I have given compliant online to your customer service complaint No. 4104418, dated 03/06/2016 As well as I have give written compliant to Mr. Satyanarayan Sir, Mahada Colony, N-2, CIDCO, Aurangabad.
As per above refinance I have live in Aurangabad on my house three service wire pass one location to another location but this service wire is cutting and electrical supply pass in my home wall I have given complaint online as well offline But as on date they are not solve my problem I am asking to Mr. Satyanarayan his is Supredent my area office. They say me If you died their that time I will solve problems. As well as he is not well communication to customer.
If you have not solve my problems I will register my compliant in consumer court

This month we received 0 units consumption for society common meter. So we approached MSEB, Now they are asking more than 23 thousand rupees to change faulty one and place new.
Why this much amount ? What is right amount ? How we can get new right one.
