to no action taken regarding to wrong bill posted and frequent meter complaints since 5-6 months.

                                    Till now I have done several complaints from by presonally visiting to Achole office regarding my high bill charges and meter status showing RNT as well as I have done online complaints, my complaint no. are 4807018 which I did in September16 and because of no reply again a new complaint was loged no. Is 5326917 but neither the achole office nor online cosumer care soughted out the problem which I am facing since past 5-6 months.
                                    Here in the office of Achole without giving any solution they just ask the consumer to pay the bill of half the amount written on the light bill charged. And when I ask them why should I pay such a huge amount then the reply given is next month when new bill will generat my balance amount will be credited in the bill. But till now nothing has been credited and instead again a new high bill is charged.

                                    My Last months bill February17 i got was without bill unit consumed and the bill charged was of 4430/- on the otherhand I received a message from MSEB that my unit consumption was 2 units i.e my reading was from 6812 to 6814. When I complained about the same my bill was reduced to 2000 and when I questioned why should I pay such a huge bill for 2 units the answer was same as always, they asked me to pay the amount and told me that in next months bill it will be credited. Now this month again I have been charged a bill of 2460/- and the meter status is RNT.
                                    So, I kindly request you to take the necessary step and bring me out of this miserable situation as now I dont have any trust on these achole unit officials and secondly whenever I ask these people to give an appointment to meet with Mr. Bharti the Achole unit head. Everytime the answer is he is busy come tommrow and when I ask them to change my meter if it is not working properly then the reply is we dont have new meters and we are out of stock from past many days.
                                    So, I beg to you people being a government servant to resolve my problem as soon as possible as here the officials are bunch of frauds and not doing their work genuinely. They generally disconnect the meter within a month if bill is not paid and at the same time if I complaint about the high bill the answer is you will have to pay it or else we will disconnect the meter. This is absolutely dicatorship.

                                      As I noticed my billing from last 5 month meter reading showing same i.e '219 Unit'. and current and previous reading also shows same i.e.9723.how's that possible. If this readung is valid then bill may be generate of 0 Unit only but price in every month varies and amount always more than Rs.1600. And in last months bills i.e. March 2017 MSEB got height of mistake, they give the meter picture of another consumers and printed on my billing. so this is almost frauding us. as per current current and previous reading bill may b normal that is below 2Rs.200 but they charged huge amount. Meter reading is Zero but they shows 219 . and in my actual meter reading is different. So this is fraud to me. request you to please help us for this case and suggest properly.
