Hello, my name is Sachin, i was trying to log into the MSEB Medi claim website, i.e http://mseb.mdindia.com:82/ This was the last date to fill the enrollment forms, i tried from morning till late night now its 12:22 am in the night, still this website is talking ages to load, you wont believe the time it take to load, first of all it never loads, and when it loads, and you click on login it doesn't work again for next 10 mins literally, this is the most annoying websits i came accross in my whole life.

      Hi,
      I stay in a society in Pashan-sus road, Pune. Every month I receive a maximum bill of Rs 480 only. But for the billing period 21st Jan'17 to 22nd Feb'17 I have received a bill amounting to Rs 4030 which I had to pay but this is absurd and impossible as myself and my wife are the only occupant of the flat and as we both are working we stay at home only for 4-5 hrs a day. I have given a complaint about this but i haven't received any update regrading the processing of my complaint.

      Please get my complaint processed at the earliest so that I can get the extra money back.

        This is Mr. Shinde . ( Consumer #[protected], Billing Unit # 4621) from Kalwa, Thane . I have received bill of Rs.1958 for Feb 2017 even though no one has been home for the entire month. The bill just says "Adjustments- Rs1958' without giving any additional details. All the previous bills have been paid on time and the montly bill for the last 5 years has never gone above Rs1000 .

            Meter of my residential electricity connection is not functioning properly and i have requested and have given complaints to the area office. The department is sending me bill for 401 units on regular basis which is totally unfair and an unnecessary loss and harassment to me.

              I am staying in bldg no 163 a wing, shriprastha, nalasupra 401203, my bill reading up to june16 was not more then 100 units, but from July 16, meter reading was increased to 350 units, when I checked in my meter flat no 0001 also connected with my meter, so after complaint they took away my meter for checking in sept16, and there after they started billing me 250meter, without any meter replaced, so since last ten months they are billing me 250 meters every month and I hardly use100 meter

Add :A59/ 34, sector 12, I received bill for two months n bill due date is 10/03/2017 but line man Mr. Amol disconnected my electricity connection on 09/03/2017 that before due date n without informing me. He always behaving like owner of MSEDCL, he don't have manner to talk with lady. I agree bill is for two months but amount is combined in bill n i have not crossed due date. Is he have authority to disconnect the connection before due date.

                Note: if bill is pending for two months pls don't put due date in bill, so consumer will understand line man authority.

                Swami samarth nagar latur elecricity supply stoped since todays after 2pm.Any persons of company not responding.
                From last 2 days, we are getting worst power supply, there's power fluctuation, low voltage issue, dim supply in Karari Garden, Nirmal, Nalasopara W.Even we can't use our water filter, water pumps.

                      I am Radhika Awekar, live in Pune. My parents use above mentioned consumer number, electric supply services at Amravati, They are senior citizen, only 2 member live on this place.

                      Last one year they have received high amount of bills multiple amount of Rs. 1000/- they also paid it.

                      Last one year they always said to your Reading Executive above this high bill issues, also last month visit on your nearest MSEB divisional office, they said due to meter issues or earthing issue they received this high amount of bills but till date no one visit and check this issues, they are elder person not possible continue visit on electrical offices.

                      This month again received bill of Rs. 1250/- . who is responsible that, this is shocked things senior citizen person uses of 94 unit how is it possible?

                      I also used electricity with all electricals instruments but till date not have this kindly of high amount bills

                      Plz check this issues urgently, last 1 year we already paid extra amount to MSEB. Resolved this issues and adjusted our extra paid amount in next months billing cycle.

                      Also give us confirmation after resolved all this issues with satisfactory manner we will be pay bill of Feb month of Rs. 1250/- or revise amount of Bill.

                      We also give online complaint via online portal complaint number[protected]. Also Complaint on online toll free number

                      Kindly resolved this issues at earliest, they are sr. citizen and not have any man power to visit your offices kindly co-operate it.

                        For the month jan-2017 my bill was rs - 5970/- with previous and current readings 1178 & 1780 respectively.
                        The same i had paid on time.
                        This month also (Feb-2017) my bill is rs - 2370/-with previous and current readings same 1780... (Total uses zero)
                        Please find attached todays reading photo it shows 1578 also photo taken on 25feb2017 which shows 1530.
                        I am living in a society and my meter is in common place where all other meters are placed. Hence there is no chance of my availability.
                        I got message to submit reading on app. On 24feb, so i installed app and tried to submit it, but as the current reading is lower than previous reading, it is not accepting.
                        Is it customer job to post meter reading (We can consider it only some exceptional cases)
                        As i am working in pvt. Company having weekly off only on sunday it is not possible to visit your office for such matter.
                        As your office is in thermax chowk, which is about 7 to 8 km from my home so it is not possible for my family to come there...

                          This is in continuation of my earlier complaint dated 17th January, 2017, regarding excess billing due to faulty meter and request for replacement of Meter.
                          We find from the February 2017 bill that no action has been taken to rectify the situation and we are being billed for 3 times the actual Electricity consumed.

                              Generally for last 10 months, the consumption units are maximum 78 for every month but for the month of December, the consumption unit is 1204. How is this possible.

                                This is in Response to my Faulty Meter as detailed below -

                                We are receiving faulty reading since Oct 2016 below are the details for reference, we are regularly paying the nominal amount of 50 INR every month in spite of having 1400 INR balance in my account.
                                Please find attachment for reference how 100 units are recorded and money deducted from my account

                                My queries are -
                                1. If Maha Vitaran knows the meter is faulty and have my balance money with them why can’t they repair the meter and deduct the required amount for fixing the meter.
                                2. Till the month (Oct 2016) I am paying 50 INR the meter is working fine and when it was skipped by me the meter becomes faulty and you start charging us 100 units a month as an average bill.
                                3. I do want to know why there is average of 100 units where in actual the average unit is not more than 10 units a month for past 12 months.

                                All this very frustrating and needs some proper process in place for the consumers.

                                Do let us know if you need any action from my end to get this fixed and let me know how I will get the refund which Maha Vitaran has charged me for last 5 months. In normal process Maha vitaran is not paying back the extra charge we pay nor they pay the interest on the extra amount deposited with them.

                                The mail ID ([protected]@ho.mahadiscom.in) provided by the help desk is not valid we received delivery failure mails for this.
                                Also the help Mail ID ([protected]@mahadiscom.in) dose not respond to our queries.

                                This faulty meter issue is found in most of the houses in Ghavan and we all need to take a note of it, hope you understand the situation. Maybe the meters distributed in this region are not checked properly before installing them.

                                    Consumer No.[protected], Billing Unit 4636. A very high bill of 11680 was issued with completely wrong meter reading. The bill reading read 1464 whereas actually it was 632. I have raised several complaints about the issue. Complaint No. : 5362700, but no change in the Bill. The actual reading was also taken by the MSEB official and told that the next bill will be corrected but no change.And now they have cut my connection without any notice.

                                      MY FLAT IS LOCKED and there is no usage of the electricity meter, consumption 0.

                                      Inspite of multiple complaints and visits to your office, I continue to get a wrong monthly bill with 100 units of electricity consumption every month. I raise complaints but they get closed with no resolution. Please explain. Attached is a screen shot of some of the complaints raised, which are closed by MSEB without addressing the complaint. I raised a complaint on your forum on 12th Feb 2017 under ID 1491983 but it was closed as Resolved with NO action taken.

                                      Request you to please rectify the error in the bills to reflect the correct bill amount.
